We rested from 27.09 to 3.11 2024. First of all, about the advantages for us: the hotel is not very large, so there are not many people, there are no clusters in the restaurant, you can safely find a place on the beach. Yes, as the reviews below wrote, you need to be prepared for the fact that on the day of arrival you will be checked in, but you will not be fed free breakfast, and on departure you will not be fed lunch.The staff is very helpful, almost no one speaks Russian, but they try very hard to help and please. I cleaned our room on the 5th floor of Jamal, asked with gestures to write a review, promised, I write, I did my job for 5+.There are no delicacies in the restaurant, but you definitely won't leave hungry. Of the cons: the system, when you do not walk with a bracelet on your wrist, but you need to call the room number everywhere, you really did not like it, you go into a restaurant, call the room number, you are recorded in a magazine, on the beach, you need to sign zero checks, in general, this was a big minus for us personally, because this one was removed by one star, it seemed that tracking was going on. Another disadvantage is that the hotel is located in a place where it is impossible to go out for a walk in the evening, since to the right the road leads along the sandy desert (photo attached), and to the left the road that leads along the hotels under construction is quite unsightly, narrow. Russian Russian is a pharmacy almost opposite the hotel, where the seller speaks Russian and takes dollars, and his neighbor, a small shop, where the seller also speaks Russian and takes dollars, I emphasize this, since the store is further away, where only a card or pounds are used for payment, and they do not speak Russian. We walked further down the street, walked for 20 minutes, but there were no more shops, we had to go to Hurghada. Yes, one of the advantages is the island, which is connected by a small illuminated bridge, in the evening you can see interesting fish, since the place is not very rich in variety, and in the evening they come. A wonderful and peaceful hotel for a family holiday. This is our first visit to Egypt, so I will not do any deep analysis. Good service, high-quality alcohol and convenient location of the hotel relative to the city and the time of the trip to the airport. We were vacationing with my wife, in the middle of August 2024. The impressions are great! The staff is sweet, they are always ready to help, almost everyone speaks English, there are few Russian-speaking staff, but there is a special GUEST RELAY who will be ready to help you if anything, we had a girl from Russia, Julia. The beach is very close, literally 10 steps from the hotel and you are there. The beach is cool fenced, sandy with a calm descent. There are no complaints about food, everything is delicious, you will definitely not stay hungry. Also, I liked it, there were no drunken guests who spoiled the rest, everything was as civil as possible, and I am also pleased with the proximity of the airport, which is about 20 minutes away. The hotel is a bit old.
According to the all-inclusive system, there is more than enough food, but you should not wait for a super extravaganza of flavors.
The staff is excellent, some of the staff are Russian speakers.
99% understand English.
The proximity to the beach is a plus.
Separately, I would like to mention the Toscana restaurant in the hotel.
From the Italian there is only the name, I do not recommend this restaurant, it is easier to go to an all inclusive restaurant for dinner.
It's a long way to the boardwalk.
There are very few Russian speakers in the hotel itself, the majority of people are tourists from Germany, Poland, and China.

We had a great 2 weeks in this wonderful place. The hotel is ideal if you just need to relax and reboot. There is no drunkenness, no "tagil", only relaxation and tranquility) The entire hotel and staff are focused on ensuring that nothing interferes with you, and at the same time they do it not noticeably. I can notice the little things and saw how every employee tries to make your vacation wonderful)
The sea is cool and clean, the entrance to the sea without corals (which I wanted), the food is excellent, a lot of seafood.
The most important feature is the island. There they tanned themselves in the afternoon, in the evening and everyone gathered for an evening rest. I have never seen such an amazing place in more than one hotel… In general, if you are not a Tagil, you like the environment of intelligent people - you will like it here.

I am a diving enthusiast and therefore a small beach without corals is not a problem. I'll note the dive club- everything is fine! 6 days at sea restore the psyche. Among the disadvantages- instructors change the leaders of dive groups. Each of them begins to check for adequate behavior under water, which shackles.

The beach is small, but there are also plenty of sun beds, you can get a towel without any problems. But here is a restaurant - the choice of food is small and monotonous. You don't have to ask for tea or coffee for breakfast yourself. The straps were canceled at the hotel, and therefore, both at the hotel and on the beach and in bars, you should always call the room number. And check-out - if you got to lunch on the day of arrival, then only breakfast is allowed on the day of departure, and if you have a late check-out, you can extend the room for a fee and buy lunch, for example, but it's not cheap. And there is also a problem with the Russian language in the hotel.

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday. The beach is on site. There are enough sun beds. The place can be found both by the pool and on the shore.
A normal and varied diet.
Wi-Fi is stable in most of the hotel's territory. There is a Smart TV in the rooms, but without Internet access. It was possible to connect a Samsung phone with a TV via SmartView and distribute videos on TV without any problems.

I am resting in this hotel at the moment 02.04.2024. the hotel is not bad, the rooms are spacious, we have two loggias, one with a table and two chairs, shaded and the second with sun loungers is always sunny, both with sea views! The sea is clean, the beach is not big, but there are always places, there are a lot of people! This is where all the advantages ended, who writes here about good food for every taste is a lie, every day the same chicken, chicken and grilled chicken in the evening, there is no fruit from the word at all, oranges and melons! There is no ice cream, for a fee! I don't even know what kind of fish, it's difficult to classify, well, it's not edible. There is no entertainment. I don't recommend it. The beach is sandy, smooth approach. It is convenient to swim with a child. The sea is very clean, beautiful and warm.

Egyptians are good people, they treat our country well. Many people understand Russian, but mostly they agreed in sign language)))
The hotel seems to be 30 years old, after reconstruction, everything works fine. There are candles everywhere in the room and in the hallway.
It's convenient that the sea is nearby and the pool is not bad, but I didn't have enough depth to splash around with such kids.
I recommend visiting with the whole family with children.
By the way, there are no sharks, the sea is not as deep here as in the very next hotel
I was pleased with the island, there is a disco in the evenings. A good hookah, inexpensive for every taste. Everything is great!

I have been vacationing at this hotel since childhood, since the age of 11 (1997) and until 2003 I visited 5 times, then visited in 2010 and recently - in early November 2023. One of the best hotels in Hurghada and Egypt. For a relaxing family holiday with decent people. The staff is very friendly, smiling, friendly. Not a bad buffet. Excellent hotel beach with clean yellow sand and a convenient sandy entrance to the sea. Everything is clean, shiny, constantly cleaned. The rooms are comfortable with sea views. The only thing that upset me was that there are a lot of flies on the inside of the hotel! On the beach, by the pool, outside the restaurant, in the bar - everywhere flies that cling to you, constantly climb into your face. This is just some kind of attack! This has never happened before!

From 5 stars only remained from the name. Level of good 4*. There are no fruits, no freshly dug juices, no ordinary vegetable, chicken soups. Coffee and tea for breakfast from teapots ... normal coffee only for money in a cafe. On the beach, the sun beds are old, 2 showers on the beach are always dirty, clogged with sand, there is nowhere to wash your feet separately from the sand. However, the staff is trying very hard. The hotel is nice, clean, beautiful grounds. But my story will be about something else. How did MARRIOTT in Hurghada wish me a happy birthday? Spoiler alert: nothing😁
Now I want to explain to everyone right away that I'm not overeager. And a hotel (especially a 5*) should really wish a guest a happy birthday. Moreover, I worked as a marketer at a 4* hotel and we even printed personal postcards for each guest, accompanied by a bottle of champagne, and sometimes the restaurant also allocated a fruit plate. Plus, it's not my first birthday at the hotel. And at least a cake was brought to the room. In general, I immediately explained to the commentators that I had not gone crazy and was not asking for anything supernatural.
So, it was the second day of our stay at the Marriott, my birthday came and I was looking forward to congratulations from the "five". But the famous chain hotel just forgot to congratulate me. At 21:00 we have already decided to just buy a cake and candles ourselves, it is impossible to buy such goods near the hotel. There are no normal shops there. We went to the hotel restaurant. The restaurant spread its hands and said that the cakes would only be in the morning and that we could be allocated two remaining cakes. We laughed and agreed to it. I just wanted to perform the ritual of blowing out candles. Then something went wrong with the cakes. And we explained to the restaurant staff that it was my birthday. Today! And the chef said that he would make a cake for me. For which, of course, many thanks to him!❤️
An hour and a half later, a cake cart pulls into the room and the waiter sings "happy birthday tu yu" to my husband. I'm getting hysterical from laughing. But even more hysteria began when we saw the candle that was brought to us. A candle from ikea. We asked to bring a festive candle, at least one. The boy promised to return soon. But oh, not after 30 minutes, not after 40 minutes, he was gone. With a wild neigh, we lit a candle from IKEA, I blew it out😁
The cake, by the way, was delicious. We were ready to pay for it, but the hotel decided to give me a gift and did not charge us a pound. Well, thank you, great congratulations on my 30th birthday, Marriott. By the way, when booking, information was provided about assistance in organizing candles and a cake and that it was my birthday. But the staff of the world-famous Marriott chain decided to ignore this information🤪
