Everything seems to be fine: the location, the view of the city, proximity to attractions, rooms with all the wonders (air conditioning, slippers, neat bed linen and towels, a beautiful terrier, access to the terrace or lovely balconies), but breakfasts are a spoonful of very tasteless tar in a common jar of honey. Well, I would like to work on parking... Overall, I was satisfied with the visit.

Cons: the staff is rude, there was a feeling that you came home to them and demanded something, the rules that they come up with on the go, in the morning they say you can come sit with wine, in the evening you can't come with your own, if the hotel is fully occupied, there is enough hot water for the chosen ones, and even when they said to wait after 1.5 hours, there was no drinking water there is no hotel, the breakfasts are terrible, by the way, boiling water for tea for breakfast is also enough only for the chosen ones, the rest were answered in plain text "There are too many of you"
The furniture is beautiful but not designed for such a small area, they constantly stumbled over the forged legs of chairs / tables / beds, it hurts)
Locks are a separate story, they barely close, they barely open. There is only one key, and if you are alone in the room and your companion comes later, then you need to keep watch, because you can't just slam the door.
The cherry on the cake has not been cleaned once in 5 days, although they came in and took the remote control from the air conditioner.

I highly do not recommend the hotel, do not spoil your rest and impression of Tbilisi. There are barn locks on the doors to the rooms, it is bolted inside) toxic administration, coming up with new rules and fines on the go, terrible breakfasts (I stopped eating them after the first day), uncomfortable room, shower without curtains, as a result, the whole bathroom is in water, the view from the window to the construction site. We arrived as a group, the "hotel" could not cope, most of them did not have hot water, while no one was there, they took the remote controls from the air conditioners and set them to the heat)) you can't bring your own wine (or pay 5 GEL per bottle) in the "restaurant", which is also the lobby, there is no other, sorry, you can only sit until 1:50.
The rooms are not cleaned, the garbage is not thrown out - it is necessary to write on a piece of paper to the maid what needs to be done and leave it at the reception)) and believe me, she will not do anything superfluous, unless specified)
We drew ourselves 4 stars without figuring it out.

Hospitable hosts. They speak Russian. Delicious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, quiet, and cozy. There are soap accessories. There is a beautiful view of Tbilisi on the roof, you can bring something there and sit.

The service is disgusting, although the hotel itself is conveniently located. I have never eaten more tasteless breakfasts anywhere. One of the rooms in our group ran out of toilet paper, the receptionist refused to give them paper and shouted at them so that we thought something had happened! Although the girls explained that the roll was started upon check-in! The staff is absolutely not friendly! One thing pleases me is that all the troubles could not spoil the overall impression, very positive, of a trip to Georgia! The most annoying thing is that the hotel itself is very well furnished, good rooms, in the very center of old Tbilisi!

- [ ] Ruined vacation!!!! The hotel is in a good location on a quiet street, most of the attractions are within walking distance. This is where the advantages end: the rooms are very small, only the bed is furnished, the rooms are not cleaned. For breakfast there are cucumbers with bread and an incomprehensible rice lump - either porridge or salad. I have never seen a worse breakfast in any hotel in the world. A 4-star hotel is not something that does not pull, it does not even match the 2nd and is definitely not worth your money. But it's not that we couldn't have breakfast, the worst thing is that we had to go to the administrator for 2 days asking for our money back, when they checked in they didn't have change from 100 GEL. As a result, the hostess of the hotel, Leila, said that she basically had no money - neither cash nor in the account, but assured us that as soon as they appeared, she would transfer it to our account. We left the hotel without money, the money was never credited to the account, no one answers calls or messages. The impression of the trip is ruined. The management of the hotel are small *** who throw their guests for money, but they have never heard of what hospitality and conscience are. The disappointment is complete. If you want to spoil your vacation, I advise you to definitely stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, but the rooms are small and not comfortable, there is no wardrobe, no bedside table. The service is terrible, two women are rude, in 5 days even the garbage has never been cleaned. The food was so-so, the toaster did not work, the coffee machine poured coffee every other time.

The hotel is close to the attractions. We need to climb the hill a little bit. Good breakfasts, cozy rooms, an open space for relaxing on the roof (a little unfinished). On the downside: there are no closets or drawers in the rooms. There is no elevator.
