This was the fifth visit to Thailand. But the first visit to Phuket Island. I must say right away, I've seen a lot of good and bad hotels, but this hotel is something in the middle, the so-called average chock. In principle, everything is fine, BUT!
Firstly, cleaning here is not until 12 o'clock in the afternoon, as is customary in all hotels, personally, my room could not be cleaned at all, or come at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, when cleaning is no longer in place at all. Since you come from the beach after an hour and want to relax.
Secondly, a very monotonous breakfast. Fruits are typical Thai spicy food, but it's tolerable for a resort, you definitely won't stay hungry.
In the third, there is Internet in the rooms. No doubt it is there, but its speed is so-so.
Well, that's basically it.
Of course, it's up to you to go or not to go.
But as an avid traveler, I can say one thing for sure, that I would like to return to this hotel.
Nice hotel. We have been on vacation since January 28, 2024 for 2 weeks. Breakfast is a classic - but I think there is no point in cooking anymore. The pool is large, compared to the Resort hotel on Chalong, it is huge. Cleaning is 3 out of 5, but towels are changed, the bed is already well made. Accessibility to markets and shops for 5+, there is a shuttle service to the beach, there is bike and car rental right at the hotel, very convenient. The bikes are all fresh and good. There is an exchanger at the entrance, massage (we went several times) there is also a laundry room, it is very saving. On the ground floor there is a recreation area with billiards and table tennis.
Not bad. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The pool is not very big. Breakfasts are meager (as they are everywhere in Thailand). I've had more than enough sleep.
We rest here in the period from 4.04-13.04. A very weak uninspiring three.
Minuses. Small dark rooms with small balconies that can accommodate one person max. There is very little storage space in the room, one small suitcase will fit.
The breakfasts are not varied, but the standard is: fried eggs /rice/meat (there is spicy, there is ham)/vegetables. There are few fruits, for the duration of our stay there are only watermelons, sometimes there is a melon. Unfortunately, during the period of a large number of people at breakfast, the staff tends to dissolve and get lost in the staff rooms, without cleaning the tables for new visitors, without updating the plates.
The transfer to the beach is every few hours, and sometimes the transfer man decides not to stick to the schedule and leave earlier/later. So it's easier to get to the beach on foot. The beach itself is a bit far, it takes about 15/20 minutes to walk at a leisurely pace.
Among the advantages: excellent room cleaning.
+ if you want to experience Thai "and it will do", the hotel is perfect for such an experience
Nice view from the shared balcony as a gift
We really liked it! Yes, the rooms are small, but we had enough space for two. Breakfast is the same every day, but it's always what we eat at home: toast, eggs, ham, salad leaves, jam, butter, fruit. The problem with cucumbers and tomatoes and beans is very hard! Excellent beds and snow-white linen. We had a view of the pool, it was quiet, the birds were singing in the morning, beauty! They took rope and clothespins with them, dried things on the balcony.
Clean, towels and linen are changed. The hotel is 3 stars. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. A small swimming pool. There were enough sun beds for everyone. You have to go to the beach because there is a fence in front of the hotel on the beach area! It's decent to go there, it's still okay, but it's creepy to go back. We went to the beach once and did not go again. We went to Karon.
It was a very small room, we had a standard room. Cleaning is stressful, apparently you have to constantly ask. Since the room is small, the air conditioner is blowing right on you, of course everyone is sick.
The breakfasts are good, lots of fruits, delicious coffee. In general, we didn't bother, because we were in the room only at night.
A good 3-star hotel. There are no more stars in Phuket, and I was convinced of this, because I managed to live in a 4- and 5-star hotel after the Ibis on the trip. But in the end, I liked Ibis the most. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Kata Beach, 20 minutes to Karon, 30 minutes to Kata Noi. There are a lot of delicious cafes, a market, massage parlors nearby. The territory of the hotel is small, but very clean. The pool is well maintained. The rooms are tiny, but the cleaning is daily. The water is given clean every day. Fruit shops are 2 minutes away. High!
It's a very decent hotel for a three-star. A good pool, a delicious breakfast, not far from the sea, there are a lot of cafes and markets nearby. The disadvantage is that there is little space in the room for clothes and other personal belongings.
Among the advantages: good daily cleaning. It feels like the bed linen and towels were changed daily, which is especially pleasant, since by morning the sheets are wet and wrinkled, and after cleaning they almost crunch with freshness!
That's probably all of the advantages 🤷🏼
Cons: unsmiling, inhospitable staff (which is strange after what we've heard about the attitude of Thais towards guests). Food: we found a larva in the side dish, appealed to the staff, we were asked not to make a fuss, not to go out to their management, promising a basket of fruits as an apology. Photos of the larva and the basket (2 apples and 2 tangerines) are attached. There is very little room for things in the rooms: 1 small closet, nowhere to put shoes, no hooks for clothes either at the entrance or in the bathroom. It's a pretty decent walk to the beach, about 10 minutes, which is not very pleasant in the heat. It says that there is a transfer to the sea, but no one offered it to us. Russian russians don't understand anything at all, which is strange considering the number of Russian guests. I would not recommend it
A pleasant hotel with a good location. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning, a variety of breakfasts, daily replenishment of drinking water (1 bottle per person). Nearby there are cafes, massage parlors, shops. Daily transfer to the beach, about 4 times a day. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Quick solution of problems when contacting the reception.
A great three. A cozy quiet hotel. The breakfasts are a bit monotonous, but everything is quite tasty and good. There are no queues for food. I really liked this hotel. The location is good - everything is nearby, and the night market and the beach are no more than 10 minutes down the street with developed infrastructure
A good walk-through hotel. Located near Kata beach. There is a massage parlor and an exchanger nearby. The room is cleaned every day. In general, everything is clean. There is a market nearby. There you can eat delicious food inexpensively and buy cheaper fruits.
The rooms are very small, there is almost no storage space. We went with three children, they were in a separate room, two beds and an extra. There was no place to put the suitcases. Rooms for a maximum of two people. Breakfast is very poor and there was no variety in 10 days. The pool is small, but there was enough space for everyone, I liked that at any time you can find shade by the pool. We mostly took open taxis to the beach, they are there at every step, 15 minutes on foot. But Kata beach is the cleanest, we traveled around a few more nearby. There is a laundry room next to the hotel, which is convenient. There is also a good massage parlor nearby.
For its price -a great hotel , a good pool , clean cozy rooms , you still don 't fly to Thailand to sit in the room😁 we were scared by the size of the room, which is too small, but no ,a great room for two ❤the only minus is the towels in the shower smelly ,we took towels from the pool ,used them. I never got to breakfast , my husband said - normal , without frills . The hotel has a pleasant smell , I have not found what kind of cleaning products they use 🌸
We stayed at this hotel in November.
The room as a whole met our expectations, not a large, small balcony, but it was enough for us, because a vacation in Thailand is not about hotels and rooms)
The staff is friendly, the cleaning is a formality, the breakfasts are monotonous, but it is quite possible to eat.
The staff and reception responded quickly to all our requests, and the attitude was good.
I really liked the location of the hotel, firstly, the fact that the hotel is located a little deep from the road, and secondly, you can walk from it to two beaches -Kata, Karon, plus or minus the same time.
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel and met our expectations.
Cleaning every day, there is enough room in the room, excellent location, not very diverse, but delicious breakfasts, helpful staff. I never got to the pool and bar)))
The hotel is a solid three. Very good location, everything is close to cafes, shops, night market, 10 minutes to the beach. The hotel itself is normal, the room is very poor and not tasty
an excellent hotel, an international network, everything is always clear without surprises, lately I've been staying in it, it will give a head start to many Thai fives
We are resting now, we bought 13 nights for 160,000rubles. The hotel is small, 2 small pools (1 adult (shoulder depth), 2 children's). They heat up during the day, it's hotter than the sea😬 you can't sit by the pool with your own, only at the reception. We met the guys from the neighboring hotel, they have 6 pools. For breakfast:omelet, scrambled eggs, sausages, fried ham, spicy chicken, rice, corn, coffee, juices, watermelon and melon. In general, the norms.
I didn't like the hotel very much. Although the name should have spoken for itself . The Ibis network in Phuket disappointed. Rooms for 2 adults and a child are sooo small! They put an extra bed and there is simply nowhere to turn around! The wardrobe is small with 6 hangers for 3 people…
The toilet room was also amazing in size, the shower cabin is too small even for 1 person. Everything is very inconvenient.
In no case should you throw away a bottle from under the water, otherwise you will pay 25 baht for each discarded bottle when you leave (these are innovations) we still lived without this rule, when leaving I drew attention to new memos that are given to tourists.
The breakfasts are very poor! And yes, I'm not one of the moody vacationers. We have been flying to Phuket for 10 years now. We were in different hotels. This one turned out to be the weakest in all respects. I would choose another hotel if possible..
We booked a vacation on the official website Accor.com .
This is not the first time we have rested in hotels of this chain.
This time, as always, when booking, the number of people in the room was indicated - 2 adults and 1 child of 9 years old (please note, 9 years old, not a small child).
A standard room with breakfast was offered and the cost of accommodation was indicated, we agreed with it and made a reservation, while the money was not immediately debited from the card.
Accommodation from 20.12 to 03.01 cost us in a 3-star hotel - 138 thousand rubles.
We arrived in Phuket, arrived at the hotel by 14.00 we were checked in. The hotel staff found our reservation, we immediately asked about the bed/extra. A place for a child, to which we were told that yes, there would be a bed. Only after that we paid for the room.
We took the keys, went to the room, there were 2 separate single beds for the three of us and that was it. We contacted the reception once again, to which we were told - your tariff does not provide a bed for a child, an additional payment of 900 baht per day for a child, for a second it is 27 thousand rubles for another 2 weeks!!!!
None of our explanations and arguments that we booked on the accord website and entered the number of guests, and the room was offered to us for three - no one wanted to hear anything. They asked for a refund to go to another one
The hotel also refused to refund the money, as the rate is non-refundable. Or they offered to pay for the first night and wait for the rest of the money to be refunded to the card for a month!!!
As a result, for 2 weeks we slept like three adults on two beds with a hole in the middle. So-so rest.
Now about the room, which costs 138 thousand for two (as it turned out). A tiny, terribly old room in which you can't turn around, neither in the room nor in the bathroom. Black towels, also for two. It doesn't matter that there are three of us.
Dirty reusable water bottles.
Cleaning is taking out the garbage and making the bed.
The breakfasts are the worst I've ever seen. No pastries, no vegetables, no coffee. There's nothing at all, stale croissants and cold donated eggs are all that a chain hotel with such great reviews offers. More green fruits, the same every day.
On New Year's Eve, in connection with the holiday by the pool, which cost 7500rub per person, and which we certainly did not go to, the lights went out and the water was turned off throughout the hotel. We were sitting in the dark in the room, although we planned to have a snack at this time and gather for an evening fireworks while watching the New Year's Channel 1. The Wi-Fi also passed out.
The distance to the sea is really about a kilometer. The pool is tiny, I did not dare to swim there, it did not cause a feeling of cleanliness.
The result is extremely unfriendly reception staff, for whom the main thing is to take money from you, no customer orientation, service, etc. The hotel is definitely not worth the money that was paid.
We are also disappointed with the service of akkor, with whom we corresponded about our problem and they could not help us, arrange for a single cot in the room, at least as regular customers.
We are very disappointed.
Great hotel. We had a good time
, they feed us very tasty, the most important thing for relaxation is that the
rooms are cleaned every day, the cleanliness of the
hotel is excellent, the beach is not too far away
We had a rest in February 2023. The hotel is good.
The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The rooms themselves are small, but there is enough space for two. There is a very interesting air conditioner in the room, which well nourishes the room and from which you do not get sick. It is built into the wall above the door. This is the first time we meet such a person, probably a local feature. The breakfasts are good and hearty. There is a swimming pool for adults and for children. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, and there is also a scheduled shuttle service to the beach. I liked the rest.
Great hotel. Good value for money of the hotel and the services provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a pastry chef. Shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap and a set of towels in the room. Daily room cleaning. There is a private pool.
2nd line, to get to the beach, you need to go around a lot. But there are many cafes, a laundry room and much more nearby. The rooms are standard for this network, if you have been to at least one ibis, then everything will be familiar. They stopped giving out slippers, individual gels and shampoos and dental kits, since everything is reusable. To get away from plastic. They give out 2 bottles of water, every day, do not throw away the bottles. They are also reusable and if you take them away from the hotel, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. The standard deposit for Thailand is $ 100
We were at the hotel in February 2023.
they did not take a deposit, a convenient scheme of communication with Russian-speaking tourists. The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the beach, there are two route options, we only walked, as it turned out, you can take a transfer, we did not want to have markets, restaurants, cafes, massage parlors nearby, everything is just a buzz. the pool is good, the breakfasts are not bad, we had breakfast every day. the room is comfortable, I want to take off minus half a star for cleaning, because it seemed to be every day, but out of hand. If you say it, they will do it well, if you don't say it, they won't do it.
The rest was WONDERFUL and left very fond memories of this hotel, definitely, we will come back again
The rooms are very small, the cleaning is done every day, the staff is very helpful. The hotel is old, of course , but comfortable. The breakfasts are not even bad. Of the cons , the construction site is under the windows .
First impression-it can't be worse! At the same time, there are obvious advantages - daily cleaning, decent mattresses and pillows, bed linen, quick response to any request, excellent location, cheap food nearby. If you have a modest budget, you can take it.
We had a rest at the hotel in January of this year. The hotel has satisfied all the needs. Yes, the rooms are small, but everything is there for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are hearty, the cleaning is daily, the hotel staff is smiling. The entire infrastructure is close to the hotel. Shops, cafes, exchangers. There are three beaches within walking distance!!! There is a nice pool, you can always refresh yourself!
We had a good rest, we liked everything, cleaning was carried out every day. The kitchen cooks delicious. But... Before the eviction, they wanted to hang a towel very stained with paint on us, and asked for 100 baht. It didn't disappoint much, and the cup was gone too. We didn't pay for anything, because there was no money, we ordered dinner, the last one before leaving, and they served us burnt buns.
A wonderful hotel in the city itself. Close to all markets, shops, beaches. The staff is friendly. Everything is very clean. Breakfasts are common in Thailand. There are fruits and vegetables. I really liked it. I recommend.

I put 4 stars, so there are worse hotels. There is a balcony, although small (it is difficult to accommodate two people). A small cozy area (some hotels cannot boast of this either). The rooms are very small. They just don't have enough banal shelves, hooks, bedside tables, hangers. Suitcases can only be placed on the aisle). There is no place for them. But there is a tea set, a mini fridge, chairs on the balcony, a mini dryer (also on the balcony). The hotel provides a pair of light green flip-flops and beach towels. There is a hairdryer, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom, but there are no shelves at all. There is a bar, billiards, sofas in the lobby. There are sun loungers by the pool. There is a good massage parlor at the entrance. The breakfasts are average. For an amateur. There is no direct access to the beach. Bypassing the hotel on the first line. In principle, it is not far for those who like to walk. Minus the huge construction site. A quarter of the rooms overlook it. After 18 hours, the work stops. In principle, it corresponds to its price category.
The hotel is very good for its 3 *, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels, bed linen are changed, the floors are washed, and not just swept, tea, coffee, cream, sugar are supplemented daily, yes the room is small compact, but to spend the night and wake up, this is quite enough for me. They give sausages for breakfast, by the way, they are very good, I liked it, ham, chicken with stewed vegetables, pasta, noodles, some soups, but I did not try them, cucumber, onion, lettuce leaves, tomatoes (not tasty, as we have wooden ones in the magnet) sour cream sauces, Ankle Benz of sweets - muffins, croissants, coffee, tea from local fruits were given watermelon, melon, guava Dragon fruit, we did not go hungry. The location of the hotel is very good, near the night market, shop 7/11, exchangers, there is no direct passage to the sea, you need to go through the ozo hotel, about 10 minutes, there is a shuttle service to the beach and back, but we did not use it, we did not like the fact that there is no separate fenced area for water transport, jet skis, just waving a yellow flag from the shore, especially stupid tourists can drive into the area where people swim, so it's pretty not safe in this regard. In general, the hotel is not bad, the staff is friendly and friendly, a deposit of $ 100 upon check-in, which are then issued after checking the room back. The safe failed, they came right away, fixed it for free. We went to a massage parlor nearby, we also liked it, 300 Baht for 40 minutes the whole body.
A very modest, clean hotel!
It is not badly located from the sea. It is quite convenient to go to the beach, which is at the beginning, which is at the end of the beach line. The food is not very diverse, but you will not die of hunger!
Overall, I think it's a solid three. But, everywhere there is this "but". The staff at the bar and dining room are very unfriendly. Very strange and perhaps provocative rules. The breakfast menu does not change. For two weeks it was the same, the dinner menu was the same, respectively, after 6 days I tried the entire dinner menu, and here the most interesting thing is, I kind of paid for the dinner menu, came to dinner, took a salad, and brought another dish with me from the cafe. It seems like a normal situation, I cry, I want to eat, I don't want to eat. And here it is not)) for some reason you can't bring your own, I wonder why, if you don't offer anything else. Drinks for dinner are only water, you can't have your own drinks either, only a bar with a 400℅ cheat, but that's okay.
We were very surprised by the promotions, in the evenings they sometimes held like parties, the leaflet clearly states from 15:00 to 18:00 free margarita. Well, OK, you come at 15:05, they tell you that only at 18:00. 🤷♂️ you think well, maybe you made a mistake, and the action will probably last once they start distributing later. You come at 18:20 , take two margaritas and they hand you the bill. In the civilized world of tourism, this is called cheating. When you refuse to pay, they say you should have come at 15:00, but now you're late 🧟♀️) I wonder if you should have come at 17:59 😁well, in general, such machinations left a residue.. The pool closes early, at 19:00, and literally closes, just turn off the general light and it's pitch dark by the pool, and it doesn't matter who ate, drank, played cards, the package is open "bring everything to the room", and by touch. According to the strictness of the rules, and very strange rules, it looked like a sanatorium " Chamomile ", and not a Phuket hotel. That's it, lights out at 19) the situation is corrected by a good, daily cleaning of the rooms, and the rooms themselves are renovated. Oh, yes, and one of the hotel buildings looks at the construction site, and in fact all the family rooms are there, so if you are traveling with your family, then there are no other options. The view will only be on the construction site, and at 8:00 you will be woken up by an excavator.
We are happy with everything because in Thailand it is impossible to be dissatisfied with something. I love this country even if I have to live in a tent 😀
The rooms are tired, the breakfasts are modest, but you can eat ,
The location of the hotel is excellent, the view from room 450 is over the pool and the mountains!
Not a bad three , price - quality
We are staying at this hotel for the second day. The rooms are small, the balcony is small, it is not convenient to sit on it, yesterday afternoon the water was turned off and until the morning it was not from the word at all. The breakfasts are meager, the juices seem to be powdered. There are 2 elevators, one of them again asked for maintenance yesterday, they creak, groan, and to be honest, it's scary to go. But in terms of location, it is quite convenient, there are a large number of cafes, massage parlors nearby, and the beach is 10 minutes on foot. Yes, this hotel is suitable for a couple of days, I would not have chosen it for more time.
The rooms in the hotel are very small, they forbid drinking their drinks bought in the store on the territory of the pool, well, complete nonsense, swimming in the pool is forbidden after 20:00, the kitchen is monotonous! The hotel is for pensioners who go to bed at 21:00 ! In January, a ticket from Ufa for 11 days cost 238,000 for two…
The hotel is nice, but the rooms are small. They clean every day, the territory is very cozy and small, there are 2 pools, one is 1.4 meters and the second is knee-deep. Breakfasts quickly got tired, but there is something to eat for both children and adults
