There is NO working air conditioner in the room - the air conditioner does not work and there is no remote control, while the hotel is next to the road, it is very noisy with the windows open, a safe, a telephone (! - to contact the administrator, you need to go to the reception), bottled water, a kettle, a tea set, a sewing and shoe set (even there is no shoe spoon), bathrobe, slippers, napkins and other things that are available in other hotels for a much lower fee.
The furniture and plumbing are old, the carpet is dirty, and there is mold in the bathroom. Even the toilet paper was the cheapest.
There was relatively hot water at check-in in the evening, barely warm in the morning, almost cold. When I contacted the administrator, they first told me that this could not be, because "the water was turned on, the pipes were hot, and if the water was cold, it was the fault of the city services." In the actions of the staff, there is not only basic politeness, but also a desire to perform direct duties.

We rented a suite, the price is 6000 rubles, in principle it is not expensive, but the room is terrible, the carpet on the floor is dirty so much that it is scary to take off shoes, mold in the bathroom, everything is killed to the point of impossibility. There is no kettle, microwave and dishes from the word at all, not even a couple of glasses. When asked why there is no kettle at the reception, they replied that according to Russian standards, electrical appliances are prohibited, probably in the rest of Russia they have not heard about it. In general, the horror is complete, it is recommended to check in unless there are no other options.

In the photo, the bathroom of the suite, two-room, they are more or less habitable, the rest of the rooms (there were three business trips and three different rooms) are tiny and completely empty, not even a single glass is missing. It is far from the center, it is very difficult to get there in the evening, taxi drivers do not take orders there, and traffic jams in the afternoon. There are no other options for us due to the technical impossibility of booking and paying for other hotels, so we stay in the Initial, but there is nothing good there, alas.

Plus - breakfast! This is a separate test! It must certainly be ordered the day before, because we arrived quite late - we also met with eternal refusal, they say, everything ... the "train" left. But I succeeded once!
And what a disappointment it was - the breakfast was terrible. The cost is 400 rubles. Inedible casserole, etc.…
I just had to drink tea and eat a piece of cheese. There was no more desire to chase this breakfast.

Breakfast is 400 per person, lunch is 500 and dinner is 600. But for 20 rubles you can get anywhere. There's just nowhere to go for a walk in the evening. As it is, everything is fine.
