A good hotel with advantages, a large and beautiful territory where you will definitely meet interesting animals and birds. Varied, though not always delicious food, an excellent selection of fruits. The sea is very beautiful, but there were waves on our arrival, it was difficult to swim, and when the waves became smaller, jellyfish appeared, right off the coast and in large numbers, they were not visible in the water, so a lot of people suffered, the bites were not fatal, but very painful. I didn't like the reaction of the rescuers on the beach, they really sprayed all the victims with bite marks, mainly legs, with vinegar solution, but in other countries special warnings or flags are posted in such cases. Another disadvantage is that in bars, and in restaurants where everything was included, the hotel staff gives American tourists a clear preference for service, apparently due to the fact that they often leave tips and it looks very ugly. Entrance to restaurants is only with masks, while if you forgot it you will have to return to the room, new masks are not issued in the restaurants of this "five-star" hotel. Among the disadvantages, I can also note that there are no kettles, irons, bathrobes and slippers in the rooms. All this will be brought on request, and issues are resolved faster through the maids than through the reception, especially if you give a dollar as a thank you. There are also bed linen and towels, quite washed. In general, the most important trump card of the hotel is a large and well-maintained territory with pools and bars where you will definitely meet wild animals and birds. And the main contingent of tourists, both American and local, will look and behave more decently than, for example, in Cancun hotels.

Excellent location, as for the beach. The beach itself is also beautiful. The hotel itself has a maximum of 4 rooms. The old room stock. The food is average. They don't give you slippers. The staff is friendly. The territory is green, but it is in this part of the hotel complex that it is "neglected". A lot of animals, birds and waterfowl live in thickets and ponds. There are no entertainment programs, discos, parties. What is there is at a low level

The best thing you can think of for a vacation! The highest level of service, friendly staff, well-maintained hotel grounds, excellent food, interesting animation. And of course the magnificent Caribbean Sea and the nature of Yucatan!

A very nice hotel with a large territory. Large pools with bars. A large beach, rocky in places, but mostly sandy. Good cuisine. A variety of drinks for every taste. Only the muzzles on the staff and the requirement to wear them in the restaurant when you approach the buffet are annoying.

A very cool hotel with a huge territory and incredible wildlife. There are black swans, parrots, turtles, peacocks walking around on every corner, a whole family of flamingos and just awesome coati (similar to raccoons)😍😍😍 The food is excellent

Excellent service and delicious varied food.
A huge territory with different animals and birds on it.
The beach has excellent sand (the sargasses were removed, the sand is sifted by tractors with special horseradish)

A wonderful hotel, with a good territory, a wonderful diverse pool, excellent food. The territory is decent, but there are constantly course cars that can be used to get to any point of the hotel and any other hotel of the Iberostar system nearby (there are 5 different levels)
