Many thanks to all the staff! Today, for the first time, I had to take a vein test for children. The girls are laboratory assistants, just professionals in their field! They calmed me down, explained, showed me, everything went perfectly, no squeaking, no tantrums.
Plus the presents, the children were delighted.
Many people write that the room is small. Yes, the room is not large, but the queue moves quickly, and you do not have time to feel any inconvenience, only if the patients themselves come in a bad mood, then a chain reaction begins. This Invitro is closest to home and if you need to take an analysis in the future, the choice is obvious.

The adminstrators at the reception are rude, biased and principled. I do not recommend a branch at the metro station. Avtozavodskaya in Minsk is especially for patients with young children!!! Because of the very small hall, you have to wait outside. Administrators give gifts to children selectively at their discretion.
The stars are only for the nurses who take blood - they are great. And I ask the management to do the work with the reception!

It was the first time and I was terribly upset!!! The work of the staff is just disgusting. As soon as they entered into a dialogue, the appeal was as if I would be served at their expense (staff).
Questions of an overly intimate nature were asked at the entire reception.
There were only three employees on site, two of whom were at the reception. I want to ask myself a question. It turns out that you have one universal doctor?
In parallel, the employees had a snack, apparently, and the staff room was open, where they had lunch, talked and combined with work in parallel, which is why the smell of food was all over the clinic…
I did not pass the analysis, with such an attitude, there will be such tests, so I decided to play it safe and go to another clinic.
I had the feeling that I had been to some kind of diner. I have not met such treatment even in state clinics…
