We were looking for a decent place in Gagra to eat and not get poisoned, since there are only back door canteens around. And we came across a very cozy and decent cafe, this pancake house. We were immediately attracted by the interior and the furnishings inside.
It is clear that the owner of the establishment thought about the interior and wanted to elevate his establishment unlike others. (By the way, there are only 3-4 such beautiful establishments along the street)
Only the girl at the bar works in the hall.
What confused us right away was the refrigerator of blanks / pf/ products, which stands and looks into the hall from the kitchen. There was something in this refrigerator that was not lazy. Roughly speaking, "from watermelon to herring" is completely clogged with all kinds of products with violations of the commodity neighborhood. What does the refrigerator have to do with drinks! They closed their eyes. We sat down at a table and went to make an order ourselves at the bar. The girl went to the other table herself and took the order at the table. We ordered pizza, manti and ginger tea. Here the most interesting thing began ...
The kitchen gives away the pizza, the bartender girl (who minutes earlier used the cash register with her bare hands and touched the money) apparently sees something on the plate, picks up the pizza with her hands and rubs her fingers under the plate with her other hand!! Not even with a napkin... and the pizza goes to the hall for other people..
then tea is brought out to us, I pour it, and it is at a temperature of 40 degrees ... probably the water is raw and not boiled. they asked the staff a question, they said that they always give it away. Pizza and mantas were brought out. Manta rays were eaten, it seems edible, but you can add meat for this money. There are no more questions here..
Pizza.. this is the worst pizza that I've eaten.. pizza in a shawarma shop for 50 Rubles is tastier ...
The dough is raw, one bread. The filling slides completely. We ate 3 slices and bacon on top. The rest was left on the plate as it was.
The girl took the kettle away, apparently added boiling water, but this did not save the situation. The tea was also not hot. The day before, if in the dining room, everything was cheaper, very tasty but dangerous. And here, not only is it dangerous, it's also disgusting. If a girl at the bar first scratches her nose with her palm and then makes tea, I think this is not normal. I advise the management to review the work of the staff and the staff in general, and there will be a wonderful cafe ... 1 star for the interior. That's all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
P.S. The account came out at 1080 Rubles. And the bill indicates 10% for the service, which no one warned us about and which, in principle, did not exist..

We were at this place today . The interior is beautiful, there is nothing to complain about. There is one waitress for everyone , apparently there is also one cook . The waitress was sitting at the bar and just chatting on the phone. My husband ordered the pancakes , they were burnt , the eggs and bacon were good . We sat for a long time and waited for the order.

I was led to good reviews, but it looks like they were bought, the choice is meager, they said they had run out of pancakes with condensed milk!!? Honey Pancake Cafe does not cook pancakes by itself! The cafe is small, you can hear the noise of the road. As long as they don't reach the top three, they're not worth paying attention to.

Apart from the cozy interior, nothing else pleased me. We ordered cheesecakes with tea at the cafe and brought a shawarma with chicken. The cafe was empty. Tea was waiting for 15!! minutes, and the cheesecakes are 38!! minutes in an empty cafe, Karl, even the shawarma was brought faster. But, oh, the horror! Instead of cheesecakes, we were literally waiting for not the best pancakes with the smell of sour cottage cheese. I couldn't and didn't eat them at all. Even a good beer didn't save the shawarma on the beach... Cheesecakes were not included in the bill, and thanks for that.

The hall is empty! 50 minutes! Seriously?! People did not come on vacation to spend an hour of precious time at sea on a couple of pancakes! Which, moreover, will be served in the canteen in five minutes and even cheaper! If the pancakes were delicious, I would raise the review by one star. It is clear that the cafe itself has a soul, but it seems that there is not enough staff in the kitchen, to put it mildly. The TV and music were not working in the hall, only the hum of the dying air conditioner could be heard. When the pancakes with cottage cheese were brought, there was a hair on the plate, they asked to replace it, but the mood was already spoiled. As for a pancake house, pancakes are mediocre and not for this money. I don't recommend it.

It's just a horror, not a cafe.After waiting for a beef burger for 1 hour, they brought us a chicken one, but in the end they did not wait for pancakes.Neither the cutlery nor the napkins were brought.The potatoes were rustic and not fried at all.But they do not forget to charge for the service.I do not recommend this place at all!!!
