Good taxi service at the front door. Buffet breakfast a bit crowd but good.

Great hotel! It is located in a beautiful area of Dubai, near wafi mall (an authentic place in the style of ancient Egypt in places) and magnificent hospitals (the area of medical centers). While resting at this hotel, I began to give birth, and the staff very quickly took care of an ambulance team for me with all the equipment (in 3-5 minutes I was already picked up and given help - the clinics there, of course, are beyond praise, there is something to compare with).
Our Room was with a kitchen, there is everything you need: even a dishwasher and a washing machine) The breakfasts are very tasty) The gym is small (several small halls, more precisely), but you can find everything you need for training. Near the Dubai healthcare city metro station, Ud-Meta and like Al-Jadaf (but the second and third seem to be farther away, you need to look)). This hayat is more suitable for business trips, as it is far from the sea, Dubai Marina, Burj Khalifa, etc., but if you are light on the rise, then it is also not a problem for tourist outings!

The price and quality are super!
The hotel has 2 nice small outdoor pools. Fitness is not great, but everything is clean and new. The food in the hotel is not super expensive in several restaurants, a Mexican restaurant and European cuisine.
There is a nice park to walk near the hotel on foot. There are barbecue spots in the park. Children have a place to run, a lot of playgrounds. When you go to the dolphinarium, be sure to go to the bird show! Also not far by taxi.

An expensive hotel near the metro, the airport and the VaFi shopping center (7 minutes on foot if you know the way). All the services declared by the hotel are provided, and there is a shower and a bath in the room, the pool in the hotel is open, breakfast is with a large selection of dishes, I liked it. Rooms are cleaned daily. The reception is beyond praise, they help, explain. I was at a conference - the underground floor and halls are good, the catering is excellent. The air conditioner works everywhere, but very moderately, you don't freeze. The view from the window is amazing, in the photo)

Excellent hotel! Cleanliness, order, friendly staff. The left tower is actually a hotel. The right tower is an apartment. The infrastructure is common for the hotel and apartments. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for living. The hotel is located near the metro. There is a taxi stand nearby. A shopping center with a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

Very nice hotel!
Friendly staff, rooms are at a height, the cuisine is varied.
The pool is really a little small, but this is for me, the water is refreshing and clean, does not smell of bleach, even though they were in the hottest period.
Excellent SPA and gym.
Convenient location, there is always a taxi at the hotel or 2 min.to the subway.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. That's where the advantages end.
From the hotel, it feels like I got into a gas chamber for cockroaches with dichlofos in almost every room, they even managed to put their dichlofos-aroma dispensers in the elevator, after which you lose your sense of smell for a long time, until 5 minutes go up to your 25th floor with all stops. The breakfasts are meager and not tasty. For allergy sufferers, I do not recommend it at all, only if you do not plan to move around the hotel in a gas mask.

We booked an apartment. The transfer from the hotel was brought to the hotel from the back entrance, and not from the central one, which is somehow strange, although you can enter both there and there. We arrived at night after a 13-hour flight with 3 children, got to the technical update of the booking system. At the time of waiting, they did not even offer water ((( The kitchen in the apartment is dull. Among the advantages are the chic breakfasts and the presence of a small shop, just where the back entrance is. Transfer from the hotel is 2 times more expensive than Yandex taxi.

The hotel charged the amount for the stay before arrival at the hotel as a Pre-Authorization. Then I wrote off the same amount again (for the second time) as a payment.
It took 2 weeks to inform the hotel that they had charged a double payment (they required bank statements as confirmation). I.e. if I had not carefully monitored my bank accounts, they would have quietly kept the double payment for themselves.
However, the second amount has still not been refunded (17 days have passed).

There were problems with the settlement, which the administrator did not solve, although he clearly understood that his language (Pakistani-English) was beyond our control and simply kicked us out into the street, but they demanded an interpreter and everything was resolved. There are no balconies, the smoking rooms have the wildest stench, everything is black and smelly. The breakfast is great, but there are almost no desserts (we didn't need to) The metro is 15 minutes on foot, in a quiet place, the pool is small. They clean well, they bring a lot of water.

I have already written a review about the Grand Hyatt, which is located literally across the street from the Hyatt Regency. The differences are as follows: the reception in the first one is more friendly, there was an embarrassment when checking in (the room was not ready by 15:00, they offered to wait another 1.5 hours), the husband did not agree, the manager approached and we were eventually given another one. I really liked the cleaning of the rooms. They leave a lot of water, if you ask, they give you as much as you want. I liked the breakfasts, the cook at the egg-making station is so positive, it's nice to eat. Ordering food in the room (room service) is very fast. Taxis are served immediately! This was not the case in any other hotel. At first, of course, a guy runs up and offers a VIP taxi, but if you find yourself, the state car immediately pulls up. 2 swimming pools. There is a sauna and a sauna for free until 11 am.

We chose this hotel because of the beautiful photos and descriptions. But what turned out to be inside was completely disappointing. It all started with the settlement. Arriving at 15:00, it turned out that the room was not ready yet, as according to them the hotel was full and they did not have time to clean up. Does it bother me? This is their problem! In general, they said to wait half an hour. After half an hour, standing in line at the reception and standing in it for another half hour (they serve guests very slowly, probably to stall for time), they said that the room was still not ready and they had to wait another 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, the picture was repeated. In general, we managed to get into the room only at 18:00. We expected to have time to get to the sea that day. Because of this situation with the settlement, it was no longer possible to do this. In fact, they stole a day off from me.
Then a surprise awaited me with the fact that the minbar in the room turned out to be paid, although the website indicated that the minbar was free. I drank a jar of cold Coca-Cola (0.33) and it turned out that it was worth it...attention - 19 AED (400 rubles).
It was not possible to enjoy the views from the window, as they are dirty from the outside. It seems that they have not been washed since the construction of the hotel.
When it was time to check out, and I reminded them that I checked in late and I want to leave not at 12:00, but at 15:00 (I have a late flight), they refused me.

I managed to visit this hotel three times! The level of service is on top! The breakfasts are insanely fresh and varied! No time to report that the TV in the room was frozen, as there was already a knock on the door. The room stock is modern and insanely clean! It is mandatory to go to the Lounge cafe on the 34th floor in the evening)))

The price and quality are inappropriate, they cleaned the room very badly, they took a deposit twice, it's positive that there are Russian speakers at the reception, but they also can't solve the problems with holding double deposits, so everyone carefully check the invoices issued to you and take your time to give them your credit card, ask for the invoice first, study it if everything suits pay for it.otherwise, at best, you will receive the blocked money in a month or even more, or you will not receive it at all.
