Clean, the interior is minimalistic, but tasteful, everything is working (plumbing, light, TV, hair dryer, safe) in good condition! A comfortable swimming pool. In the shade from about 2 days, prevention against burning!))) Nice staff! Good breakfasts!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Kata Beach can be reached from 2 sides by a free bus. You can also walk to two beaches on foot Karon and Kata Noi. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are cleaned every day. They give free water 0.5 per person per day. The only thing is the rooms are very small, but it will do. Shower toilet conder everything works fine. The TV has a couple of Russian channels, but we haven't watched it. The Internet works so-so.

The best hotel. We have already been there 2 times and if possible we will go again. Everything is close and the market and the sea and shops. The food is delicious, cleaned daily. Everyone is kind and welcoming. I recommend visiting it at least once.

The hotel is nice, the room is comfortable. The only inconvenience is the construction site under the window, but we came to the room late, they no longer work at night. The hotel is 10-15 minutes from the beach. There are good restaurants in the area, Chekhov, Veranda, Country. The price tag is not high. I especially liked the last tom yam soup, for me the islands... and noodles, everything is delicious.

We stayed at this hotel from 12/23/2019-04.012020,together, the price of the tour is 150,000. I want to write right away that this hotel is being stolen! We kept the money in a suitcase, because we couldn't close the safe, I want to say that we were in different countries, somewhere we kept it in a safe, somewhere in a suitcase, but never before. I can only say that not everything is good, but only $ 50, thinking they probably won't notice. Of course, it's not a shame for Thais, it's a shame for the hotel!!!! The hotel was recommended by a travel agent, we read the reviews, nothing was written about theft, so we relaxed. And so the hotel is for three.

The room is small, cleaned every day, although the bed linen is not always changed. There is a hairdryer, soap, TV (although there are only 3 Russian channels). The breakfast is quite good, although the impression is spoiled by artificial juices and bad coffee. A great pool, not many people swim in it (we were out of season). It is located quite far from the sea (about 15 minutes on foot), but there is a free bus to the beach (runs according to schedule). The staff is mostly English-speaking.

We were in early September 2018, the hotel was chosen based on photos on the Internet, and we did not lose!))) There was a staff at the reception who spoke a little Russian, and if you know basic English, then there will be no problems at all. In the room we were waiting for a large 2-seater bed, a small balcony with a table, a toilet, a shower blocked by a door, a TV (we found a couple of channels in Russian), a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, coffee, 2 glasses, 2 bottles of water (changes every day), wi-fi is more or less stable,but the lobby is still better. Breakfast was included, the food was delicious, not spicy, moderately varied. The pool has its own sun beds, beach towels are provided for the day. There is a car from the hotel to the beach during the day, the ride takes 1 minute, and if on foot - 4-5 minutes.
