Very pleasant staff, ready to help with any questions.Convenient location in the old town,everything is within walking distance,near the tram stop
Rooms in the same price category have different sizes -there are very small ones -there is nowhere even to disassemble a suitcase (you need to ask to replace the room with a larger area).A huge disadvantage of all rooms is the bathtub... which is located behind a thin partition along with a toilet bowl.When taking a shower, everything is wet, there is no bedside table, there is nowhere to put bath accessories.The sink is located next to the bed, which is also, to put it mildly, very strange.If such moments are not embarrassing, then in general the price-quality ratio is quite acceptable.

The hotel is authentic, each room is different, we were in the Hurrem room and in the Sultan's room.. Sultan is absolutely unique and gorgeous, you really feel like a master)) the service is high , attentive and competent staff ... the location is also ideal for exploring tourist destinations .. the buffet menu also impressed us, absolutely delicious and exquisite ... even in the evening, the restaurant offers a magical view of the Bosphorus ... romantic dinners are the best here … we visited many places nearby and realized that the restaurant on the roof of the hotel is the best ... I recommend it from the bottom of my heart ... we love unusual hotels and this is just the best of all in the national style ...

We stayed at this hotel. The location is very convenient, all the attractions can be reached on foot or by tram, the tram stop is nearby. I would like to express my special gratitude to the Diva Hotel staff, who was very friendly and helpful, and helped me sort out all the issues. The room is thoroughly cleaned every day. The hotel has a small swimming pool and a gym, which have everything you need. The breakfasts here are very hearty and delicious, you can order a dish from the kitchen or use the buffet system. We really liked the hotel, we will definitely come again, I advise everyone!

We had a rest with a child at the Sultania Hotel in January. This is not the first time in Istanbul and there is something to compare it with. The hotel met all our expectations. Polite staff, met professionally and cordially. Many thanks to Diva's manager for her care and help in arranging a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Cleaning was carried out daily, towels and bed linen were changed every day. The best location in Istanbul. The main historical sites can be reached on foot. We will definitely come back

I liked the Sultania Hotel, very friendly staff, the rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfasts are good, the dishes are for every taste. There was a spa, a wonderful hammam and sauna, a small pool, but you can swim. I sincerely recommend the hotel.

Cozy, nice staff. Clear. We left at 12 p.m. and went for a walk. We left our things at the hotel, and when we returned for our things, we were able to drink tea/coffee with delicious desserts in the lobby, everything is absolutely free) oh, and I forgot, thank you for the wonderful breakfast and the view from the window!

I really love this hotel. The last time I visited it was in February 2025. Very convenient location. Clear. Very good breakfasts (there is something to compare). Very nice view in the restaurant. There is a view of the Bosphorus on one side and the mosque on the other.

Nice hotel. We stopped in transit for one night. There is not enough main food for breakfast, but very tasty fruits!
We didn't go to the SPA. The reception said that the pool is included in the room rate, and you have to pay extra for the hammam/sauna.

The rooms are beautiful, but very small. I didn't like the way the door to the toilet and bathroom is arranged. If a person is in the shower, then the toilet is wide open. There is one door to the toilet and a shower in a peculiar way. Otherwise, everything is fine. The administrator is friendly. He told me where the exchanger with the best exchange rate is. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. There is always a girl who speaks Russian. There's instant coffee in the vending machine. Natural is brewed in Turkey.

Caring, courteous attitude towards the guests. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. The rooms are colorful, but not pretentious. Everything is as in the photo on the Internet. Water, tea in the room - a compliment from the hotel. Cleaning every day. Everything is neat. A gym with an excellent set of exercise equipment! For an additional fee, there is a hammam and a swimming pool.
Nearby:
1) there is an exchanger at the corner (rubles are changed to lira 1dec 23g exchange rate of 0.275),
2) Tram stop (#1 will take you to many key tourist locations),
3) yes, and everywhere on foot is at hand ... (5-15 minutes with legs Topkapi, Galata Bridge, port, etc.)
If you have beautiful views from the window, for example, on the Bosphorus, then not here. But if you want attention and help (especially if it's your first time in Istanbul!) then 1000% here❤❤❤ "Sultania

I was at this hotel on January 3, 2024, the hotel positions itself as 5 *, in fact 3 * no more,small rooms with low ceilings,everything is old and shabby,no one cleaned for 4 days, only changed towels and threw out garbage,the breakfast is so-so , it is as if in a historical In the center, we hardly found the hotel wandering through the narrow streets.The only advantage is silence.I do not recommend it, price-quality does not match

We were in Istanbul on vacation in late March-early April 2022. The hotel was chosen based on reviews, and very successfully! As I love it, snow-white sheets, pillows are great, the cleanliness of the room is perfect - this is the most important thing! And what delicious breakfasts👌 - buffet, but you can also order porridges or omelets separately👍 you will definitely not stay hungry! The hotel itself is located in Sultanahmet district, within walking distance of the mosques and Topkapi Palace. Gulhane Park, museums - all this was a five-minute walk from us. The tram stop T1 is also right next to it.
The hotel itself is located in a quiet alley, which was great for me personally! ❤️👍❤️
The staff is very polite and pleasant, starting from the reception, ending with house keeping)))
But I especially want to highlight our Guest-related Gulichka! Such a cute giggler😘 And she helped us a lot in everything, thanks to her, we traveled all over the almost European part of Istanbul on our own) If you doubted somewhere in the city how to leave, you wrote to her and immediately received a detailed explanation. And one evening, when we returned to the hotel, we found a plate of fruit and a wish for a good rest 😍😍😍

We lived from 6 to 10 September in a deluxe room with breakfast.
The impression is ambiguous. There are no complaints about the staff, cleaning every day with the replacement of towels, pleasant shampoos, gels, etc.
Very friendly attitude, especially respect for the Russian-speaking Gula!
The location is just perfect.all the main "hits" are within walking distance.
One of the disadvantages is the completely inappropriate washbasin in the room right next to the headboard. We can only be glad that someone ran out of fantasies in time and put the toilet in its traditional place in the toilet...

Nice hotel on a quiet street. This is undoubtedly a plus. The rooms are interesting, from the unusual - the sink in the room))) On the top floor, the restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus is, of course, expensive, but worth it. The sights are all nearby. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The reception staff is very friendly. Basically, everyone speaks English.But the girl Gulya speaks Russian perfectly, so there are no problems at all.
We didn't go to the hammam or the pool, we just didn't have time)))
The cleaning is excellent, there is a kettle in the room, tea accessories, always drinking water.
There is a very good restaurant opposite. Everything is delicious, but not cheap. Istanbul is not a cheap city at all

We stayed at this hotel with my wife from 19.01.22 to 25.01.22. A wonderful hotel, all the staff are friendly, always ready to respond to any request. Birthdays fell out for the period of residence: mine and my spouse's. It was nice to receive congratulations from the staff in the form of a cake with candles and a beautiful song: Happy Birthday to you.
We liked the room itself, it is decorated in a colorful Turkish style, clean and cozy. We lived on the third floor. The density of buildings in Istanbul is such that if you live below the sixth floor, you will not see a good view from the windows. The view from our window overlooked the neighboring building. But this did not bother us at all, as we only came to the room to spend the night. But the hotel has a restaurant on the sixth floor, where you can spend a great time admiring the wonderful views of the Bosphorus Strait and the ships that ply it.

The reception managers will help you with any question! The room cleaning is excellent, Margot's maid will not leave any guest without care and attention! A wonderful SPA at the hotel!! Opposite is a wonderful restaurant with delicious food and friendly people!!! Very tasty!!! There are also wonderful bars nearby with a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food!! I want to return to this hotel and enjoy the many faces of Istanbul!Over and over again!

A wonderful hotel. We were with the family from 03/7/2020 to 03/14/2020. Excellent location, everything is nearby and within walking distance. The hotel is very cozy, and the staff is friendly and hospitable. The administrator of the Ghoul speaks several languages and there were no problems in communication. Individual approach to each of the guests. Assistance in all emerging issues, the staff is happy to solve and help. We are very glad that the travel agent recommended this particular hotel to us. I would love to come back again.
