I really liked this hotel.
Small. Pleasant atmosphere.
Friendly staff.
If there are questions, they try to solve them.
The food is delicious. Not a buffet, but quite varied. I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat a lot of things, the canteen staff were worried that I wouldn't stay hungry. The dining room is clean and pleasant.
The rooms are also clean and cleaned every day without problems.
The hotel is near the road, if you want silence, ask for rooms with windows facing the courtyard.
The pool is clean and warm.
There was a small entertainment program (2 times a week)
I went in August and October and liked it both times.
The sea is quite calm, clean, the beaches are sparsely populated. Sun beds are only for a fee (but I don't use them) The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel.
In October, when it was raining, a movie was shown in the lobby.
Since the center is nearby, there is also a Sberbank ATM and different shops.
In general, it is comfortable and convenient and pleasant to relax there.
I'm going to go again next year.

We liked the hotel, it is very cozy, old, I want to come back.
The rooms are clean, good cleaning every day. The room has a TV, air conditioning, kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator. The room was a family room for four. The folding sofa, however, was very uncomfortable, straight plywood, because of this, my husband and I did not get enough sleep. The bed is nice, spacious, the children slept on it. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked a courtyard with a swimming pool (very well maintained, beautiful and wonderful). Just fine. The singing of cicadas and the songs of frogs, we really love such sounds, they do not interfere in the least.
The music in the cafe is turned off at 23:00, so there is peace and quiet at night.
There are no queues in the dining room, if you come 20-30 minutes later, there is enough food for everyone, nothing has ended and there are already a lot of tables available. The crowd is created by the vacationers themselves, almost storming the dining room door. The food is delicious, we have never been hungry.
We didn't notice any repairs or noise from it.
The only drawback, for this 4 - the electricity was turned off for a day. There is no light, there is no water either, you can't charge your phone, you can't even flush it in the toilet…Because of this, a limited number of dishes were served in the dining room. The hotel does not have its own generator.

Hello everyone We rested in the sanatorium from 19.09 to 26.09 2024. The impressions are only positive. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Administrator Anna is always ready to help. Special thanks to all the employees of the canteen. The menu is varied, more like a homemade one, although it was not always enough if you came late. A clean swimming pool. The room was clean and cleaned regularly. There was a little lack of toiletries. In general, I recommend this place as atmospheric and historical.

For a long time we chose a place to stay in Abkhazia and stayed in the city of New Athos with accommodation in a Historical hotel. The planned vacation exceeded all our expectations by 150%. The hotel is original, cozy, very polite and good-natured staff. We had a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the New Athos Monastery. Free laundry and ironing board with iron. The cuisine is very tasty, balanced, homemade, there are always several dishes to choose from, fruits, vegetable salads. We hardly spent any time in the pool, as the sea is only three minutes away on foot. The beaches are clean and equipped. There is a wonderful Seaside Park next to the hotel, 15-20 minutes from the park there is a man-made waterfall, the Temple of Simon the Canonite and the Abandoned Pcyrsha station. The New Athos Monastery is 10 minutes away, and the Anakopian Fortress can be reached by taxi in just 10 minutes. After the rest, only positive impressions remained. I want to return to this heavenly place again)

We had a rest with a large group of adults and children at this hotel in early August. Everyone was very satisfied! Firstly, the beauty of nature around and the proximity of the sea. Secondly, the staff and service. Thanks to all the hotel staff for creating a comfortable stay from our entire group!!! As for the food. When booking, we knew that meals were just three meals a day. But it had elements of a buffet (2 dishes to choose from) and was very tasty!!!! Our school children asked us to thank the chefs especially!!!! Pros: great location, nice pool, view from the rooms, the Windows of which overlook the sea, interesting interior of the rooms with brickwork, for some - the presence of washing machines, we did not use, there are concerts in the evenings, 2 times a week, but we did not go.
Cons: terrible queues for food, improper organization of distribution in the dining room, if you come later, there is no choice of dishes; the view from the windows of some rooms into an unkempt abandoned courtyard, maids live in a hotel, get up early and talk loudly in the corridor; unsafe territory (uninsulated fittings stick out by the pool and fish pond); I had to wait for a change of towels and linen even after being reminded, there was sometimes a smell of sewage in one of the occupied rooms. They caught rotavirus. But this is not a problem of the hotel, but of Abkhazia, apparently.

We were in this sanatorium Abkhazia from 08/06/2024 to 08/17/2024 for 5 people. For those who love comfort, 5* hotels are not here!!! This is a budget accommodation option.You can't relax in this hotel and it's all because of the huge, daily queues for food in the dining room, and this is 3 times a day, since meals were included in the room rate.It was very unpleasant to stand in queues, many vacationers were shocked by the service. I have previously vacationed in boarding houses, and I have never seen such a thing.The food is average, the portions are small, the baking is monotonous. If you come later, you may not have enough food. There is little space, tables are occupied by families. I had to sit down . It's a horror, the guests drink alcohol brought with them openly in the dining room, they sit like in a restaurant, and there are not even sinks in the dining room to wash their hands., which is unacceptable for catering. My family and I rested here from 25.06 to 05.07 — we were very satisfied. Yes, this is not Turkey or the Krasnodar Territory, but still, everything is very good 👍

Many complain about the dining room 🤷♀️ I can't say anything bad. Yes, there is a queue, but it is created by the guests themselves, because they strive to get through first. We walked about 30 minutes later and the queues were not so big anymore and there were always places. After 10 days of rest, we once sat down with others, and when we took the food, the table was already empty. And in general, I don't see anything wrong with getting hooked on someone - this is a great way of communication))) We met other vacationers and had a very good time together. By the way, I will attach photos of reviews from other vacationers in the dining room. I took it from a group of reviewers, in which I initially looked at reviews of the hotel, before booking.
The hotel is located on the first line, the sea is across the street, the park is nearby, all the sights are close, we walked around everything. Our room faced the sea, yes, of course the noise of cars is constant, but it's not the hotel's fault anymore, for example, if the room goes out into the courtyard, then it's quiet, birds can be heard singing))) We just had 2 rooms, first with a view of the mountains, then the sea, so there is something to compare)))
Overall, we were very satisfied! Everything is there for recreation, everything is clean and beautiful. Considering that I love places with history, it was interesting for me to stay in this hotel. We will definitely come next year, but we will definitely book a room with a mountain view 😄

We had a rest on 14-26.08.2024, double room. We were here six years ago, when there was no dining room and swimming pool.
The administrator Anya showed everything, solved all the questions (about the hotel and the city in general) that were addressed. Oksana, the head of the canteen (she has been working at the hotel for several years, we knew that we could always rely on her) She is also always caring, as a leader, she is still involved in laying food, communicating with guests and generally on the pick-up, she also helped, for example, to go to the hospital when they got sick with rotavirus. In general, the staff is very caring, everyone is pleasant to communicate with and ready to help.
The location is perfect - a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The beach itself is usually half-empty, the water is quite clean (other guests said it was cleaner than in Sochi).
The food, for me personally, is very cleverly organized: three meals in time, there is a choice between two dishes and additives / sauces / drinks in the form of a buffet, in the morning and in the evening there are usually two dishes, three at lunch - always enough for the whole day, we did not go to the cafe from satiety. The dishes are prescribed in advance for a week, in general they are quite simple (porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, meat, fish, pastries in the evening) and for the not particularly pretentious, but everything is delicious, even ice cream and churchkhels on the street did not want for the whole holiday. The appliances are boiled before serving.
Cleaning is regular. The shower and toilet were shared, but there were no queues.
The guests are usually elderly, since in principle a quiet holiday is supposed in New Athos, everything is quiet. Therefore, it is worth going there for peace, not activity or hanging out.
The building itself and the rooms and the dining room - all made of stone - are beautiful.
Of the possible disadvantages, it was hard to sleep in the rooms facing the road because of the noise. But the receptionist had no problem changing the room to one facing the courtyard when it was vacant. The lights may turn off for a few minutes, for example, if there is a downpour outside - but it is also generally uncritical.
Bottom line: if you are going for a relaxing holiday by the sea and there are no requests for exotics, there is hardly a better place in New Athos. We plan to go to the hotel every summer if possible.

The buffet consists of tea, compote, sliced cheese and sausage, beans, sauces and eggs in the morning. The portions of the first and second are small, the food is monotonous, especially the pastries, which were in the evening. Of the salads, only cabbage and carrots by the spoon, less often tomatoes and cucumbers, the food is mostly delicious. But the main thing is the queues in the dining room. I have not seen such queues anywhere else in hotels. One person is serving, and two are watching. If you change the concept of nutrition, then in general it will not be bad at all. Historical sanatorium Abkhazia in New Athos. There is only one name from the sanatorium! We stood at the border for 1.5 hours. It takes 3 hours to drive from the border to the hotel. We had a rest from July 19 to 29, 2024. A family of 5 people, a mother with two children (9 years old, 5 years old) and a grandparent. Two rooms 27 (standard comfort) and 46 (family room with extra bed for a child). 27 room is clean, bright, new, just renovated, new bathroom tiles, wallpaper, new furniture. Of the cons, there is no closet, none at all! There is no shower in the bathroom, just a triangle curtain closed. 46 room is just a scourge, a barn. The walls are stupidly brick, which crumbles and falls out. There are few outlets. Moreover, I plugged either a kettle or a refrigerator into one outlet in turn. There is no outlet near the bed, I had to jump for the phone.
On all websites, the hotel category is written 3*, but there is a lot of one. The receptionist said that there are no stars in hotels in Abkhazia. Why the fuck is it written everywhere then? There are no slippers, no bathrobes, one soap for three, shampoo, shower gel, and even less, no drinking water in the room, there is no tea and coffee in the room, there are no towels for feet, towels were brought after my scandal.
We checked in on July 20 at 2:00 a.m., but we had to pay on the 19th. By the way, they were evicted at 5 a.m. on July 29. Accordingly, they also paid for 29. Lunch box for those leaving early, bread with sausage and cheese, which had dried up before they reached the airport🙈When they entered the room upon check-in, the tiles on the floor were covered in sand, in hair, in spiders 🙊 the atmosphere is like in a stable, only they do not carry hay, they asked to move out of this scourge, but the issue was not resolved. They said you chose this room category yourself👍 class, this is me in the barn for 178 thousand (only for our room for three) I agreed to live with the children. And they don't see that everything needs major repairs. This is not our first time in Abkhazia, there is something to compare it with! And we traveled well around the world, but of course, I couldn't even imagine this in my worst dream. To get to our 46th room, you have to go through the laundry room, past the staff toilet, another dog barked periodically somewhere, and the walls are shaking, someone closes their door, ours rattles all the time, in general, all 33 pleasures.
Food. Declared a buffet 🙊 Lord, God forbid you ever get to such a buffet. The queue is constantly queuing. I can't remember the last time I stood in line for food. You take a tray and stand in line for handouts. Breakfast: pancakes were twice in 10 days (not salty and not sweet, not in any way), buckwheat porridge with milk, oatmeal porridge is again not sweet, I was offered to bring it to taste myself, using salt and sugar 👍😂 cheese of 2 types, sausage of 2 types, but personally I did not get it, boiled eggs, bread, cereals and chocolate balls, which are filled with hot milk. I asked for cold milk on the first day, and in the following days I bought my own and carried it. Coffee is paid for 100 r cup!!!! This is a tryndets comrades! The omelet is delicious once in 10 days. No fried eggs, no salads, no fresh greens, no sausages, no pasta.
Lunch: terribly salted soups with crackers or okroshka on matzoni, there is no kvass! Second: pilaf or rustic potatoes with pink salmon. The potatoes were very tasty (well, either I got hungry in 2 days), the pink salmon was dry. Next, one kind of compote, fresh carrots finely chopped, salted olives. Of the salads, only beetroot with mayonnaise and not every day. That's it! It's called don't overeat.
Dinner: round potatoes, buckwheat with lazy cabbage rolls. It's not cabbage rolls, it's poison, terribly peppery and salty. There were cutlets, all spicy and over-salted. There was no chicken liver, no salt, no spices. In general, there are two extremes.
There is a swimming pool. Small. Relatively clean. But for example, there is a button for hydro massage, of course it does not work. There is no changing room near the pool, Go to the room as you want. On the fifth day, the pool bloomed, I attach a photo. Something like 33% peroxide for disinfection of pool water seems not to have been heard of.
On the fifth day of our stay, we woke up in the morning with a baby. The Abkhazian scorpion meet him in the photo. I asked the administration to carry out the processing, to which they replied, you are in the subtropics, what do you want. I ask how he got to the second floor? Silence. One of the advantages of this place (not a sanatorium) is that there are no people at sea and the sea is clean. Because there are few crazy people who will drive 3 hours to the hotel from the border.

This year, the territory was improved, an excellent swimming pool, although the sea is within walking distance. A good hotel, but there is something to work on. Staff, comfort rooms, location I put 5 out of 5. All the sights and the sea are within walking distance. Pleasant receptionist Anna, kitchen staff and cleaners 👍.
I would take off a star for food. Breakfast 5+, lunch and dinner for 4-. I would like more fresh vegetables, something from the national cuisine (at least once a week), meat and fruits. Another plus is that you can use a washing machine and an iron. It would be great if we could resume showing cartoons and movies on the projector in the lobby.
In general, I recommend the Historical Sanatorium Abkhazia. I hope we'll come back.

We got a little upset this year . We came in 2023 , we liked everything , we came this time ... budget - yes ... but the dining room leaves much to be desired , as I understand it , the cook has changed . They moved into a new building, everything is new. The room is pleasant. But it has not been finalized . There is no hair dryer ( thanks to the administrator Anna for helping us and giving us a hair dryer . ) there is no mirror in the bathroom , no hair dryer . There is no kettle ( although it was written about a hairdryer and a kettle when booking ) , but it 's not scary . The staff is wonderful, but in the dining room - I went hungry several times, because I couldn 't eat , namely beetroot ( it smells rotten , pasta ( smell of acid ) and millet ( unleavened ) .

We were vacationing with friends from July 21-29, 2023. We met well, we settled in even earlier, for which thank you very much! The staff and hosts are very friendly, good-natured. First about the room, the room was comfort +, nice, loft style.The pillows and mattress are comfortable, it's a pleasure to sleep! The condo was old, but it coped, although the 2nd room was cheaper, and the condo was new! Cleaning is constant. The pool is nice, new. The dining room is average for me, we often went to a restaurant for dinner, because there is no choice of food, and not everyone eats that. I wanted to come and try the local food, but it turned out like in a Soviet canteen. The location is very good. In general, the impressions, with the exception of the dining room, are very positive. There are a lot of good restaurants around, so you can find a compromise.

We were in the sanatorium for 1 day and were horrified ! The terrible Oksana castle in the dining room, snatched 2 eggs from her husband at breakfast, shouting that 1 was allowed, although an element of the buffet was declared, told visitors not to steal, although no one did it in the pit, imposed her private sector on us for 4000 a day, and for refusing spoiled the mood and was rude, the compote was diluted, people were outraged, there was no food, there were no additives, everywhere there were inscriptions about the dangers of food and about a feeder with sparrows, a contingent of elderly people, like in an almshouse. We offered a room with a view of the garbage dump opposite the kitchen on the 1st floor for 6000, ran away on the trail, had a great day and had a great rest in beautiful Athos, I do not advise anyone this horror.

We had a rest with our daughter in the period from 03 to 16 July 2023. We were greeted very warmly. We had a great rest. The impression of the holiday is excellent. Nature is just a luxury. The location is good, the sea is across the street, the sights are within walking distance. It was like visiting a medieval castle. The room was a family room, on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool. The room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, tea pairs, beautiful design, good furniture: double bed, small sofa, armchair, wardrobe, two bedside tables, large mirror, dressing table, white linen, white towels, everything is clean. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, a washbasin, a mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer. It's all clear. Daily cleaning service. Meals are served three times a day, homemade, without frills, everything is fresh, the staff is very friendly, which happens not so often. I want to go back there again. Very good location. The sea is across the street! The sights are within walking distance! The girls at the reception and the guard are always positive) They respond to any request very quickly. Thanks a lot for that! Daily cleaning service. I won't say that it was shiny, but the sand was disappearing from the floor. Linen change every 5 days or on request. There was no buffet, but it didn't upset us. The food is delicious and varied. They didn't stay hungry) The canteen staff are also very responsive. We checked in after dinner and left before breakfast. Despite this, we were fed. Thanks a lot for that! There are washing machines. Washing is free (your own powder). Dryers in the corridors. The safe at the reception is free of charge. A swimming pool is being built in the courtyard. We talked to the guests who had windows facing the courtyard. They talk noisily. We were lucky. Our windows were facing the sea. The road did not interfere. We read reviews and took earplugs. They were not useful). The beach is sparsely populated! You enjoy the sound of the waves, not the conversations of others) To summarize... If you are waiting for the level of Turkey, Egypt, etc., then you are not going to Abkhazia. There are more pros than cons for me. I took off one star for cleaning and construction.

A great place for a family vacation. We had a rest in June 2023. We had a family room with a balcony:a double bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, an armchair, 2 bedside tables and a TV with lots of channels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, everything worked perfectly. The balcony overlooked the courtyard, there is a children's mini playground with a spiral and slide, a swimming pool under construction. The food is for five, the portions are sufficient, everything is very tasty. Anna the administrator is just a smart girl. Near the beach, sun loungers for 250 rubles, the sea is very clean. There is also a park with cafes and a pond with various fish and swans. The park has a paddock with ostriches, peacocks, ducks, turkeys. The child was very interested. In general, I recommend this hotel and a place to relax.

It was October 2022 last year. I stayed in a room with amenities on the 2nd floor. A normal room for this price. The food is poor, it will not be enough for a man. There were no fruits, no pastries either. But for someone who watches his figure, that's what you need. You won't like it. But the food is fresh and homemade. A set lunch. No frills. I liked the interior of the hall. In the evening, you can watch a movie on the big screen. The main advantage of this sanatorium is its location. The sea is across the street and all the sights are nearby. A park and a lake with swans, near a waterfall, Psyrtskha station, the Cell of the Holy Canonite, Novoafonsky monastery, caves and Tverskaya Mountain. Everything can be walked around. That's what I did. The rest was a success, even the rains did not prevent you from enjoying your vacation. I went around all the sights, and did not lie on the beach. Although I managed to lie down and swim, I swam even in the rain. Warm water and few people. In October of this year I will go to this sanatorium again. There is no treatment there, but there is a seaside village nearby where you can take hydrogen sulfide baths and mud. According to the schedule, you can leave the sanatorium by minibus. The driver brings you there, waits and takes you back. So you can get treated.

For many years we have been coming to Abkhazia with the team for judo competitions, we have lived in many hotels, but the last trip left unforgettable, good impressions thanks to the Sanatorium Abkhazia. We have never seen such warmth and caring for children anywhere. Cozy rooms, modern design, delicious homemade food, caring and courteous staff. All this left an unforgettable and pleasant impression. Being in New Athos, apart from the sanatorium Abkhazia, we will not consider any other options.

Good day to all! We had a vacation with my husband in June 2023! The room is spacious, the air conditioning is working, the bed linen and towels are white, they were changed after 3 days, which was pleasantly surprised, thank you for that, because we were told that the change is in 5 days. The room has a kettle, 2 mugs, 4 plates, 2 double beds and a sofa, a small refrigerator (it was quite enough), there was a TV, but it did not work, and after contacting the reception, they promised us that they would repair it, but they never did. The bathroom is combined, there is a hairdryer, a foot towel, which is also great!, but there are not enough hooks for clothes, there was only one, after contacting about this, the issue was not resolved. Room cleaning every day, thanks for that! A la carte meals, 3 meals a day, delicious, always hot, homemade food, the canteen staff is very friendly! Our room faced the Sukhumi highway, the sea, but the noise of cars did not interfere! It's so great to wake up and see the beautiful sea from the window!! The location of the Sanatorium is just wonderful, the sea is across the street, the beach is wide, there was always enough space for everyone! A beautiful park where swans live, live music in the evening, where you can walk, sit on a bench and enjoy birdsong in the shade of trees, is also located nearby! This is our first vacation in Abkhazia, and if we go again, it will be only to New Athos, and only to this Sanatorium. I definitely recommend the Sanatorium Abkhazia, despite some issues that have not been resolved, and for this I took off the star!

We rested from 08/21/2021, 11 days, the sea is gorgeous, very close to the hotel, the staff of the girls thank you very much for your hospitality, everything you ask will tell you, the food is delicious, but, advice, put the greens separately, it is not obligatory in each product, it is not suitable for everyone, it is better of course if there is a buffet and increase the dining room, the rooms were cleaned well, there is dampness, but we understand this, because by the sea, it's just that the room needs to be ventilated more often, and so everything worked.It was very nice to receive a bottle of wine as a birthday present from the staff, thank you.And there is also a lot to go and walk in new Athos, there are a lot of attractions. We had a rest in October 2023. The reality has exceeded expectations. We checked in immediately upon arrival, without waiting for the check-out time. Beautiful lobby. Standard room on the 2nd floor, no frills, clean, huge bushes of flowering rhododendrons outside the window, beauty! Dining room for my husband and me and the rest (my mother and aunt were with us at the age) I liked it, the food was delicious, there were enough portions for everyone (I don't understand how someone writes that they didn't have enough). The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea and all the sights are nearby. The staff is friendly. We plan to come here again this year.

A good hotel, very friendly staff, but the problem with food was a year ago it was much better and varied, there was always fresh pastries for dinner, now there is no such thing, as well as there is no buffet, salads used to be served separately in chopsticks, and now one spoonful will be put on a plate and that's it, one hour it is allocated for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you come to the time they say lunch or dinner is delayed for 15 minutes, you stand waiting, during this time the queue is huge, there are very few tables, although there is a lot of space, you can put another row of tables, it may turn out that the queue is suitable and there is no place to sit, last year they gave two hours for food, and therefore there was no such queue, I took off the star for power problems

We visited the Sanatorium Abkhazia in September 2022. I finally got to the review when I found the photos of the room. It's just A SHOCK!!! The hotel is not cheap, and the service and attitude are disgusting.At the entrance to the hotel, everything is already clear. Everything is beautiful in the photo, but in real life it is so-so and immediately "rushes" an unpleasant smell of dampness. We booked through an agency. How they work with each other is unclear. The room was supposed to have a balcony and a sea view. As a result, there was a sea view, but there was no balcony. The room itself (I showed 2 rooms in the photo) is terrible, like a "cabin" with furniture. The stench, the dirt. The cups and kettle are dirty. There's someone's hair and garbage in the toilet. Dust. There is no threshold. My husband broke his finger on this threshold. There is no way to resolve the issue normally. The hotel owners don't care. The administrator then complains to an incomprehensible man who threatens (literally, uses obscene language in conversation) . Our room was changed, but!!! The bed was DIRTY. A room with a view to nowhere... Furniture "hug and cry" Cleaning (only floors will be wiped) and towels will be changed if reminded. The very woman who cleans everything, she's smart. Apparently the owners came up with this type of cleaning.But such a volume is unrealistic. At least I haven't seen the others. For 2 people, 1 piece of soap. It is clear that we took everything we needed with us. The fact itself. The furniture is old from the word at ALL. When coming to the dining room, do not forget to ask who is the last one))) The menu is for 3+. The sweet girl
who serves the food, the cook woman is well done. An elderly woman washes dishes with her hands. I feel sorry for her. Is it really impossible to purchase a professional dishwasher?If you ask for a new plate (because sometimes it happens to be broken) you will be incinerated with a look and then discussed in the kitchen with the staff without hesitation . The lights are often turned off. They don't even think about the generator. They know that they always have such a problem, but they don't care.The beach is nearby, but the beach itself is also dirty. The guard and the woman who washes the dishes are the most pleasant employees. Very nice and friendly people. Abkhazia itself is beautiful, the sea is wonderful. People have been waiting for a vacation for years, if possible, they want to have a good rest. Everything is fine on the hotel's websites, but not in real life. You can still write a lot of negative things about the hotel, but ... I can't remember all the horror. This is my personal opinion. Expectation and reality.... There are no words.

We rested for 6 days from June 19th. At first we were upset because we booked a comfort room, but there were problems with the wiring and we were put in a family room of the 1st category. But a day later they moved into our room. Please note that accommodation on the 1st floor and 2nd floor of the hotel will have different reviews. It is very damp on 1m. It's 2 m nicer. The comfort room is great, large, Wi-Fi TV, Windows overlook the sea, but at the same time on the highway, but this did not bother us, there are many sockets in the room, good repair. The dryer is electric in the bathroom, which helped a lot. Moreover, in the family room, where we lived for a day, the dryer was homemade, spoiled my swimsuit, few sockets and the TV channel 1 TNT.
They cleaned every other day, although it was stated every day. We had a lot of garbage piling up. The hotel was very pleased with the availability of a washing machine for free, with its own powder and several dryers in the lobby, where it is convenient to dry things. Nutrition is a separate topic. We were very upset at first. In small portions. But everything is fresh, different, really ordinary. As a pioneer camp. The egg was seen 1 time for breakfast on Sunday. There is no coffee in the morning. Instant coffee drink only in bags. Fish meat if if given then gr. 80. There are no fruits at all. The girl at the reception is lovely. The staff are all polite. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is excellent. The location of the hotel is fire, everything is nearby. I took off the star for the food. But once again, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the review is based on staying in the comfort room. The beach across the street is not equipped, but to the right 100 m there is a beach with a cafe and sun loungers 250 rubles. And sunshades.

Rested together with my daughter July 2023. We all remember the hotel))). If you love peace and quiet, then you are here! There are no violent, noisy, loud ones here. Next to a large park and an embankment with cafes, you can walk there, and go to the hotel to rest. Very good location. Within walking distance of almost all the sights of New Athos. From the room window we could see the Monastery, 10 minutes to the old station, 15 minutes to the caves. At the reception you will be offered excursions, and they will also advise you what is better. They climbed all along and across. The sea is across the road, there are few people on the beach. The price of the rooms is for a different purse, there are cheaper, with amenities on the floor, there are more expensive, everything is in the room. The hotel "antique". Mega‑friendly staff. Moreover, absolutely all employees are friendly!!! Upon arrival, we were immediately fed, despite the fact that lunch time was over. The food is delicious. You can ask for a supplement, but we ate too much. Anya is a super‑positive administrator, she will always help, show, tell. Everyone in the dining room is very friendly. Arevik greetings to our beloved ladies, who brewed me wonderful coffee in the morning)). The owner of the hotel has a separate respect, I think if she reads the review, she will understand who left it)). This wonderful hostess does everything and even more to ensure that no one disturbs the peace and rest of her guests. The guard is smiling, the cleaners too. Everyone always says hello to everyone. It was sooo nice for us to be there. They left with tears, really. We still remember the farewell scene. If there are disadvantages, then the hotel employees themselves know about them and correct them. Right during our vacation, we could see how the hotel was being transformed, none of the employees were sitting idle. Anya told me what else will be completed in the near future. To be honest, I couldn't bring myself to write a review for a long time, we are very afraid, after many positive words, more people will go there and prices will rise))).
