It was on a Saturday. I didn't take my passport. Firstly, I did not think that he was needed, since the child had already passed tests here earlier. And in such an "advanced" center, the data of people who have already visited it earlier should be preserved. I showed a photo of my passport details. I always have my passport details in my phone. The girl replied to me that there was no photo of the child's registration page. And maybe I came with someone else's child.🙄 This girl did not even bother to check on the computer whether the child was already in their center or not. And if everything is so perfect in this center, and such vigilant workers that they do not accept registration without a stamp in the passport (apparently, the girls at the reception of the center can scan the seal with their sharp eyes and correlate it with the child's face and understand if I brought someone else's child or my own), then the parent's data should be entered into the contract. So my (mom's) data should have been there too. I repeat: the girl did not even try to find the child in the database of early registered visitors. As a result: the tests were not passed, the mood was spoiled, I had to wait Mon. to take the tests in another place. Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed with my visit to the laboratory at Pobediteley 127. The procedure (cytology) was performed by doctor Chumareva, who did not even say hello or say goodbye. She didn't mention the shoe covers. During the collection of the biomaterial, it was very painful, there was blood (although before that I took this test and everything was comfortable and painless). After taking the biomaterial, I had to remind the doctor about checking the labeling. Unfortunately, this attitude towards the client spoiled the whole impression of this branch

Politeness and respect for the client are practically absent, such words as "please sit down", "goodbye / have a nice day" she deftly replaces with "close the door behind you!" (in a rude form). After blood collection, there are excessively strong pain sensations, as well as after the procedure, an uncomfortable bandage is used when bending the elbow.
While we do not see this in your competitors.
Do not lose customers who bring you money because of low-quality, uneducated customer-oriented staff.

According to paragraph 1 of Article 27 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, for minors under the age of 14 (minors), transactions, with the exception of those specified in paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, can be made on their behalf only by their legal representatives – parents, adoptive parents or guardians.
Unfortunately, the child does not have a mother – she died, the father was abroad at that time, I am an aunt, to my question how can we get tested – I was told I needed a power of attorney, to the question what? in what form? there must be a power of attorney – they don't know themselves.
Although according to the current legislation, a power of attorney can only be for traveling abroad (notarized)! And when visiting hospitals, etc. you can work with your grandmother and grandfather, and aunt and uncle for up to 6 months, a power of attorney is not required. Well, okay, it wasn't even that that confused me! And the fact that a month ago in July they passed exactly the same tests at the same center, and NO ONE SAID ANYTHING or ASKED FOR ANY DOCUMENT! Although, as they themselves claim, this law has been in force since May 2024!!! The question arises - a month ago the law did not work for them???
By the way, we were regular customers of this center with the whole family and I, in turn, had previously recommended that all my friends take tests at this center!
By the way, I wrote them a complaint, the answer came to my address, but with a completely different last name – they didn't even bother to find out the LAST NAME!!!
At the moment, I advise everyone to take tests at any other client-oriented center, especially since we do it for our money!!!

When I found out that I had to pay about 200BYN for the tests, I thought I had misheard. But twice I was amazed by the service and I don't regret the money I spent! (Especially, comparing it the day before with the state. At the polyclinic, where I stood in line for 124 minutes, quarreled with the "grandmothers", spent the whole morning on tests, t, K. according to my registration, I was sent to 2 (!) laboratories in absolutely different parts of the city.
I've been tested twice for winning the Invitro. Every time there were no queues AT ALL, all the staff were in protective clothing from head to toe, coffee was offered at the entrance, and in the treatment room they offered to lie down if they were dizzy. The tests were ready the same day. Although I had more than 10 referrals for tests.
