The rooms are spacious, two-room, the children and I are fine. There is a good spacious place for a group to stay. It's clean enough. There is a hypermarket opposite, several good cafes.
Of the minuses, the location is on the outskirts, far from the center, there is no metro nearby. The bathroom has a very small sink, although the space allows.
It's not bad for 2 stars.

For its price, it is a good option, it is quite possible to stay for 1-2 nights.
Everything you need in the room is there, well, that is, almost everything - you had to ask the administrator for a hairdryer separately. The room is small, the bed is quite comfortable. The carpet on the floor is stained, you don't walk barefoot.
The shower stall is flimsy, you step on it and it warps, but it held up. And it didn't flow anywhere. There is a water cooler only on the 1st floor, and when the water ran out in it in the evening, no one changed the bottle, I had to buy bottled water.
I was pleased with the breakfast- it was not particularly tasty, but no one will go hungry for any appetite, there is a large selection of food and drinks.
I understand that everything is very good for 2*, but there are moments that cannot be justified by any "stardom" - mold in the shower and garbage on the stairs. The impression is that the garbage from above will just mix down so that it is below the 1st floor, where it lies. The stairs had obviously not been washed for a long time. I publish photos from the bathroom in the hope that employees will pay attention to this, because it is not difficult to eliminate it at all. Minus 1 star for exactly that!

We stayed at the hotel for only one day and the hotel is quite suitable for this purpose.
The room is nice, with a large bed and a bathroom, hygiene products and towels were put in.
We did not order food, but breakfast is offered for 22 bel.rubles. It seems to be a buffet.
There are several shops and shopping centers with food courts nearby, so in principle, it is difficult to stay hungry)
The girls at the reception are very nice and responsive.
The hotel is located near the Kommunarka factory, so I advise you to plan an excursion there in advance) there is a trolleybus and bus stop nearby, which go both to the city center and directly to the train stations (auto and railway), but the road generally takes 15 minutes without traffic jams.
The area itself is something like an industrial housing estate, around Rokossovsky Avenue. There are large parks nearby and it is quite quiet, but also a busy highway is a stone's throw away.
Among the disadvantages: drinking water, hot water for tea/coffee from the cooler, hair dryer and iron only on the ground floor. And if you have settled on the 3rd floor in a standard room, like us, then you will have a fun ride in the elevator with scalding cups of water.
But they immediately warn about such an inconvenience at the reception and in booking, so everything is honest, so to speak)

We stayed at this hotel during a trip to Belarus with a group of schoolchildren, on October 25-26. The curtains in the rooms are wrinkled, the tulle is dirty, there is some hair in the clean beds. But the most incomprehensible thing is the organization of meals. The hall is very small, with about 50 seats. The disadvantage is that in the morning at 07:00, more than a hundred people came to breakfast at the same time. The queue was already in the lobby. And departure for excursions from 07:45. Bottom line: my children's group left the hotel without having breakfast. Groups are usually invited to breakfast every 10-15 minutes. But not here. There was no apology or compensation (at least in the form of a light dinner or tea with dessert) from the hotel administration.

There was a single room, very small. The furniture is old and in my opinion they collected all the furniture there, it's even strange how they managed to cram everything in. Two beds (one stands right at the entrance to the room and there is also a bedside table at her feet, why?) from bed to bed, there is a table across the window (this is the entire width of the room), she also has a bedside table at the foot on which there is an antediluvian refrigerator. An old old TV is suspended, it's even scary to turn it on.
The toilet is swaying from side to side.
The shower curtain does not completely cover the tray, it is terribly inconvenient to wash, water splashes on the floor.
That's the room I had, it's good that we stayed one night. I hope you have better luck than me.. There is a lot of one star..

The price/quality is consistent. There is a grocery supermarket nearby. There are public transport stops nearby. It wasn't difficult for me to get where I needed to go.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can take breakfast and possibly lunch and dinner (buffet) for an additional fee. I didn't use it.
There is a cooler on the ground floor.
At the reception, someone is more friendly / someone is less. But there was no rudeness.
I didn't notice that the room was cleaned. But the garbage was taken out. The towels were changed upon request.

Very clean, good plumbing. You can safely give 3 *. Shampoo, soap and shower gel are put in every day. Cleaning every day. Lived on the 3rd floor for 2 nights. From the railway station to go ~ 20min. Trolleybus 36, you can take 20 and 16 autobuses, but there is a stop away from the hotel. It is very convenient that Hippo hypermarkets are nearby, there is also KFC, Cornflowers - cafes of the Belarusian branded chain. A large supermarket of souvenirs, building materials and a garden center of OM. In the evening there was somewhere to walk and buy something from food and souvenirs. By taxi to the railway station 8min. To the metro Proletarskaya walk 23 min. On foot using the navigator through the courtyards and past the University of Economics.
Water cooler on the 1st floor. This is not very convenient, especially with hot water in the elevator and on the floor - to carry boiling water. It would be good for the management to solve this issue and put coolers on the floors)).
The refrigerator is at the reception, I gave the food to the attendant and she cleaned it. I didn't eat in the cafe at the hotel. Thank you. When I'm in Minsk, I'll stay here again.

Quite a hotel. The room was large, each of us had a room. It is very comfortable. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, but it's a two, so it's okay. The breakfast buffet is delicious. You can have lunch and dinner. The cooler is on the 1st floor only. I would have stayed there for a while, but my vacation is over.

I stayed for a day in a single room. Overall, I am satisfied - the room is clean, there is everything you need.
Refrigerator and hair dryer at the reception, cooler with cold and hot water near the reception.
There is a good pressure in the shower, the water is running well. They give a bag of gel, a bag of shampoo, a small soap. If you need more, it's better to have it with you.
There is a large hypermarket nearby, a burger King, a KFS, a pizzeria and cornflowers in the building. I went to have breakfast in Cornflowers, I am very happy.
The hotel has Wi-Fi, catches well.
Friendly and helpful staff.
For such a price, it's just wonderful.
One of the disadvantages is the audibility in the rooms, earplugs correct the situation.

The budget hotel is far from the metro and the center, but closer to the airport. Of the advantages, a two-room family room, excellent mattresses, there is a storage room, there is a grocery Hippo and a KFS nearby.
Of the minuses, very poor sound insulation, walls like cardboard, neighbors can be heard and running around the corridors (if there are large groups of sports or school teams, it is problematic). There is a cooler only on the ground floor, but in the evening there is no water (, the cafe is also not around the clock (water, tea, kettle only with you). For 1 night is fine, but more just out of economy.

Convenient transport interchange. You can get from the railway station by trolleybus. The bus stop is 3 minutes from the hotel. Nearby there are shops: Euroopt and shopping center, where there is a Hippo hypermarket. The hotel itself is big, the room is too. It's pretty clean, but there's either rust or mold in the shower stall. There is no refrigerator in the room, which causes a problem with food storage. At the reception they offered to put it in a shared refrigerator, but then you would have to go to the 1st floor at the reception every time. It's not very convenient. A huge disadvantage is the lack of mosquito nets on the windows, which caused a lot of midges and mosquitoes. The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the room has cable TV. For the most part, I liked the location of the hotel, but still I would not stay here anymore due to the disadvantages outlined above.

I am writing from my first impressions of one night: a single room with a prepaid breakfast, this hotel was booked by a tour operator organizing a tour to Belarus, there is one glass and a large dish in the room, there is no refrigerator, there are no coolers on the floor, there is a cooler at the reception, but upon my arrival at 23.00 it was empty, in the morning at 8.30 too empty, perhaps the water has run out and new bottles have not yet been brought, but the lack of drinking water in easy access is annoying in principle, because there are no kettles in the rooms, which means there is no way to organize a hot drink for yourself. The room area is good, free, 2 towels are offered (for face and body), a sanitary set (soap, shampoo, shower gel). The sink is small, and when you bend over, the shelf at the mirror gets in the way, you need to carefully fit into the space, there were no difficulties for me, but it will not be easy for large people. The shower cabin is also too narrow for large people. A big plus is that the heated towel rail is working, you can dry both things and a towel. There is a bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table, a chair, a TV. There are several sockets near the table, one by the bed, and one on a separate wall. There is a restaurant at the hotel, I had breakfast included (buffet), everything is as usual in standard good buffets, there is no problem to have a hearty breakfast. The staff at the cafe is very pleasant and polite. The receptionist at the reception is working actively, quickly, if a large group arrives, it will probably be longer. I can't say anything about the distance from the city center yet, I arrived late, by transfer, and it was no more than 10-15 minutes from the train station.

The hotel is exactly 2 stars. 5 tram stops from the railway station.
The room is small.
We were refused early check-in and late check-out, apparently there was a lot of workload. But things were taken to the luggage room before arrival.
There is no refrigerator and kettle in the room, only 2 glasses. Cooler on the 1st floor - if you want to drink tea, run with boiling water in a glass. There is a refrigerator, but only in the administration, one for everyone - you hand over the products at the reception and receive them there.
The self-service room is listed on the 3rd floor, but in fact it does not exist, there is only an ironing room on the ground floor.
There were obvious problems with the improvement of our room - the shower door slammed badly, plus something happened to the drain, which caused water to fill the tray in a minute, almost to the top. The shower fasteners are at such a height that my husband and I, with our height of 162, simply cannot reach. There were only 2 towels per person (in other hotels we were given 3 each).
There is a cafe in the hotel. Breakfast (buffet) 22 rubles per person. Lunch is not much cheaper than in Minsk restaurants, although the dishes are like in a regular dining room.
There is an air of indifference from the girls at the reception, as well as from the hotel itself. I wouldn't go back there again.

The location is convenient, 3 transport stops in different directions, opposite the excellent Hippo hypermarket, there are cafes and restaurants. It's like it's not a hotel, but a dormitory for shift workers ((((.
We went into the room, and immediately there was an unpleasant smell of men's sweat, men's socks from a week ago, and terrible cold. The batteries are barely warm. There are no heaters even at the reception.
It's a shame that the first night of the new year was held in such a terrible atmosphere. It was impossible to take a shower! The walls in one of the rooms are stained with unknown things! Right next to the bed!
It is a pity that such a hotel plan was included in our package tour! We would have gone by ourselves, we would never have chosen her!!! And we do not advise others!
And it is located very far from the center! Get there with a transfer! So no, and no again.

I rented a single room for 2 days.
Clear. They cleaned without me on the 2nd day. I understand that it may be pleasant in hotels, but a little unpleasant.
There are not enough screens for windows. Insects fly in.
There was not enough kettle in the room.
Just to have a coffee in the morning.
The second day of the stay was frustrated by the fact that there was no hot water.
I understand that the shutdown does not depend on them, but the hotel could have taken care of installing water heaters for many years.
I will also note 2 huge advantages.
I arrived before 14.00 and I was checked in earlier.
I left Minsk at night, and the check-out was at 12.00, I was allowed to leave my things in the luggage room at no extra charge.
There is public transport near the hotel, so getting to the right places was not a problem.

We were there 2 times in July and August 2024, in different rooms. It's simple, we just needed to spend the night and have breakfast.
The first time we didn't like the breakfast (buffet), everything was kind of sour. The second time it was better - they ate everything they took.
I liked the pillows, they are rare in hotels, they are usually huge- and there they are just right, well, the staff is good.
Cleanliness is 4.
It turned out to park the car for the second time only somewhere on the side, out of sight.

Normally, in principle, everything you need is there, the price is not great, now about the sad. The linen in the room was dirty and had hair, and unfortunately, the furniture was all old and worn. Once again about the advantages, at our request, the linen was immediately changed, a very polite maid came immediately, also at our request they additionally gave a blanket and pillows, which is just fine. The staff is very polite and friendly, the elevator is working properly. We went to breakfast once, the price is a little too high, in my opinion. There are transport stops nearby, there is a parking lot for cars. Nearby in the shopping center are the famous Cornflowers cafe, where we had breakfast and dinner. If you do not need a center, you are in your car and do not get into the planned shutdown of hot water - you can safely move in) for myself personally, I concluded that it is better to overpay, but live in the center and with a hot shower)

The cooler is only at the reception and this is actually the only big inconvenience. The service and rooms are good. There is no problem with food - there is a cafe on the ground floor, if cheaper - a 5-minute walk to the Hippo shopping center. There is public transport and Yandex taxi without problems.
So if the visitors are without serious requests and requirements, then everything is ok!
