Not a bad hotel, but the service is "minimal". There was bottled water in the room on the first day, I naturally drank it, no more water was brought to the room. I asked at the reception what was the matter - they proudly told me "water is only for the first day." The hotel is quite expensive, although the organization paid for me. It struck me that although the room was prepaid, for some reason they took another deposit from me, which was returned upon departure. The room is clean, almost everything you need is there. But there was dirty water in the sink - it's okay, I washed it off, but somehow I've already lost the habit of this. In general, service is not the strongest side of Armenians. But the country and the people are wonderful

Overall, a good hotel for its level, good breakfast. But there are minor flaws, such as a broken coffee machine at breakfast, or poor pressure in the shower, or not the cleanest windows in the lobby... There were a lot of guests during our stay, we had to wait for the elevator for a long time, although there are three of them.
But the location is great, everything is just around the corner!

I've stayed here a couple of times!! I have seen better hotels, but in my opinion this one is worthy of attention, it is better to immediately take a room with breakfast, for example, there is a buffet, buy 5000 drams separately, but geographically the hotel is well located, in the evening you went out and you are in the midst of a local party!!! I recommend it!))

It's cute, the location is super, towels are changed every day! That's all. If you come here for a few days, then you can still live on the same, tasteless breakfasts (by the way, the apparatus with juice has been broken for 4 years, I do not advise you to approach it if you do not want water/juice with a taste of sulfur and detergent.. I was poisoned..), but if you plan to spend a week here, and even more so to have lunch and dinner, then be prepared for the fact that in the dining room on the 3rd floor you risk sitting on glass, breaking a tooth on ice meat (by the way, which also never changes, both 4 years ago and now), chewing cold overcooked pasta or the same rice. In general, it doesn't look bad, but after a couple of days, the opinion drops lower and lower. Fortunately, there are many places in Yerevan where you can go and have a very tasty meal, while it is very budget-friendly! Thanks a lot to the Armenians for this! Well, there's nothing to say about the tiny rooms "for two"))) I would understand if the price tag was not 8-9t.p., but one and a half times less. Two stars with a sooo big stretch. But the staff is really always smiling and polite) however, when I stopped by the room, I had to immediately call the cleaner)) Total: a star for the location and a star for the polite staff. That seems to be all :) I wish you a good rest, Yerevan is a very beautiful city :))

I have a great impression of the hotel.
The staff is polite and professional, it is clear that they really want to help you. Everyone I've talked to speaks Russian. The room is cleaned daily.
The building itself is modern, with good sound insulation, my room was warm, cozy, with a small refrigerator, safe, TV and bathroom, drinking water from the tap. It is a pity, of course, that there was no kettle in the room (
The hotel is located right in the center of Yerevan, there are many attractions around, it takes 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi.
The prices in the hotel restaurant are higher than around, but the food is really good, the portions are large. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious, although some positions have gradually become boring over the week.
Wi-fi works fine, but apparently the speed of wi-fi is not limited between connected devices and someone sometimes ate up all the bandwidth.
