It can be seen that the renovation is fresh but the most minimal in terms of investments, the house is new, the apartment is on the 19th floor. The light is only one chandelier on the ceiling, there are no sconces or other lights. There is no electric stove,
The refrigerator is shared in the hallway))
There is a big plus - within walking distance of the metro and just a couple of stops and you are in the center. The bathroom is standard with a Jacuzzi, the children are happy.

It's terrible! We booked this hotel through Ozone Travel for 2 days, the payment was fully debited immediately.
When we arrived at the place, we began to call the specified number in the reservation (+375444108990), the manager first reset it, then within an hour he said to call back every 10 minutes. As a result, after 1.5 hours we were able to reach him. The manager refused to check us in, saying that the boiler in the room was broken. After driving for about 6.5 hours, I wanted to check into the room right away. But I had to urgently look for a new hotel, and it's not that easy. The manager did not call in advance, did not apologize, and could not offer another option.
I have a very negative impression about this hotel.

Why didn't they call back and ask again if we were coming, even though I confirmed it yesterday. Why set such a tariff? If payment was needed .I would have paid today.… That's what to do? Spend the night outside? I'm looking for hotels, everything is busy. This is a terrible attitude towards guests! I do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone!!!
