We rested at the hotel from 10.08 to 08.20.2019. Emotions are mostly positive. A varied menu in the restaurant, regular room cleaning, friendly staff, quite a variety of animation for children and adults, drinks at the bar are locally produced, but of decent quality.

Good day to all! We rested at the Hotel from 3 to 10.01.2019.A family of 3 people.The very first thing you pay attention to when entering the hall is a huge chandelier.Then there is a lobby bar, with beautiful sofas. and chairs.
The rooms are great.
Cleaning every day.The furniture is not killed, bed linen, towels, everything is super.the curtains are clean,there are 10 TV channels in Russian,the candice is working quietly, the plumbing is all in good order.A little advice if you take a number, then take it with an odd number.
Odd rooms overlook the konal and the pine forest, the sea can be seen but a little far.
Now about the kitchen.
The food is varied . There is no pork, this is the Muslim side.You can't double-check everything in a week.The restaurant is open 24 hours a day.There are a lot of goodies, that is, cakes, frozen.There are 2 types of soup on the menu in the morning and in the evening.The second courses are different and you can't list a lot of things.In general, the kitchen is on top.Waiters go around asking what to bring , that is, 🍷,

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea through a pine forest.

A chic hotel, everything is insanely beautiful, like in a palace, the room was always clean and the Internet was available, the food was varied, there were a lot of sweets from which it was impossible to restrain, the only thing I wanted was homemade soup, they have, but everyone has their own tastes.There is a beautiful path to the beach, we did not venture into the sea in March, but the heated pool every day by itself.We walked to the ancient city, went to ,,Novomoll,,visited excursions, the impression remained unforgettable!!!I want to thank the staff for their good work! especially the bartender) unfortunately I do not know his name, but I have never drunk so many delicious cocktails and tequila)))Well, he's on vacation for that!!!and by the way, a trip for a week from Yekaterinburg for two cost us only 42,000, ultra all inclusive!!!If possible, I want to return to this hotel again!!!I wish all vacationers a great holiday in the future!!!and to bother less-life is one! Please don't come here. And especially don't drag children into a pandemic. The hotel was not ready for the arrival of the guests. There is no normal food here at all. Huge queues (as they give out everything in portions) With a small child, it is impossible to stand in each queue for an hour at all.The staff can't handle cleaning and cooking. We were not even greeted upon arrival! They pulled their suitcases themselves and looked for a room (although at 5 o'clock someone from the staff should do it). Maybe it was normal here once. But now for 1,474 euros for 2 you will get a retirement vacation with terrible room cleaning, (at first they didn't even change the Bed Linen, since it was all in hair and sand) . Very poor and poor-quality food (my husband has been hungry for the 2nd day) . And terrible service, since people of Slovene appearance are served last (I was first in line and several times Turks came up in front of me and they were served out of turn without paying attention to me). We don't know what to do in such a situation. We dream of getting our money back and flying home.(the hotel does not make any concessions).

There is no Internet anywhere except lobio. It's useless in the room, don't even try. At 5 ultra there is no shampoo, no balm, towels are blacker than the night. Nutrition is a separate topic, not a Greedy person, but a Greedy person. Chicken, chicken, chicken is a very meager, pathetic set of desserts and a lot of cut rotten cucumbers from fruits, oak plums and pears, rarely grapes. We had a rest during the New Year holidays, the weather was a little naughty, but it didn't spoil our mood.The air here is "delicious" yes, that's how you can characterize it.We walked a lot and enjoyed ourselves..The hotel is beautiful.The view from the window of the ships is amazing.The room is large, chic: a sexodrome bed, another small one in stock; a phone at the "push" and at the "crib", plasma - a lot of channels, including Russian ones, and all the decoration of the room is luxury, mini bar, safe /paid/, but there is no bathrobe!!!You need to contact the reception, leave a deposit, only then you will receive it and go ahead conquer: sauna, salt and wet rooms, hammam, showers, swimming pools: indoor heated and outdoor.There is a desire and a massage will be done:I recommend it.Food: all inclusive, very tasty, varied, and beautifully decorated.Alcohol: beer and wine in the restaurant, but in the lobby: Whatever your darling wants!!! We rested in this hotel from November 8 to November 14, 2019. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, leaving our suitcases and went to breakfast. We came to the restaurant and I got the impression that I got into the house of the pensioner-disabled Germans! (it became a little insulting for our pensioners, who cannot afford it). No food, meat every other day, animation only for Germans in German. And another not very pleasant fact. I left my blouse in the hall where the evening animation took place, I didn't find it there in the morning, I didn't know at the reception. Come on with this blouse, although it's not very pleasant! When I handed over the room keys before leaving, there was a woman at the reception who cried and told me that her camera had been stolen. And for the third day, she can't get the guards, the hotel management, to show her the camera recording where their table was, to see who took the camera. Why? It is very unclear. I really want to know how her story ended. I feel sorry for the woman. I'm definitely not going to this hotel anymore.

I think the only disadvantage of the hotel is the adjacent hotel, if you have a balcony overlooking it, then it is depressing (there is no sun, the smells are not good). We lived on the ground floor in a semicircle and partially had a view of the river and the sea, we liked it.

We rested at the wonderful J'ADORE Deluxe Hotel & SPA 5* from October 23 to November 1, 2019, our family consists of 5 people: husband, wife, daughter 17 years old and sons, they are 9, a 10-day trip for five cost us 155 thousand. Having read, for the most part, negative reviews about the hotel, I set the whole family up for a positive, decided to smile more often, erase the harsh face of a Russian tourist, in fact it is not so easy nowadays: raising the retirement age, VAT, the introduction of payment for garbage collection, etc., do not skimp to tip, be friendly and friendly, grateful, and even if an unpleasant situation arises, try to solve it with a smile on your face. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., check-in according to the contract from 15 o'clock, we were assigned two rooms, upon arrival I came to the reception and asked in Russian with a smile on my face to check us into rooms with a good view, preferably not far from each other, hinted that we would be grateful to you, after 10 minutes we were checked in in the rooms, on the odd side, on the 1st floor, the view from the balcony to the terrace, the bay with the boxes is clearly visible, in the room where my husband and I stayed, the Wi-Fi worked great (Wi-Fi is free), perhaps due to the fact that it was located closer to the reception, the children's room was four rooms to the right of us (closer to the pools), the wifi was weak, but we took walkie-talkies with us, so there were no problems with communication, the price of the issue of accelerated check-in to rooms with a decent view was $ 30 Rooms with odd rooms have a view of the neighboring hotel, seeing this situation from the outside, it seemed to me that if you go out on the balcony and have a good stretch, then you can quickly check into a nearby hotel or visit your best friend in it. The hotel staff is very polite, they are pleased if they are friendly with them, so do not skimp on smiles and do not forget to thank them, say thank you once, leave $ 2 the second time, the attitude of the staff changes instantly, because they communicate with each other and probably discuss "who's who" Once every seven days for free (except fish and Mexican) you can visit a restaurant that serves individually, for this you need to approach a girl (a hotel employee, a girl from Russia), she will give you a receipt for visiting the restaurant, we visited a Turkish cuisine restaurant, the serving was decent, the first was lean lentil soup, I am a vegan and refused the second dishes with chicken and meat, the waiter replaced the second course for me with pasta with cheese from an Italian restaurant, although I did not even ask for dessert, they offered ice cream with rice pudding or with baklava, the advantage of a large family is that you will never stay hungry without eating, you will definitely finish it with your idiot, and it is also possible to order all the options from the menu 😅 Of course, tips were left for such care and attention, the chefs were thanked personally, mostly Germans rest at the hotel, it is quite possible that either the owner or the founder of the hotel is a German citizen, children's animation begins at 21, animation and disco are held on the beach in summer, but apparently no longer the season, therefore, the animation took place in the lobby, our children did not participate in the show, in the children's show, children dance with great enthusiasm under the guidance of an animator, I have never seen at least one Russian-speaking child dance in the company of Germans, Arabs, Koreans. My children, when they saw dark-skinned kids, bombarded me with questions: why would they to sunbathe, why do they have white palms and lower lip, is there no sea in Africa? As a result, children from Russia formed their own "organized crime group" played phones in the lobby, ran around the lobby, stood in queues for drinks (non-alcoholic of course) with great pleasure, treated each other to sweets hidden in rooms, rode in the elevator and ran around the floors, played hide-and-seek and attended a late dinner, he had a meal from 23.00, despite the fact that the floor of the restaurant hall is blocked, there is, for example, mine ate vegetable salads and stewed potatoes with meat with great appetite. The beach is five minutes from the hotel, you can walk through the eucalyptus and pine forests (this is our topic), you can also take a bus, there is a restaurant constantly on the beach territory, drinks from morning to evening, food from 12 to 16, children liked to make their own hamburgers and cheeseburgers, nuggets and French fries Oh, they ate at our place, they called this restaurant MacDonalds on the beach, many did not interrupt their vacation on the beach to go to lunch at the hotel restaurant, many dined at the restaurant on the beach. The beach is sandy, pebbles are closer to the sea, a couple of steps and depth, children can swim only with armbands, the sea is clear, the bottom and fish are visible. The pool at the hotel is equipped with slides, the children really wanted to ride down the slides, so the whole family rolled down the slides a couple of times, but the water in the pool at this time of the year is very cold and besides, it was not changed all season, but only chlorine was poured in, so for 10 days of rest, the pool at the hotel was devoted to 30 minutes I really liked the hotel, the food too, the staff is excellent, we plan to rest next year in the same period of time, in the same composition 😉 I recommend the hotel
