Chinese cuisine is always a delight and an amazing palette of the most diverse tastes! I have been to many Chinese restaurants in Almaty and this one was the most impressive and memorable. The food is always fresh and delicious, the pleasant atmosphere of China, the waiters work well (not perfect, but good). The food is like in China and it's a big plus (I've been to China and I know what I'm talking about).

We often come here with friends.
On Chinese New Year, we traditionally go to this duck.

The portions are very large, for 6 people, the set I listed above is the best.
From the remains of the duck, you will be offered either to make broth or fry the bones.
We always take the broth and immediately ask you to pack it with you.
They also have separate rooms, like an office. It is very convenient for large companies, you get your own large room with a large table and your own toilet. You don't have to go far anywhere.
There is a new room for the children. For some reason, there is no changing table in the toilet, although people are constantly sitting there with children, including small ones.

But, there is a very unpleasant moment, this is the imposition of expensive dishes and the attitude towards customers is not correct. First, I know perfectly well what I will order, despite this constant imposition of those dishes that I do not want. The offer of the most difficult wines.
The second is the attitude towards customers, we sat and pressed the button maybe three times, no more, and the waiter bursts in with us, like why do we press the button so many times. When asked to warm up the soup (one of the guests came last), he replies that this is not possible since they do not have a microwave, after asking to call the administrator, they somehow found a way to warm it up. A wonderful place! We celebrated the wedding anniversary in a narrow circle of the family (husband and daughter). We arrived on September 1st in the afternoon. We parked quietly. They asked if there was a children's room - they told us that it was on the 2nd floor. They sat down there. Cozy places, separated from other guests. In front of the corner for children is ideal.
The menu was brought immediately. Ordered: salad with wood mushrooms, jus'ai and egg (delicious) + horse meat in an imperial way (great and moderately spicy) + rice for garnish + duck fillet with dough sheets (you roll yourself a "dumpling" - very tasty) + olun tea + baby pampushki with condensed milk (delicious) and a milkshake

I liked the full portions (they should be like that, unfortunately, many establishments save money).

Not knowing the specifics, I ordered three dishes with hungry eyes, although the portions turned out to be such that I would have eaten any one of them, but I tried everything. Pike perch in sweet and sour sauce is just fantastic. The prices are above average, of course, but it's worth it. The interior is very cozy, the waiters are professional, the service is quite fast, taking into account the complexity of the dishes. We decided to try the Peking duck.
2 adults and 2 children, ordered duck, pampushki, cai ( snacks ) for each.
I didn't like the duck at all, there was so little of it that my husband and I preferred to give it to the children. All the portions are tiny, although the prices are overpriced, they came out hungry and dissatisfied. The service is terrible for such money, I really regretted that we went there.
The service wants the best, the portions are tiny, the service is slow.
Neither we nor the children liked it, although we are fans of Chinese cuisine.
