The trip was very nice,
And I was very excited..
The staff is very kind,
The places that I visited with them very beautiful,
Also I cathched some information about the history of this journey,
The staff were very kind"The driver Norig and the guide"Karen" was kind
We took the tour of Khor Virap-Garni Temple and it was amazing. Our tour guide, Kieran, was very professional and knowledgeable, and our bus driver, Nyok, was just perfect.
Totally recommend Hyur, we had so much fun.
My visit to Grani Temple and Geghard Monastery was truly enriched by the exceptional guidance of Anahit, our tour guide. Her profound knowledge and captivating storytelling brought the history of these historical sites to life, making the trip both informative and memorable. Anahit's passion for the subject and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Highly recommend this tour for those seeking a deeper understanding of Armenia's rich cultural heritage.
2023.06.22. Tatev excursion.
Beautiful views. Stunning waterfall and magnificent views from the cable car. Thanks to our guide Tigran for the interesting tour.
Things we did not like:
- The wine in the winery wasn't tasty for us.
- Long trip
- Poor road conditions
In general:
Wine: 3/5.
Waterfalls: 5/5.
Tatev: 5/5.
Yesterday I had another excellent tour wuth Tatev to Tatev ;)
Very well organized tour and bravo for our tour guide who made it in 2 languages in excellent way!
We went along the route Amberd Fortress-Mount Aragats-oz. Kari - dried fruit production -Sagmosavank - Alphabet Alley.
Most of all, I wanted to visit Lake Kari, and it's really beautiful and cool there, the water doesn't feel very cold, but unfortunately the parking lot is very small - 20 minutes, you can't even wet your feet. Almost everything we've seen is beautiful. Lunch was served at the dried fruit factory, I liked the lunch. It's not very interesting at the factory itself, because in fact there are only trays with drying fruits.
In our car, the tour was only in Russian, the English-language tour was in another car. It would be nice if, in the time that has been formed, the guide Susanna would expand her story. As it was, everything went well, the ride in the car was comfortable, there was always cold drinking water.
I went on an excursion "Garni, Geghard, Symphony of stones". I really liked the tour itself, and the animation, and of course the guide Susanna and the driver Khachik! Everything was clear, on time, the tour was in Russian. A comfortable Mercedes miro-bus. Suzanne talked fascinatingly about Armenia in general and about the locations on the route. At the end of the tour, we stopped at a wonderful place for a master class on making lavash, tasted hot lavash directly from the tandoor. But Garni and Geghard, the Symphony of Stones Gorge are a must-visit, even if you come to Armenia for a short time. The whole tour is about 6 hours, it's exhausting, and in my opinion, there was quite enough time for each location. The most pleasant impressions!
We went on excursions to the Shaki Waterfall, the cable car, the Tatev Monastery and the In Areni wine factory.
One of the advantages is the excellent driver Nurik, we drove very carefully all the way, the guide Marina is good, no incidents, collection on time, water is provided, gat, monastic apples.
Among the disadvantages, the tour began with a winery, where the representative, when she tried to tell something, could not be heard, because you were standing near the equipment that was working. They are immediately asked to move away from the grapes lying a meter away from the group of 30 people. There were 3 types of dry wine at the tasting, 30-40 ml each, at the bottom of the glass. The wine itself (not subjectively, the group responded about the same way) is not very good.
We need to review the daily routine, because there were only 30 minutes at the very beautiful Shaki waterfall, of which the way to the waterfall was at a walking pace of 7 minutes - until we reached it, a couple of photos, and we already had to run back, which was very frustrating. It seemed that there were few stories everywhere except the monastery - we drove most of the way without information. The climate on the bus is incomprehensible - someone is very hot, a man in a jacket is freezing next to him, it was not possible to adjust the air conditioning.
Once again, I used the services of Hyur Service and enjoyed it.
A well-planned tour, narration. I learned a lot about the sights of Armenia. Karen's guide provided information in a very interesting way, it was especially interesting to hear the origin of the names of sights and cities, in addition, Karen has colorful chips that I will not disclose, but I promise that it will not leave anyone indifferent. And it is very valuable that the tour is in 2 languages - you listen in Russian, you fix it in English)
I would like to separately mention the driver of Araik, who, despite the size of a huge bus, drove very carefully through all difficult turns, very comfortable driving, the driver is from God.
I really liked the excursion to Lake Sevan and the monasteries. The driver Arai drove carefully along the entire route, it was calm with him. The guide Marina told interesting stories and answered questions along the route. It was nice to hear about the history of Armenia, Yerevan and the places we visited. Beautiful views of Lake Sevan, and from the cable car. We took a lot of photos and videos. I liked the lunch too, it's delicious and there is a choice. We are also planning to go on other excursions from this company. By the way, they were also recommended to me by a colleague who had previously visited Yerevan. In general, I recommend it, you will not regret it!
We went to Khor Virap, Geghard, Garry and the Azat reservoir a couple of days ago
I really liked everything, a comfortable bus with air conditioning and water. The driver of the Norik is simply amazing, they carefully avoided all the traffic jams and did not even notice the road
The guide Karen told everything in great detail and interestingly, there were no questions (and he also sings very beautifully)
The whole tour was held in a comfortable environment, the guide told what, where and why, how much time there is, how to go to the toilet and many, many things
I treated you to a delicious gata
We are already thinking about the next tour, we really liked everything
The service has convenient brochures for choosing the right tour for every taste and budget
We really enjoyed the trip. The views are of course very beautiful. The air is wonderful. The food is delicious. Marina is a very pleasant guide. It's interesting to tell. Kind. The driver, Ike, drives the car very carefully. Polite. Good. The whole trip was comfortable. Air conditioning, water in the car. We were satisfied. And in general, all the people who met us on the tour are friendly. We are satisfied and grateful☺
I have ordered excursions from Yur Service in Armenia many times: Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, Lake Sevan and Sevanavank, Etchmiadzin, Gyumri, Tatev — 8 times in total. The guides are always pleasant and erudite, fluent in Russian. Most of them are ready to tell much more about their beloved Armenia than the tour provides.
I would like to note the drivers separately: they drive very carefully, without exceeding and dangerous overtaking.
I also like the integrated approach to organizing excursions. Most often, one day tour includes visits to temples and /or museums, as well as some entertainment formats. And definitely a delicious lunch.
You can definitely entrust your acquaintance with Armenia to Yur Service!
We took an excursion to Gyumri. Great) visited the museum of everyday life (guide Arshak), walked around the territory of the Black Fortress. Then there was lunch) at the beginning of the trip, we chose lunch from the menu (The fish was amazing! In general, a common table was set in advance for our group. There were 3 types of salad, cheese, two types of pita bread, coffee/tea, lemonade, bun, potatoes, a plate with herbs. Delicious!). Then an hour-long guided walk around the city. And the last point was a visit to the Arichavank monastery. The place is atmospheric. Our guide's name was Marina. Just a storehouse of information) very interesting. We learned so much about this wonderful country thanks to Marina! Thank you for the beautifully organized tour. There is something to compare it with. You are the best!
Today we visited the Garni Temple, the Symphony of Stones, the Geghard Monastery, a master class on baking lavash. Thanks a lot to the Arpi guide for a very informative and exciting tour. Everything was at the highest level and very interesting. Special thanks to the driver Hakob for professional and comfortable driving. We were satisfied with the time spent at Hyur service. Recommend👍
Excellent company, convenient buses, professional guides, convenient location in the center of Yerevan. I was on a tour of the Garni temple, the Geghard monastery and the lavash baking workshop, the Vardui guide told me everything in great detail, interesting, friendly and pleasant girl. The driver of the Khachik drove very carefully and was pleasant to communicate with.
We chose a full-day excursion, visited the Khor Virap Monastery with an impeccable view of Mount Ararat, Areni Cave and Noravank Monastery. We ate a delicious barbecue, visited a wine tasting)) The young man and I are absolutely delighted with the time we spent! The guide Manya gives an incredibly interesting insight into the history and culture of Armenia. The trip itself took place in complete comfort - a modern bus with air conditioning and free chilled water. The driver Joseph politely fulfilled the wishes of tourists to make a stop and take a picture))
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to plunge into the local flavor and feel the Armenian atmosphere))
I would like to express my gratitude to the guides Vardui, Tigran, Gayana and Marina for interesting, informative and very informative excursions! All well done! Some of the excursions were long, with incredibly difficult roads. But this did not cause a feeling of anxiety, the buses were operated by Hokop PROFESSIONALS (if I made a little mistake in the name, I'm sorry. The trip was on 16.09 to Garni) and Norik. Thank you all!
And now there are some shortcomings in the organization. I bought a tour with an approved tour schedule. Why would I go to the same winery two days in a row? I consider this a flaw. Of course, everything was settled, the route was changed. But... The second point. When buying a tour, it is necessary to specify the departure date for ordering a transfer. And if you haven't bought a return ticket yet, then it's impossible to place an order. You have to fill in any information. This creates anxiety for office workers and guests. Maybe to buy a tour, you can give the opportunity to fill out an order without a departure date?
I wish Yur Service further development! I will recommend it to my friends.
I was on tours on 05/25/2024 to Georgia and 05/28/2024 Virap-Noravank-Tatev Choir. Everything went great. On both tours, Tatev's guide is beyond praise. Drivers Khachik and Joseph are real masters of their craft. I especially want to note that the moca was in Georgia, the road was washed away. I had to go back through another checkpoint. The queue is unrealistic. Tatev's guide called the company, another bus was sent to meet us, we crossed the border on foot, Khachik heroically stayed in line, and a new bus met us and took us to Yerevan. Many thanks to all employees of the company!
The tour was well organized, and our guide Vardui told us about the history and peculiarities of the Armenian Church in an interesting way. In addition to the Garni Temple and the Geghard Monastery, a pleasant addition was a visit to the Symphony of Stones gorge, which impressed with its unusual beauty. The program also included a master class on making lavash, which we rather did not do, but tasted. Lavash, fresh from tandoor, cheese and fresh herbs - it was a very tasty and authentic point at the end of our trip.
We went on an excursion to the monasteries of Khor Virap, Novarank, Tatev + cable car. The longest (15 hours). A wonderful tour, I really liked everything! A rich program for the whole day, a delicious lunch, a comfortable bus, and a high-class driver have been competently formed. We are delighted with the work of the guide in two languages at once! We received a lot of interesting and informative information. We recommend the Yur Service company to everyone!
The tour to Tatev with this company was just excellent, I especially want to thank our amazing guide Anahit, who explained everything, told and showed everything just fine, and the driver Ovsep coped with the road wonderfully, drove through all the serpentines smoothly and without sharp turns)
If you go on an excursion, then only if the guide is Asleep, and the driver is asleep))
On the recommendation, I bought a tour in the Yur service. We went along the route of Khor Virap Monastery, Noravank and Tatev.I want to thank the wonderful guide Marina.A wonderful man.She told me a lot of interesting things.Only with such an experienced guide can you really plunge into the atmosphere around.Special thanks to the driver Levon for the safety on the roads.A neat driver, he has a lot of humor and energy.
We went on a long tour to the Tatev Monastery on the famous Tatev Wings!!! The sensations are indescribable!! Thank you very much to our driver Spartak for the wonderful turns on the road-worthy of applause!! And of course to our guide Eduard for a very interesting and informative tour! And as always, we were pleasantly pleased with sweets and cold water on the road, and of course a delicious lunch in the middle of the way with wine and cognac tasting!!! If there are excursions in Armenia, only here! And by the way, a nice bonus is taking a taxi to the hotel))
Great company! It's not the first time I'm going on excursions with hyur service, comfortable buses, interesting stories from the guide Susanna, and I can't help but note the high level of driving of the Norik driver. There is always cold water on buses, and WiFi always works great. In addition, hyur has a large selection of excursions to all places in Yerevan and Armenia, every day wherever you want - you will never be bored! If you need to see all the sights of Armenia, only with hyur!
We traveled with this agency to the northern part of Armenia to various monasteries. Everything went perfectly, despite the serpentine, the driver walked carefully and did not get seasick. Special thanks to the guide Karen, he told a very interesting story all the way, sings well and is erudite.
I also want to note that there were no unnecessary visits to all sorts of souvenir and useless shops, all stops on business. Thank you, I recommend it.
We went along the route of Akhpat, Zarni-Guys, Akhtala Fortress, Sanahin. The tour is at the highest level. The driver Garik and the tour guide Karen are just wonderful. We really liked everything! We talked in great detail and interestingly about all the sights.
The lunch was super tasty and satisfying. The buses are comfortable and clean, they give out water and mini treats.
We were satisfied, we recommend it!💯
An amazing tour operator)
We didn't have any expectations.
A very affordable price tag for such a busy program. The guide is at the highest level! Manya and Araik (the driver). She talks very interestingly, without water, answers all questions, is friendly and customer-oriented) I'm absolutely thrilled! And all this is further supported by the magnificent landscapes of Armenia)
The bus is comfortable. Water and treats are included. There is an air conditioner)
On 11.10.2024, we visited a wonderful excursion to the Monastery of Khor Virap, the winery In Areni, the Cave of Birds and Noravank. I liked the large comfortable bus, the presence of Wi-Fi, treats and water for tourists, the wonderful guide Marina, who led the English-Russian tour and the driver Spartak, who skillfully drove a large bus along the mountain serpentine. We will definitely return to Armenia and go on another tour with Yur Service 💓
Excellent, high-quality, with insurance, we took a big bus to Lake Sevan, Dilijan and temples, there is water in the hololith and Wi-Fi on the bus for free!
The guides speak Russian, English, and, of course, Armenian.
Lunch can be chosen from the waiters, paid separately, took chicken and potatoes - very tasty, the portions are large, in addition to them there are salads and pickles, cheeses, water / lemonades for drinks, as well as tea / coffee, dessert.
Flaw: there is a small problem with toilets on the route at the points of the drains (somewhere there is no water, somewhere there are no toilets)
Thanks a lot to the guide Marina and the driver Norair. We went with them to the winery and monasteries. Marina tells the story clearly and fascinatingly, Norair masterfully drives a large bus. I think we're lucky to have them. And in general, Yur liked the Service very much: we were picked up by car from the hotel and brought to the main office, inside the friendly staff answered questions and pointed to the necessary buses. The buses are clean, there is water in the refrigerator (which I especially liked, I had never seen such a thing before that they gave water for everyone), treats are distributed at the first stops. The guides speak three languages, which is also great. Overall, the impression of Yur Service is only positive!
We were in Yerevan in June at the artistic anthem competitions and used the Yur Service. The tour was well organized, and our guide Rosa told us about the history and peculiarities of the Armenian Church in an interesting way. In addition to the Garni Temple and the Geghard Monastery, a pleasant addition was a visit to the Symphony of Stones gorge, which impressed with its unusual beauty. The program also included a master class on making lavash, where we made and tasted it. Lavash, fresh from tandoor, cheese and fresh herbs - it was very tasty, lunch was waiting for us very tasty. The driver is the best!!! Our group with children especially liked Lake Sevan. We recommend it to everyone.
Good afternoon to all vacationers. I enjoyed the trip. The guide (Marina) tells an interesting story. Gyumri is generally an ordinary, not rich town, but it's worth a walk in the center (it resembles old merchant streets with modern shops). It's definitely worth going to the church and the museum. I especially liked the monastery in the settlement where tuff is mined - an interesting place (beautiful view, clean air, water).
A very good company that organizes various excursions around Armenia every day. Almost every day on vacation we went along different and amazing routes. Comfort is thought out in each route: there is cold drinking water in small bottles, which is very saving in the heat. The routes are well thought out, each has different activities and different places. There is always an opportunity to have lunch in a beautiful and cozy place at a large table. Thank you
We went on excursions with my husband to the Virap Choir, the bird cave and the winery. I really liked everything, although we are not big fans of excursions, the guide Karen is wonderful and interesting in presenting information. There was a great lunch at the Areni winery, super fast service (Karen asked in advance about food wishes and we chose everything on the way), wine tasting (we bought a couple of bottles home), told about the production and took us there. The churches and the views are amazing, be sure to take cameras. And also take dog food with you, there are local beggars meeting from the bus)
On the Wi-Fi bus, it's very convenient! There is water in the fridge and buns for a snack
We definitely want to go with this company and the same guide to other trips. Thanks!
We would like to express our gratitude to Companti Yur service for the magnificent tours of Armenia. The service is at the highest possible level. The routes are very well thought out, the excursion programs are interesting, the cleanest comfortable buses, the best guides and drivers! An unforgettable experience and a great vacation!
It turned out to be a very interesting trip from Yur Service on 10/21/2024 to the tour "Akhpat, Zarni caves-Guys, Akhtala fortress, Aramyants Castle, Sanahin" with a charming guide Vardui, driver Khachik.
It was the most informative of the tours I went on in Armenia. The guide told us a lot and in detail. In addition, Vardui treated our group with great care – she was interested in how the mood was, whether we were comfortable. To be honest, it was nice.
Thanks to the driver Khachik for comfortable driving on winding mountain roads, without sudden braking. I didn't even get seasick))
We spent the whole day on this trip, and the weather changed throughout the day, the Akhtala fortress was watched in the rain, but it did not spoil my day at all.
The views are very beautiful, I admired the mountains and forests all the way. Most of all, I liked the monastery of Haghpat (in the photo, the bell tower and surroundings in Haghpat). They gave us enough time, but I would have stayed there longer if I had the opportunity.
Thanks to the Yur Service company for a thoughtful program: route and time for sightseeing, stops, lunch. Thanks to this, the trip turns out to be quite intense, but tireless.
Special thanks to the driver Garik (who took us on a tour of the beautiful Aragatsotn region) for the advice to go north to Lori and see the nature of those places, the Sanahin and Haghpat monasteries. I did not consider long tours for more than 10 hours, I planned to go to Sevan for the second time. I am very glad that I followed the advice and discovered the most beautiful region of Lori. Yes, it's a long way, but the trip itself through such picturesque places gives vivid impressions.
In August 2024, we ordered a group excursion to the Geghard Monastery, the Stone Symphony and the Garni Temple: must-see attractions in Armenia, besides they are relatively close to Yerevan. The tour was accompanied by professional guide Anahit and driver Araik. I really liked the individual approach: during the trip, we decided to supplement the route with a visit to Lake Sevan (for an additional fee), which was instantly agreed and confirmed by the travel agency. Anahit is a wonderful guide. We will keep the wonderful lullaby that she sang to us in the monastery in our hearts forever. We wholeheartedly recommend it!
A sightseeing tour of Yerevan has just ended, I hasten to share my fresh impressions of a wonderful day. Wonderful guide Manya talked about her country with great love, showed the most iconic places in Yerevan, recommended proven places for lunch. I really enjoyed visiting the fortress with a thousand-year history. Do not miss this tour from Yourservice, it is not very often held
I recently took a wonderful tour, and it left an unforgettable impression! Garni Temple surprised with its architecture and beautiful views. The symphony of stones struck with unique geological formations. The Geghard Monastery, hollowed out of the rock, was atmospheric and unusual, with interesting historical facts from the guide.
The lavash baking workshop has become a real culinary experience! I really enjoyed the fresh pita bread and learned about the local traditions.
The tour was well organized, and I am very pleased with the time spent
On July 27, we went on an excursion to Garni, Geghard and the symphony of stones. Stunning views, the nature of Armenia is impressive! Interesting historical information from David's guide! Everything is great! Thanks to the driver Hakob for driving accurately. Thanks to the company for a perfectly organized trip!
On 09/18/2024, my husband and I visited an excursion to Etchmiadzin. We were accompanied by the guide Tigran and the driver Norik. Everything was organized wonderfully by the travel agency. Excursions were booked in advance from Moscow. There were no overlaps or inconsistencies. On the route, the guide provided a large amount of travel information, was extremely polite, friendly, and answered questions in detail. Sufficient free time was provided, and a timely gathering of the group was organized for further departure along the route. Many thanks to the accompanying staff and the entire travel agency team for the excellent organization of the tour. We have two more excursions planned at this travel agency and we hope that they will be held at the same high level of service. Thanks to all the staff.
