Positive: Everything is very beautiful, fresh after renovation,. Delicious breakfasts, inexpensive, very positive staff, exit from the room (pool access ) directly into the large swimming pool. Minuses: The service is really suffering a lot. They speak English poorly, the positive attitude of employees is achieved by smoking weed) The food was mostly repeated, there were no mangoes or mangosteen. The breakfast dishes were removed from the room only after a reminder in the evening.

A good place to take a break from the bustling streets of Phuket. It is better to stay there, not to travel to the mainland additionally. There are animals)

Friends, READ IT! We are small fans of writing reviews, we are usually lazy, but this time we could not pass by. We bought an 8-day tour for 2 people (it included a flight Moscow-Phuket-Moscow, transfer, double bed room, half board meals + lunch expenses) and spent 600,000 rubles, which is now about ~7000 USD. And now read carefully what you will get for this money on Island Escape Burasari 5 stars. There is NO sea here. You won't be able to swim in it. The water is muddy and dirty, the bottom is muddy and very unpleasant, the depth is up to the waist to the buoys. Garbage floats in the water all the time - algae, plastic bottles, bags nailed by the current. And no one cleans it all up. There are two zombies walking along the beach, who are sweeping in the same place, at best they will remove the cigarette butts around your sunbeds, and then if you poke them with your finger. There is NO food here either. There are two restaurants on the territory, which cook frankly tasteless. Once we asked them to cook the fish we caught, just make it on the grill, and it was ruined. And this is taking into account the fact that Thai cuisine is considered one of the most delicious cuisines in the world. I dreamed of introducing my husband to their traditional food, but it was a failure. Fresh fruits on the island, by the way, are also 'as per coupons'. Not even a mango. Although in the markets of Phuket you can buy any, and practically for nothing. Apparently there is no motivation to go and buy, so everything is fine with them. There is NO service either. The waiter may accept your order and simply not return to you. And when you find him half an hour later, he says, oh, I'm sorry, I forgot. But they will ask your room number ten times and enthusiastically bring you a bill. There was a day when I was pissed off by the shit on the beach and a broken beach shower, I came to the reception, asked to call the manager. To which I was told that there was no manager at the front desk, he was very busy and was sitting in some kind of mythical office. We watched more closely later, they really DON't have a manager. There are several boys and girls at the reception, some of whom even barely speak English. I have not seen any lower qualifications yet. The staff all look like slum kids. The uniform is dirty, unwashed. And it would be better if they didn't smile at you and say their Khop khun khrap at every opportunity. In the absence of everything else, it causes nothing but irritation. The desire to wash them all, feed them and teach them how to work does not leave them. But this is clearly not what you should be thinking about on vacation in a five-star hotel. Nature IS THERE. And that's the only thing on this island. But you drive through it in an electric car, and you will see that it is already drowning in garbage, which obviously no one cares about. And so you look at all this madness and think. After all, someone invested a lot of money here in buying or renting land, built infrastructure on it (villas, by the way, are more or less repaired / tinted and will still live, although this is definitely not 5 stars), and then took and scored on all this. And there could be an island of dreams. And it's genuinely sad to look at. Guys, if you have half a million and you want summer in winter, go on vacation in the UAE. At least don't flush them down the toilet. Hopefully, this information will save someone from making the wrong decisions. Good luck to everyone. Sasha and Volodya.
