Of the cons: there are a lot of people, and the hotel area is very small, in the pool, as in Anapa, but the sea is free. The food is nothing special, queues for "delicious" food. The drinks are terrible, the juices are paid.

Russian russians have nothing to do here, practically no one speaks Russian from the staff, less than 5% of Russian-speaking vacationers. As much as we are not picky about food, there is practically nothing to eat here. There is practically no animation in the hotel. Drinks are only locally produced. Well, keep in mind that there is a river nearby that flows into the sea, and because of this, the sea is not as clean as in other regions of the coast.Among the advantages: a nice room, a nice sandy beach where you can always find a sunbed, the presence of a bar on the beach and the opportunity to have lunch here in the afternoon.

✅ Definitely a chic hotel, fully corresponds to the description on the website. We were checked in immediately upon arrival, which certainly lifted our spirits. By the way, no one asked for an additional fee or tip for this!
The food is excellent, a large selection of dishes from both European and national cuisine. We will definitely come back here for all these goodies!

I stayed for one night, I stopped by a friend's house, of course, this is a separate meme, but I can confirm all the stars of the hotel - rooms, cleaning, food, bar. I just haven't tried the spa, but I think it's on the level. The only thing that can spoil it is probably a large number of people in the season, this is purely an assumption. We had a rest with an adult daughter from 05/09/2022 to 05/19/2022. The Hotel Is Amazing. The beauty is indescribable everywhere. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea slowly, if you don't want to, take a hotel bus...1 min. WI-FI flies everywhere, free of charge, even at sea. They rarely left the sea for lunch, there is a lot of food in the bar and grandma cooks very tasty tortillas. The alcohol is good, the men said, strong, real and Effes Beer too. I was drinking wine. We cleaned all the time, great, we even pressed the button - not a free mini bar is replenished daily. The beach is fantastic, the sand is everywhere and immediately deep, keep an eye on the children. The animation is unobtrusive, Boccia, Yoga and much more, discos on the beach, which does not interfere with vacationers at the hotel. There are evening entertainment programs in the Lobby. By the way, the waiters there are constantly asking what to bring you. Special thanks to the staff for their attention and care, responsiveness and smiles, although they hardly speak Russian. The girl at the reception, Yaren, knows Russian very well and will solve all your problems. Yaran is a smart Girl, greetings to HER from Us. She also told us that for 11 lira you can take a minibus from the hotel to the Shopping center. There we paid for purchases in Waikiki with the Mir card, and in Migros we had to pay in lira. Vacation from 30.07 for 11 days, family for 6 years. The sea is warm marble, the shore is sand, small pebbles enter the sea. And so let's start: there are enough sun beds for everyone, the beach bar works exactly like in a brooch (I'll send a photo). The pools are good, sometimes there is dirt, but this is a human factor. The food is the same as in Turkey))) fish, meat, chicken, turkey, cutlets, tongue, crayfish, Turkish sausages, different cheeses, fruits, Turkish sweets for the same taste, etc.... Alcohol is not bad, especially on floor L. The room is cleaned (the linen is shabby but always washed smells fresh, the bar in the room stably puts two sodas and water. The hotel is family-run, there are no places for parties and walks around, not even shops.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, because:
1. they took me by ambulance to the hospital, as I was poisoned very badly. A bacterial infection has been detected
2. The child returned with a viral infection.
The food is not fried, the plates are dirty, some kind of unsanitary conditions. I don't even want to mention the rest, because compared to this, everything else doesn't matter.

There is dirty carpet on the floors of the hotel, the smell is terrible, it attracts sewage, it seems to be a problem in this region. Three years ago we were at a nearby hotel, there was no such thing. The room looks tired, but nothing. But the balcony overlooks the neighboring hotel, which stands right next to it and plus there is a courtyard below, containers with garbage that emit a sensitive stench In the heat (containers from two hotels and plus air conditioning units from two hotels, the roar is such that it does not let you sleep. At the same time, we bought superior rooms from the tour operator with an additional payment, where access to the sea or the street is indicated. I couldn't change the room, because they don't speak Russian at the reception and pretend that they don't understand you. A representative of the tour operator refused to be held responsible. On nutrition, I want to inform you that if you like fried herring, then you are welcome. I can't write anything about alcohol, because I don't drink. The beach is not cleaned, the animation is weak, it is boring in the evenings. The pool in the photo is huge, actually small, very crowded around it. At this year's prices, it's not worth coming here.

There are hundreds of places for quiet conversation with friends!!! Pools and slides bars and several canteens!!! YOU CAN EAT AROUND THE CLOCK!!! The sea is clear even with a half-meter wave!!! It strains three meters of large pebbles when entering the sea!! Like in Anapa! And so the beach is sandy! The sun beds are 30% broken and THERE are NO free beds by 10 am!!!The beach bar is GREAT!!! There's even a decent dining room, BUT!!! FROM 12-00 ONLY!The rooms are clean and the refrigerators are always full!!! All the sheets and towels are spotless!!! THANKS TO THE STAFF! They didn't even give tips!The Italian restaurant is the same wayward hotel cuisine spaghetti stuck together and cold SUCKS!!! food! There are a lot of non-edible cheeses!!! Rest from 7.10 to 17.10.2021 We had a rest with 2 families and really liked everything - from the meeting to the farewell. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews (((or people just went to look for shoals ))) We liked the clean rooms (they were cleaned every day), we liked the food, animation, etc. We are Russians and we were treated very well. The daughter (14 years old) easily became friends with the animators , and the son (10 years old) became friends with his peers. There were a lot of vacationers . A family-friendly hotel. Children's animation was often performed, but there was entertainment for adults as well. An excellent pool bar (Mikhail the bartender), in the Lobby (Erdem the bartender of the highest class), in the restaurant, too, everyone is always courteous and friendly. The sea, by the way, is clean and warm, and the fact that some deck chairs are broken, so these are sloppy vacationers either jump on them or the weight does not allow them to lie down abruptly (I saw myself how a large-sized woman folded it into a light one)))) I really recommend the hotel, you will not regret it . We rest from 09/25.21. To 10/20.21. The hotel is just terrible!!!! In the rooms, there is a great difference, you will hear the neighbors talking and you can calmly hold a conversation without walls. The playground that we chose the hotel for is in terrible condition, everything is dirty and the animators do not speak Russian, the children are bored. The Germans are in 1st place, if you are standing in line at the bar and a German is behind you, then they will miss him and you will stand for an hour. The restaurant has the most complaints, I understand the pandemic and the crisis have affected, but the hotel is declared as 5 ultra, but the concept on the site has not changed since last year.
1. in the restaurant, the cook puts food behind the partitions, so everywhere, a considerable queue accumulates for salads, fruits, drinks (juice, tea, coffee), pastries, hot dishes, etc. So some chefs claim that there is a certain portion for 1 person, for example, 2 pieces of watermelon, 1 pear, etc. You start explaining that you have a child, no way, no way, and that's it. I had to go to the hall administrator, and immediately "no problems". It turns out that each family member has to stand in line and bring a huge number of plates, but there are problems here too. the tables were removed for the social station, and the people were very noticeably added by 15.08. so you're standing with plates, but there's nowhere to sit. It is fashionable, of course, to approach an hour after the start of dinner, but either half-empty bowls or completely empty. the chefs spread their hands.
2. for hot food, basically everything is prepared from semi-finished products, tasteless! omelet made of powder, fried eggs have been gone for 5 days(

But the restaurant workers themselves all work without gloves, except for those who put food on with their hands. 5. A la carte has been canceled this year, although there is no information about it anywhere, also because of the pandemic, and the restaurant and bars are open, it is unclear.
6. Most of all, a negative attitude towards vacationers kills, not all, but there are shots in the restaurant and among the technical staff-technicians. I managed to slip on the tile floor, after leaving the restaurant after breakfast, someone spilled, I immediately asked the technician (there were two of them, they cleaned the floor) to wipe the water so that no one fell yet, so they just burst out laughing in my face, I ask what's funny, and I hit myself hard, even more laughter.

It doesn't even save swimming into the sea, because even there it sounds like he's yelling in his ear. The food on the beach is very tasty, they give pizza, pasta, salads, burgers. But you can only try this food with a fight. You can't take it yourself, because the waiter has to bring it. And he has a "joke" like this, ignoring a Russian girl. I approached him, asked him to serve me - he smiles and ignores me. I sat for 20 minutes and went to the main restaurant. Yesterday there was a waitress girl, she gave me food without any problems.
On the plus side, the Internet is good enough, the food is fine, the road from the hotel to the beach is incredibly beautiful.

The children were really waiting for porridge, but yesterday's corn filled with milk, this is not what we expected, we had to cut a loaf for breakfast, smear with butter and sprinkle with sugar. So the children had breakfast for 10 days. I am silent about the huge queues, probably so now in all hotels, I do not know. We split up (some for meat, some for salad, some for bread). Those who went to get meat could stand in line for 30 minutes. And then I fight to defend 6 pieces of meat, I put 1-2 pieces each, and I have to beg and explain that there are 9 of you. Lunch and dinner are delicious, the fruits are good. There are no complaints here. Wi-Fi! He's not in the room, only in the toilet. )) Underwear. This is the first time I've seen sheets with holes in hotels. When my friends said they had a sheet with a huge orange stain on it, I thought they were confusing something. And so it went on for 3 days. But then it happened to us. Finally. A family of friends chose from 3 sets of linen a single clean one without stains and tipped the maid so that she would NOT CHANGE their bed)))) we were more lucky, we got dirty only twice) As for the room, it's big, really big. All days, the music on the children's show program (children come on stage, animators dance with them) was at an acceptable volume. But that day, the DJ apparently decided to test the speakers for endurance. The music was beating so hard that my head started to hurt. We sat with our hands over our ears. Requests began to come from the audience to make it a little quieter. Moreover, this is a children's program. All requests were ignored. I went up to the DJ and POLITELY asked him to slow down a little. He waved it away. The request was repeated. And then he behaved "like a man." Turned down the music to a minimum!!!! Krasssavcheg! Then we met a couple from another city, so they also remembered this incident and absolutely did not understand the DJ's behavior. But his "peacefulness" did not end there. One evening, when the disco was coming to an end, my husband approached him with a request to put on a certain song. He agreed, accepted his "tea", and... I didn't turn it on. When the time has passed, we ask: "Where's the song?" He replies that the time for slow music will not put a song on. Well, OK, then why did you agree and take the money? We rest from April 11 to April 22. The hotel as a building is beautiful. Everything is friendly at the reception. Everything in the room corresponds to the stated one, except for the iron. There is no iron , at the reception they replied that it was only for a fee - 4 euros for one thing . They clean the table as much as possible . The food is normal , but the variety is inferior to the Crystal Hotel . The restaurants are closed. The animation is only in the evening and very weak. The disco is designed for twenty-year-olds. The DJ is generally on his own mind . The beach is sand . Nothing else.

We stayed at the hotel from October 16 to 24. We arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., our temperature was measured, we filled out the cards and we were given a card from room 1410. We booked a room with a sea view, the price difference is insignificant, for that a great room with a wonderful view will be guaranteed.
The room is excellent, on the fourth floor in the central part of the hotel, very spacious, beautiful interior, one large bed, one small and elegant sofa. The balcony is very large with direct sea views. The bathroom is clean, the tiles are shiny, the plumbing is new, everything worked fine. Cosmetics: shower caps, shower gel, shampoo and lump soap. The liquid soap dispensers were empty, and there were stickers on them with information that liquid soap was not used due to covid. When we went to the beach, I asked the employee at the reception to bring slippers to our room and, if possible, remind us of the dispenser with liquid soap. Upon returning from the beach, slippers and liquid soap were already waiting for us in the room.
The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly, ready to help with any question. A nice Gulay girl works at the reception, she will always answer any question with a smile.
At the entrance, the hotel attracts with its brilliance and gilding, a beautiful interior. High-speed elevators work without problems. There are a lot of relaxation areas in the beautiful lobby.
Turkish coffee and cappuccino are served in the lobby bar.
It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach through a pine reserve, the smell is gorgeous. Or you can take the hotel bus, which runs every 15 minutes. If there is no one on the bus, then you can sit down on a bench next to it and the bus driver immediately appears. He usually sits in the security room.
The territory of the hotel is compact, everything is nearby: an outdoor pool, a heated pool, bars, a restaurant. The territory is increased due to the beach area, where there is a playground, a playground for evening animation. The territory is beautiful and well-maintained, flowers are blooming, banana trees, palm trees, roses are growing. The territory of J'adore attracts tourists from the neighboring two hotels who come here to take pictures. There are cages with ducks, rabbits, and chickens in front of the entrance to the beach, and kids are always happy to pick grass for them.
There is a Vitamin bar on the beach where you can buy fruits or freshly squeezed juice.
The beach at the hotel is large and clean, convenient access to the sea. There were always enough sun beds, protective shades from the sun were stretched only on the first three rows. The snack bar on the beach was open, in October at lunch you could take fish, sometimes chicken, cutlets, French fries, hamburgers, pizza, gozleme Turkish tortillas, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh herbs. The beach bar was open from 10 a.m.: tea, coffee, cocoa from the vending machine, only tomato juice from the packaged juice, juice from the vending machine, soda, alcoholic beverages are the same.
There was no animation in mid-October.
All the staff at the hotel work in masks, there are sanitizers everywhere.
The hotel has a good hammam. We took a peeling with a massage, asked a girl to do the procedure. On the appointed day, a girl was waiting for us, as we asked, we were very satisfied with the procedure!
The food at the hotel is excellent, the food is delicious and the selection is great. For lunch and dinner there are always fish, meat dishes, chicken and turkey, various side dishes, a large selection of vegetables and herbs, snacks and salads, delicious desserts, there were always Turkish sweets, there were tangerines, apples, very sweet grapes, plums, pomegranates.
The drinks are brought by the waiters, they remembered us in a couple of days and our favorite drinks were always on our table.
Delicious ice cream was served from 14 o'clock, there was never a queue.
The day before leaving the hotel, we asked to extend the room for two hours, without problems and surcharges were allowed (but we must take into account that it was the end of the season).
The hotel's safe is chargeable.
We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel, and we will be happy to return here again.

There is a lot of food in the restaurant, but there is nothing to choose, I chose delicious stew and fish a couple of times, but mostly everything is cooked with spices and fried, the diet buffet is only rice and Brucel cabbage and carrots, plus one of this, by the end of the vacation I was a little shriveled))). It's scary to drink alcohol, how lucky I am, mostly I took wine, but I managed to get poisoned once, so take more activated charcoal with you! Fruits and greens are washed poorly! That's all about food. Regarding the location of the room, we were given a window-to-window room with someone else's hotel, it's not so scary, it's scary that there are industrial air conditioners and this hum does not stop, and every morning a truck comes to unload and these bangs echo along the entire street corridor between the hotels, so the window was always closed and curtained and still it was all audible, it did not save. The room was generally cleaned until you poke your nose at what you want to see, they don't even touch it. Next, about animation, there is no animation for children, all animation is sharpened only for Germans, even performances are in German, so I went a couple of times and I got really bored.. They don't speak Russian at the reception either, so no one there will ever understand you without knowing other languages. I came to the conclusion that if you want a calm, unhurried monotonous rest at the beach and are not pretentious in food and everything else, then you can come, but I definitely will not go here!

Since that time, I realized that I would be able to rest. By the way, my husband and I were settled on the sixth floor, which is cool (the higher, the better it is always). They settled, as in many reviews, in front of another hotel, where three or four meters to another balcony, but during all this time not a single person was seen on these balconies (which is honestly strange). Well, that's nice.) About the food:because of the coronavirus, the hotel was obliged to serve food to the employees themselves. For lunch there was soup (for an amateur), spaghetti Bolognese, potatoes of three types, baked vegetables, fresh salads, fruits, various cakes, ice cream in bars during the day, fried pies with topping, burgers, pizza, French fries, salad. A life hack for those who didn't get a hamburger patty in their throat like me-order a chicken sliced on a spit and replace the patty with chicken, add mayonnaise and ketchup-delicious). Alcohol-we brought whiskey with us, and drank it, in the hotel bar we drank only beer-the product is good, good, you can drink it.And finally:the hotel was filled by 50-60 percent upon our arrival, perhaps if the hotel had been filled by a higher percentage, we would not have had enough sun beds or food, but that's if it suddenly happened. And in the dry rest, the rest was in a wonderful company (my husband and I), we had enough food, the room was good, even if not with a good view (+ 40 bucks and a different view), the beer was wonderful, the beach through the coniferous park is a five-minute walk (for the lazy there is a shuttle service to the beach from the hotel). I bought here for two for 60,000 rubles. For 8 days. For me, this tour has paid for itself at this price. If we compare, then there were only three free hotels in Abkhazia on these dates, where only breakfasts for 6 days and an average amount of 68,000 rubles

We are resting now, there is nothing to eat, bread is only white, k, only one restaurant is open, there are no drinks, no food, no water on the beach at all, only drinks near the pool, the kitchen is tin, there are 2 dishes to choose from, there is no fruit at all, we waited 40 minutes in line, there is almost no staff at the hotel. Good day to all! We rested at the Hotel from 3 to 10.01.2019.A family of 3 people.The very first thing you pay attention to when entering the hall is a huge chandelier.Then there is a lobby bar, with beautiful sofas. and chairs.
The rooms are great.
Cleaning every day.The furniture is not killed, bed linen, towels, everything is super.the curtains are clean,there are 10 TV channels in Russian,the candice is working quietly, the plumbing is all in good order.A little advice if you take a number, then take it with an odd number.

The food is varied .
