Good afternoon. The staff is 5+. Well done. Friendly, ready to help. Bathrooms - there is no air freshener, there are black seams in the shower stalls below. We had breakfast. Special thanks to the kitchen and the waiters. Everything is fine. Overall, I liked the hotel
The main advantage is the price-quality ratio of the services provided. Another plus is the breakfast buffet. Among the disadvantages: the lack of disposable slippers, a kettle in the room and a hair dryer
There is a lack of a refrigerator in the room and an air conditioner or at least a fan. The reception service is very good. The pricing policy is acceptable. It 's clean and cozy . Thank you.
The room is not in the best condition plus some bloodstains on the floor. A dirty towel. During the 3 nights of stay, the room was not cleaned (the trash was taken out 1 time and toilet paper was added 1 time and one set of gel and shampoo was put) and towels were not changed, all three days a towel with a stain. The metro is a 25-minute walk away, there is no kettle/water/hair dryer in the room. 1 Water cooler on the ground floor at the reception. A shop is 10 minutes away or an expensive gas station next to the hotel.
We stayed at the hotel from July 25th to 28th. The room was inexpensive, two-room, four separate beds for four people, two in each room. 7th floor. Everything is clean, there are no complaints. It is a pity that the room does not have at least a mini fridge. You could ask the reception to put something in the common room, but it's still inconvenient. There is an ironing board with an iron on the ground floor in the service compartment, but the iron is leaking and it is still a pleasure to iron it and admire the wet traces of it on clothes. There was no hair dryer, but we travel with our own, so it didn't upset us. Very tasty, hearty, good and, for me, generally plentiful buffet breakfasts: you could eat to the brim for half a day ahead. The saddest thing about this hotel, which caught my eye and is why I'm shooting a star, is the completely unsmiling staff, the girls are all young, but some serious and, I would even say, sullen and unfriendly, as if the work is a burden to them and they are completely tired of these stupid visitors-guests. "And for the rest, beautiful Marchioness, everything is fine, everything is fine!"
It's been 3 days, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean, but the shower water takes a long time. We had breakfast in the cafe at the hotel, buffet, everything is very tasty, the staff is very friendly!
Geographically, it is not the most convenient location, 20 minutes by transport to the center. The hotel itself is of course very simple, but the price also corresponds to a double room of 143 bel. rub / day. The interior is very simple, but there is everything you need. The room is clean, but everything is tired. There are shampoos, slippers were bought at the reception, a hairdryer was requested there. Breakfast is included, a small buffet, but you can eat enough. It's a clean place to spend the night for a couple of days, but the second time is definitely not here.
We lived as a family for five days in early July. Pros: a large spacious two-room room with a huge number of closets (to be honest, it's unclear why). The bed linen is clean, of good quality, there is carpet on the floor, and the room has good sound insulation. The advantages include the location of the hotel near the city center, with a good transport interchange, a large car park, a good shopping center and a gas station nearby, there is a cafe. Now to the cons: upon entering the room, I found a sock on the floor behind the curtain (thank you, at least clean), apparently from the previous guest, and a paper receipt. The room configuration is quite strange: in a four-bed room there is one small trash can for 2-3 liters, in a bathroom large enough in area there is a very small uncomfortable sink, there is no refrigerator, air conditioning, there is not even a shoe horn, there is no drinking water either in the room or on the floor. There is a single cooler at the reception in a fairly large hotel. The refrigerator is also only at the administrators, there is no freezer in it. The staff behaves very restrained, they did not notice any cordiality and hospitality, no one smiles, does not greet the first, in response to my greetings to the maids in the form of a found sock and a receipt from the previous guest, no one even apologized, as if there was nothing special about it. In general, I think that these disadvantages will be eliminated in the near future, and guests will be happy to stay at this hotel in a beautiful city.
Clean, simple, affordable. It is not easy to find a family room for 4x at an affordable price. There is a large hypermarket with an exchanger nearby. Among the disadvantages are the refrigerator at the reception and the carpet.
An excellent 2-star hotel, you can safely put three.
We lived in a triple room.
Everything was available as it should be for two stars: towels, gel, shampoo.
A huge closet, the only thing is there is no refrigerator, you need to take into account and a hairdryer at the reception on request.
Breakfasts for a strong four.
It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone. There is 1 water cooler on 9 floors (spoiler, thank you that at least there is hot water here) there are no kettles in the rooms, it is still tolerable 2 stars nevertheless. There are only 2 unhurried elevators, you can wait 15 minutes. The room had a terribly dirty carpet and smelled of socks. The bedding seems to be clean, but the overall impression is terrible. And most importantly, when we arrived, it turned out that their hot water was turned off (!!!). It always seemed that in such places there should be boilers, or other systems in such a case. Naturally, no one warned us in advance, like they posted it somewhere on the portal. But, considering that you take contacts, you could at least write to the post office. When I asked if they could provide a basin and kettle/hot water in this case, the answer was no. The money was taken in full, no discounts for the inconvenience. I left there the next day, because it was a late check-in, and with all my desire there was nowhere to go. Naturally, no one reimbursed the second paid day either. If you don't want to spoil the impression of Minsk and Belarusians, don't come here. You will get neither understanding nor service here.
We arrived at the hotel early in the morning from the Russian Federation without Belarusian rubles. The transfer was provided. The hotel's internet connection went down this morning. We had an excursion planned for the same morning. It was necessary to take a taxi to the meeting place. The receptionist for the currency exchange sent us to the hypermarket. Unfortunately, the exchanger opened later than we were supposed to leave. We could not call a taxi due to the lack of Wi-Fi at the hotel at that time. To our requests to call us a taxi and write down the cost to our account, the answer was: "Your problems, you solve them. We are not doing this." Fortunately, there was a change of administrators. It turned out that the 24-hour exchanger is located a couple of minutes from the hotel, at a gas station. The breakfast buffet is passable. The rooms are clean, there are no complaints about mattresses, pillows, underwear. As there is no air conditioning in the rooms (we did not pretend, we understood that there were two stars), a fan, a kettle, a refrigerator. The TV was not working)). Fortunately, we only have to spend the night, and the temperature dropped that night)). However, from 4.30 a cheerful company of 4 men gathered near the hotel with drinks and cheerful music)). But, of course, we do not hold the hotel responsible for this). The next night there was a hurricane. The doors were shaking. At first we jumped up, we thought someone was knocking on the door)). Two asterisks justified themselves).
A wonderful hotel. Big, clean. The room has a large wardrobe, which is rare, the mattresses are comfortable, the blankets are huge, the bathroom is also without complaints. Breakfast is a buffet, a huge selection of dishes for every taste, they constantly make sure that everything is replenished for new arrivals. There is always staff at the reception, there is a guard who sits in a separate room and monitors the tranquility. There is a parking lot nearby. Convenient location - a few minutes on foot and a supermarket, where there is a large selection of goods and you can go to a cafe. So, many thanks to all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay.
I would give the highest score, because in terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is quite good, but there is one thing:
while we were there, there was no hot water in the hotel.
She was turned off for prevention, as in apartments they turn off for a week or two.
This is the first time I've encountered this in a hotel. It was possible to try to find a technical solution, to put a boiler, for example. And then they just rent out rooms, you arrive and it turns out that there is no hot water and you will not be able to wash.
There was also a cockroach running around in the closet. We thought, well, that's where we got to, but after we nailed this cockroach, we didn't see any others during our stay there. But with the lack of hot water, this is of course trash.
We stayed here for the first time (two adults + a child). The atmosphere of the Soviet era, however, should not be considered as nothing negative! Rooms are clean, beds, TV in every room. The bathroom is spacious, there is cold/hot water, shower. An iron and a hair dryer seem to be at the reception. We used the hotel as a place to relax after long walks, get some sleep and get ready to hit the road again. She did a great job with these tasks! The staff is friendly, the location is convenient, 15-20 minutes from the train station.
The hotel is well equipped, we did not even expect this from 2*. It's quite budget-friendly.
Hippo hypermarket is nearby, prices are above average, but it is quite possible to buy food. There's also a Cornflower cafe.
There is a restaurant with an excellent breakfast buffet. The price of 20 bel.r. is quite justified.
Lunch and dinner on the menu, which are above average prices. The restaurant is open until 23, but orders are accepted in one shift until 21.30, the second until 21.00, unfortunately there is no clear rule here.
Also the distance from the subway. About 20 minutes on foot. You can take a trolleybus. You can take a taxi, but at such prices it is advantageous to take a taxi immediately to your destination.
Having decided to visit Minsk with my wife, we chose this hotel. The determining criteria were price, rating in reviews and location. We chose a two-room room. It is cozy, the furniture is fresh, the linen is clean and fresh. There is a convenient parking in front of the hotel. There is a gas station, a service and several car washes. There are several shops, cafes and a hypermarket nearby. It is convenient to go to the ring road by car. It is also convenient to get to the center by car. You can also take a trolleybus - 10 minutes to the station square.
The staff at the hotel is polite and courteous (although I have never met rudeness in Belarus). The hotel is clean and fresh. There is a restaurant. In addition to the buffet breakfast, you can also have lunch and dinner "a la carte". The menu is impressive and the prices are too.
The breakfasts are not bad for a hotel of this category. The main thing was good Belarusian yoghurts, cheeses and delicious coffee.
In case of a trip to Minsk, I think we will choose this hotel again.
We stayed from 14.09 23 the room itself is beautiful, the bed linen is snow-white, the cleanest. The room is very clean and pleasant. There is no refrigerator, we didn't really need it, but
we need to take it into account.
We stayed in a 2-room apartment.
On nutrition: we had 3 meals a day (not a buffet) that's why you don't have to put stars at all....monotonous and tasteless. Breakfast is an omelet sausage, the next day porridge on the water... soup with no choice, tasteless.. dinner buckwheat or rice with a cutlet is tasteless, if it's a complete questionnaire, then it's fine. I do not recommend taking the complex. There is a richer choice on the buffet in the morning, but there are no pickles, everything is standard.
Apart from the tasteless, but tolerable food, everything else is very good, clean and calm. However, this meal is ordered (we chose 3 meals a day), perhaps if you order according to the menu at the hotel, it will be different.
Hippo hypermarket is within walking distance, it has a local Cornflower cafe, KFC.
2 stars only for meals (paid in advance for the group)
The cooler is only on the 1st floor.
Good day!
Check-in from February 24 to February 26 at the "2-room standard family room".
I liked everything, a large, comfortable room, especially for two, clean. Good location, fairly low price.
Of the cons (purely personal opinion): it would be nice if there was a hairdryer in the room and a water cooler somewhere on the floor. A large room and a small one have the same batteries, it is cooler in a large room, especially thermophilic people may not like it.
Would you recommend it? Definitely! Would you come back again? Definitely! Thanks!
A standard budget hotel. The rooms are small, the beds are ordinary. Everything you need in the room is there, except for a refrigerator and an air conditioner. Breakfasts are above all praise, for 2 stars it is simply gorgeous!
A very nice hotel. Yes, it's a two, everything is quite simple, but everything is perfectly clean! There are shops nearby, the food is delicious and varied. Friendly staff who are always ready to help. Thank you very much, it was a pleasure to stay with you
Despite the official two stars, it quite pulls on a decent "three-piece" - with Belarusian goodness in everything and cleanliness and with Belarusian hospitality. For a business trip, it's just fine, and for a visiting tourist it will go well for 1-2 nights. For a decent breakfast (buffet) at a reasonable price - special thanks. The main disadvantage is that it is far from the center, but it is completely compensated by the price tag: for such money it is quite possible to get to the hotel or walk on foot.
I stayed for one night.
The rooms are clean, there are hygiene kits. Clean towels, normal bed linen.
There are no kettles or glasses. I haven't seen this for a long time.
To get water from all floors, you need to go down to the cooler on the ground floor.
Why not put it on each one for convenience?
The rooms are not cozy, no pictures, no photos on the wall.
The audibility with the neighboring rooms is wonderful, the neighbors from above left early in the morning - the rumble from the suitcases woke everyone up.
The breakfast is varied in assortment: omelets, porridges, puddings, sausages, cheesecakes, fruit drinks, tea, coffee. People stop in large groups. Permanent check-in - check-out. For my money, I'm sane.
Guys, it was 4 nights. A gorgeous hotel . This was not expected from two stars at all. Clean , decent, adequate ,
Luggage storage room , WiFi, lobby , bar nearby. The rooms have TVs and even catches channels.
I was really excited because the expectations were much worse .
The rooms are clean with new furniture, clean, cleaned every day, in general everything is fine, only the "gray" tulle spoils the impression and the water in the shower goes badly, if this is fixed, it will be fine
A great budget hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite varied, everything is very tasty. It is located a little far away, but due to the fact that there are no problems with taxis, you can easily get anywhere in the city
Five for the cost, cleanliness and meeting! The staff is always ready to help and greets you with a smile. Check-in is as fast as possible, literally 3 minutes and the room key card is already in your hands. The room has a comfortable bed (but pillows for an amateur), a bathroom with a shower cabin. They give 2 towels per person, soap accessories. I was a little upset by the lack of toothpaste. Shampoo/balm and shower gel are available. The bathroom is clean, there is hot water, the pressure is good.
She lived on the 6th floor, the Windows overlooked the construction site, but this did not interfere with rest in any way, since there was a clear working schedule and silence. It was disappointing that the dumpsters are also under the windows and the car arriving at around 7 a.m. is noisy. You can sleep with the window open, but you can hear her. If it would be possible to move the containers somewhere, it would be wonderful.
There is a cafe-bar next to the hotel with a good menu, but tasteless dishes, unfortunately. You can go straight from the hotel to him without going outside.
A huge Hippo supermarket is a 3-5-minute walk away. There is absolutely everything there, like the Moscow Globe.
There is a trolleybus stop 36 right in front of the hotel, you can easily get to the center for 90 kopecks. (Cash only)
Partizanskaya metro station is far from the hotel, 25-30 minutes on foot, at least.
In terms of price/quality ratio, the hotel is very decent! Clean, quiet, good transport accessibility and, importantly, budget-friendly. I do not take off the assessment for minor disadvantages, since they are individual.
Nice hotel, spacious rooms, clean. There is no hair dryer and refrigerator in the room, a hair dryer can be taken at the reception, it's a pity we found out about it at check-out, products requiring storage in the refrigerator can be given to the administrators, everything is signed and taken to the refrigerator.
When the hotel is very full, there are problems with the elevator, with waiting for it. The load is not distributed between the elevators, you have to wait a long time.
But the biggest disadvantage is the capacity of the restaurant and its staff. The breakfasts are delicious, there is enough food for all the guests, but there are not enough places! Very disappointed with the dinner, ordered in advance (much in advance) For a group of children and their parents, it took an average of 40 minutes to take out a dish. Considering that the whole group after excursions, early rising and a 7-hour train ride, it was hard to expect, especially for children. The dishes, to put it mildly, are tasteless, several dishes were asked to be given to the cook without even trying. The waiters are young, perhaps without experience, they do not know the basic things: a bottle of alcohol is first brought to the guests, the label is shown and after that they open, rather than open semi-sweet instead of dry behind the bar, because the dry is over; white wine is cooled, and red does not need to be put in the refrigerator.
The hotel and the hotel staff have a solid five, the restaurant has three.
Excellent hotel, in terms of price-quality ratio! We lived in a 2-room triple room - it is huge and at the same time cozy. The cleanliness of the hotels is at a high level, the beds are comfortable. A great buffet in the cafe at the hotel! In general, I recommend it!
I liked everything, it would be nice if there was a refrigerator in the room. The rest is price-quality, everything is consistent. The breakfast is not even bad, the service is good.
We checked into the hotel after 14.00, we liked the hotel itself: the rooms are clean , with good new furniture, the bathroom plumbing is in good condition. The rooms are not very large, but for 4 people, we were given a two-room room, there is no refrigerator , hair dryer, iron in the room (this is for those who care), but there is a refrigerator at the reception, you can leave food through the administrator, there is also an iron in the office room. We were given a card from the room, and they said that their washing machine broke down , so at the moment there is no bed linen, when asked when it would be, they answered we expect (for this I lowered the rating of the hotel), there was no bed linen until the evening, when we returned , I asked again about the linen, they answered they would bring it, they brought it about 10 minutes later and said either you make the bed yourself , or go to another room, since the maid has already left and there is no one to fill it. Drunk men screamed all night right under the windows on the hotel bench, there was a rewatch mat, no one from the hotel bothered to make a remark to them , on the subject that the guests were sleeping. I concluded that the service in this hotel is very lame , the receptionists at the reception do not know their duties very well, and how to talk to guests. Otherwise, I liked the hotel , there are breakfasts - 600 rubles per person ; if by car , then there are all access roads , there is a large hypermarket opposite , you can buy groceries , there is also a pharmacy, a CFS, a Burger King.
Everything is super. The room is simple, but large and clean. The beds are super comfortable. It's not hot in the room, it's rather cool, but we didn't freeze - we slept great.
Minus: there is no kettle, hair dryer and refrigerator in the room. A hairdryer is given at the reception desk, there is also hot water from the cooler, which you carry and carry in a cup on the elevator, it is not convenient.
Please add a kettle and a hairdryer to the rooms.
I liked it very much. Clean, tidy room, delicious buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. The most affordable prices. Thank you very much. I will stay with you when I am in Minsk.
4 stars, not 5 just for the fact that there is no kettle in the room or at least a cooler on the floor. I had to take the elevator from the seventh floor to the first floor to get boiling water. It's very inconvenient. But in general, everything is not bad.
Basically, a cozy hotel, clean bed linen, but the duvet cover was tucked in inexplicably, the cafe had dirty tables with crumbs, well, dirty chairs....in general, there are questions about order and cleanliness. Well, the price is a little too high for accommodation....
A good hotel, corresponds to 2 stars. There is only a hair dryer and a kettle in the room. Clean, normal plumbing, quite a good buffet (3 stars worse in Paris) . It's a little noisy to sleep with the window open.
A convenient hotel to stop at. There is ample parking next to the hotel. It is located away from the city center, but at the same time it stands at the intersection of major urban highways - getting to the center is not a problem, even by car, even by public transport.transport. The reception is 24-hour, but there is a nuance - at the time of transfer of the shift, about 23 hours, payment by bank cards is not accepted. We had a 2-room room on the 9th floor: a great room. One of the disadvantages is that there is no refrigerator in the room; the hotel restaurant was fully occupied for some kind of event, so after a long trip it was not possible to have dinner at the hotel.

The hotel is of medium level, located not very far from the center, public transport is within walking distance.
The rooms are already worn out by time, I lived in a single room. The upholstery of the chair is broken, cracked, the carpet is stained, there is nothing in the shower on one side, everything flows onto the floor, which there is nothing to wipe afterwards.
There was a lot of hair and stains on the bedding!
Very good audibility, conversation without raising your voice can be clearly heard behind the wall.
A buffet breakfast was included, sausages, porridge, pasta, cuts, snacks. But there were no fruits.
For 2 days - 202 white rubles / February 2025/
The price is budget, the rooms are clean) It was a little dim and uncomfortable, and the view was to the construction site, where they started making noise very early, immediately after the removal of solid waste. And unfortunately we got a room with a non-ventilated smell, even the perfume did not interrupt. The superior room has no air conditioning or fan. There was also no refrigerator, a hair dryer at the reception (although the absence was indicated in the conditions). They asked for a second blanket, they gave it, although the blanket was bigger than the duvet cover… The cooler is only at the reception, but the soap accessories were given in a timely manner, you can use it. In general, it is cheap and affordable, transport runs well.
A 1-star hotel, we took a two-room three-bed room, a floor covering with traces of the vital activity of past residents, all in crumbs, some small debris and strange divorces. The audibility is excellent, the daughter heard the neighbors' stomach growling. Drinking water (cooler), as well as iron, hair dryer, refrigerator and air conditioning are only on the ground floor. If you want to drink coffee in the morning, take the elevator with a glass. The cherry on the cake was the planned shutdown of hot water, completely, for 2 weeks. There was not a word about it when we booked. On the street +35, we experienced a cultural shock and a lot of new impressions from water procedures in ice water. There are no questions for the service staff, they are polite and smiling. We visited the cafe 1 time, ordered pancakes, not delicious warmed up, and not only from a frying pan, although we waited 40 minutes in an empty hall. The location is normal, there is a hypermarket nearby, a lot of cafes, it is not far to the center, by transport. I do not recommend it
I liked the hotel. We rested there for two days and did not regret it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy. And the most important thing for guests from another country is Wi-fi, and it catches perfectly there.
Clear. Good breakfast, plenty of food. WiFi works well. The rooms are comfortable enough, hygiene products are provided every day. There is a supermarket nearby, there is a good cafe "Cornflowers". The taxi arrives quickly, it takes 8-10 minutes to drive from the hotel to the center. A hairdryer can be taken at the reception desk. The staff is polite. The only drawback is that there is only one electronic key from the room.
