Very low-budget, but Spartan conditions - there is traditionally no closet, the hair dryer screams more than it dries. The location is top - 1 min from the main pedestrian street of Yerevan, there are a lot of establishments around (therefore they did not take breakfast).

The advantage is only in the location . We took a regular room, no slippers, no toothbrushes, no shampoos. For such a price, the room was ruined, and the service was so-so. We returned to the Europa hotel, even if there are old rooms, but all of the following are there, and it is also located in the center (but not on northern avenue) of Xiu, excellent service staff.

Excellent location, all nearby attractions are within walking distance.
The staff is polite, fast, without complaints.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. Quiet, the sound insulation is excellent.

I really liked the room itself, everything is beautiful and clean, the room was also cleaned without problems. However, you can't go down to another floor except your own, and sometimes I had to cross paths with friends to convey something. Also, when leaving the hotel, all the administrators disappeared somewhere and until he personally went and called one of them, they did not come. I am pleased with the location of the buffet restaurant on the second floor, but I was not there because it was a little expensive. In general: I liked the hotel, most likely I will come again)

We are staying at this hotel not for the first time, very convenient location, beautiful well-groomed rooms. I put three stars because of the deterioration in the provision of services by the hotel, as well as because of the unprofessional behavior of the employee of Son, I'm not even shy to say boorish behavior, then I will describe the whole story.
On October 05, I issued the service "Meeting a guest at the airport", I was assured that they would "ironically" meet the guest (my mother), even in case of a delay in arrival due to the fault of the airline, the driver tracks the flight and knows when to arrive, he will be on the spot at the right time with a sign. Day x comes, I woke up in the morning and saw an audio message from my mom that she didn't see anyone with a sign, asked around the airport staff, who reported that they didn't see anyone with a sign, and the next message 10 minutes later that she took a taxi and was going to the hotel because she didn't find anyone. Then I called the reception and quarreled about the fact that no one met the guest, to which they replied that the driver was somewhere there, let's call him, but I notified him that it was too late. As a result of the conversation, I asked if this service was considered rendered, to which I was answered no, and we agreed that the money would be refunded. After a while, I went down to the reception and decided to clarify the status of my problem in person, I was assured that the money would be refunded, but with a small reservation: "After checking out of the hotel." I didn't pay much attention to this and went about my business. Now to the final story, because of which I was at a loss about the "mess" and "rudeness" on the part of the employee of Son. In the evening, I went to the recess and heard from an employee of Siranush (thank her very much for her patience and professionalism) that it turns out the money will not be refunded, allegedly the driver came, so we don't know anything, for all my words, that we could call her on WhatsApp instead of mobile, if let's say it was not available (although as a result, they could not show me that the driver really called). We argued for a long time, another employee of Son entered the case, who for some reason felt it necessary to say that these were their friends, they would not lie, and then showed a photo with a sign with the guest's full name, but for some reason without the driver himself with the time 08:20, they say, look, we are not lying, but to me my mom wrote at 08:10 that there was no one, I voiced it to Sonya, but I heard some kind of unreasonable answer. We argued for a long time, for some reason Sona pointedly brought a security guard to the reception, then she answered boorishly and asked us to be quiet when other guests came, in the end she answered my affirmative answers "Yes, yes, of course, you're right, yeah." For all the time of my communication with Siranush, she tried to "get into" the conversation, which only distracted both us and her. If this review is read by the administration or a senior manager, we kindly ask you to take measures and hold a conversation with Sonya, perhaps you need advanced training courses in communicating with clients. I liked it, everything is cool, the rooms are clean, there are Russian TV channels, the only thing is that the breakfasts are a little monotonous, but satisfying, the rest is good and excellent. In the morning and in the evening there is no noise from the street, people do not walk around the center at all until 9 a.m., you just relax in silence. The location of the hotel is especially excellent and the service is excellent. Everyone speaks Russian. They are very friendly and very friendly. The location of the hotel is 100 out of 100!!! You are in the very center of the city, within walking distance of all the top locations, while the hotel is located in an area where you can not hear the hum of cars and crowds of people.
The hotel itself is very cozy and modern.
The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help resolve any issue.
The rooms are compact, nothing superfluous, but overall very comfortable.

The ibis is the ibis. They keep the stamp. French luxury: the kettle is in the rooms only in the suites. The big plus is that there are always rooms for the campaign. Which is convenient if you know how much you have arrived and are constantly extending it. Other hotels (with kettles, cheaper breakfast and payment by Russian card) are disassembled much faster. I was traveling on business and the location is convenient, everything is nearby.
