I had a difficult life period: an abrupt divorce, an urgent move with my husband's child. In all this chaos, I lost the hunkemoller certificate in the amount of 200 rubles.
I started unpacking my bags after half a year, and I was depressed for a long time. This is the first time for me, but as it is. And I found the certificate! Of course, it's expired! Nevertheless, I asked a question to take advantage of it. I was refused.
In response to the refusal, I offered several options: to purchase an item worth more than the face value of the certificate, or to purchase another one of the same certificate and give it to a friend, thereby they would have another +1 customer. I was ready to consider other options, but alas, the refusal.
I understand that the law is not on my side and that there is technically no way to renew the certificate. But there are many other ways that allow you to show human qualities and customer orientation.
In fact, they sold cardboard for 200 rubles, lost a client, and ruined their reputation.
Well, at least a one-time discount could be offered, and points could be credited to your personal account.
In general, I did not expect that it would be so easy to miss a client who was ready to raise a check for any amount offered.
But the consultant girls are smart! They are always friendly, and it is very pleasant to choose underwear sets with them.
I wish all the company's clients not to know the downside of hunkemoller's business and to enjoy high-quality and beautiful underwear.
