We found this cafe by rating and reviews, and they justified themselves! We really liked it there: the modern interior, cozy, comfortable, warm; delicious dishes, we went there to eat several times. We tried a "hearty breakfast", a classic khachapur boat with chicken/mushrooms, karkade tea, herbal tea, noodle soup. The prices are the same as in Moscow, but you can definitely eat at least once, while this is one of the best cafes that we found from a decent one here.

A very cozy cafe with friendly staff and delicious khachapuri. The portions are large, and the interior compares favorably with most of the food in the area. At my request, one khachapuri was made without an egg. The serving is beautiful, the dishes are all exactly freshly prepared. We didn't wait long - 15-20 minutes. The prices are quite affordable: two khachapuri, a huge portion of fries and nuggets with sauce, a kettle of green tea 0.5 liters and a portion of Americano cost 1,580 rubles. It's nice to come in for a snack after a walk and just sit with a cup of coffee, looking out the panoramic windows at the city and the mountains.

We arrived in Gagra before the start of the season and, unfortunately, there were no places where you could eat delicious food. Except for this institution. The level of a good Moscow cafe. Clean, nice, cozy. We were politely and very quickly served, all requests and wishes were fulfilled. The dishes that were ordered were beautifully served, the dishes also matched. Very tasty tea. The prices are normal. It is higher than in some local "canteen", but there you will be offered "something" not very well cooked, partly resembling food + 10% for service will definitely be included in the bill (I only saw this in Gagra, unfortunately). During the rest, there were places where the check came out like here, but the food was as described below typical "canteens". In general, if you get to Gagra and yearn for delicious food and beautiful food "like in these Muscovites of yours", you are here. Respect for the staff and the owner of the institution! Don't lose the brand.

We came to have lunch with a friend. I was very upset by the poor menu of the restaurant. We ordered Philadelphia, Thai salad with Beef and 2 bruschetta with salmon. After 20 minutes, the salad was brought, I already ate it))) and then the rolls arrived. After 30 minutes in the restaurant, we asked how long to wait for the bruschetta? To which we were told that 5 minutes. After a while, they come up to us and say that there is no bruschetta with salmon, but there is with shrimp. The result: 50 minutes of lost time.
PS. The rolls turned out to be disgusting. Thank you for not poisoning yourself)

We tried a pina colada cocktail from the menu - good for our money, ice cream - no ice cream at all, well, finally we took a frappuccino with us - I've never tried something so disgusting, 100 rubles is not worth it, let alone 400 ...
The staff is basically not bad.

We were looking for a decent place in Gagra to eat and not get poisoned, since there are only back door canteens around. And we came across a very cozy and decent cafe, this pancake house. We were immediately attracted by the interior and the furnishings inside.
It is clear that the owner of the establishment thought about the interior and wanted to elevate his establishment unlike others. (By the way, there are only 3-4 such beautiful establishments along the street)
Only the girl at the bar works in the hall.
What confused us right away was the refrigerator of blanks / pf/ products, which stands and looks into the hall from the kitchen. There was something in this refrigerator that was not lazy. Roughly speaking, "from watermelon to herring" is completely clogged with all kinds of products with violations of the commodity neighborhood. What does the refrigerator have to do with drinks! They closed their eyes. We sat down at a table and went to make an order ourselves at the bar. The girl went to the other table herself and took the order at the table. We ordered pizza, manti and ginger tea. Here the most interesting thing began ...
The kitchen gives away the pizza, the bartender girl (who minutes earlier used the cash register with her bare hands and touched the money) apparently sees something on the plate, picks up the pizza with her hands and rubs her fingers under the plate with her other hand!! Not even with a napkin... and the pizza goes to the hall for other people..
then tea is brought out to us, I pour it, and it is at a temperature of 40 degrees ... probably the water is raw and not boiled. they asked the staff a question, they said that they always give it away. Pizza and mantas were brought out. Manta rays were eaten, it seems edible, but you can add meat for this money. There are no more questions here..
Pizza.. this is the worst pizza that I've eaten.. pizza in a shawarma shop for 50 Rubles is tastier ...
The dough is raw, one bread. The filling slides completely. We ate 3 slices and bacon on top. The rest was left on the plate as it was.
The girl took the kettle away, apparently added boiling water, but this did not save the situation. The tea was also not hot. The day before, if in the dining room, everything was cheaper, very tasty but dangerous. And here, not only is it dangerous, it's also disgusting. If a girl at the bar first scratches her nose with her palm and then makes tea, I think this is not normal. I advise the management to review the work of the staff and the staff in general, and there will be a wonderful cafe ... 1 star for the interior. That's all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
P.S. The account came out at 1080 Rubles. And the bill indicates 10% for the service, which no one warned us about and which, in principle, did not exist..

The place is wonderful. Clean, nice room and comfortable chairs.
The food is excellent, before that we ate at the Abbot and Gagrishpa, this place is not inferior to them in any way, and in some ways even better. We ate twice. Once potatoes with cheese and khinkali. Tokyo and carbonara rolls for the second time. Both times are very tasty. I liked the rolls the most, the employee immediately said that they had the most delicious in all of Gagra. I think it's true.

I agree with the opinion of many - the cafe is not bad. In the last three years, we have been coming here regularly and not only because of the interior (it has been slightly updated this year) but also the food. Everything about oriental cuisine and a sea of products is the level of St. Petersburg cafes. The rest of the dishes are worth working on. By the way, the girls always served us very quickly and politely. Well, as for the carelessly folded things and mops behind the glass partition, I would like to wish the owners that everything in the cafe should be fine, wherever the visitor's gaze falls.

Apart from the cozy interior, nothing else pleased me. We ordered cheesecakes with tea at the cafe and brought a shawarma with chicken. The cafe was empty. Tea was waiting for 15!! minutes, and the cheesecakes are 38!! minutes in an empty cafe, Karl, even the shawarma was brought faster. But, oh, the horror! Instead of cheesecakes, we were literally waiting for not the best pancakes with the smell of sour cottage cheese. I couldn't and didn't eat them at all. Even a good beer didn't save the shawarma on the beach... Cheesecakes were not included in the bill, and thanks for that.

The delivery of semi-finished products is generally tin... the view in the photo, everything is thrown on the street sidewalk, where it is not enough. And indoors, the general views are sad, a mountain of mops and technical equipment, also in the photo. The result is sad. Well, the PRICES are stated to be at least 4 stars. The rackets near the table are covered in last year's dust. I was there once, then I passed by. Well, the staff is friendly and trained. Bottom line: maybe the kitchen is no better. FAILURE.
