Emilio is a very bad person. Beshko comes into the room and rummages through things. He hid the key and extorted money. Do not try to rent this hotel.

A friendly, responsive team. At the reception, the guys speak Italian, French, Russian and English. The cook prepares very tasty dishes. However, in the morning (as in 4-star hotels) coffee, lots of delicious pastries, cereals and slicing are offered. The room is a little surprising with its tiny size, as well as the bathroom (first impression, I want to escape :)) However, then you get used to it and it becomes even very nice. Cleaning is carried out every day and the bed is changed every other day. Towels every day. We haven't been warned yet, but air conditioning is charged separately, as well as a parking space. One of the global disadvantages is the nearby railway. But as we understand it, most hotels are located either near the railway or near the highway and you choose the lesser of evils. The city center is about an hour on foot or 20 minutes by 11 bus for 1.5 euros (the ticket is valid throughout the day and is sold at tobacco kiosks).

The location is the only plus of this hotel. If we spent all our days in this hotel, I would go crazy. It was saved by the fact that we traveled around Italy by car. There are more complaints about the staff, the owner Emilio is always unhappy if you buy something not at the hotel. You can't sit on the hotel grounds and drink alcoholic beverages or bring food from supermarkets, it got to the point that two women and a young man were evicted from the hotel (this is the first time I've come across this). Boiling water is not allowed, appliances are not allowed, let alone soap accessories. If the cleaner does not clean up in time, then do not expect her to visit later, even if you ask the reception to clean up, your requests will not be heard. At the reception, as I understand it, the staff always changes, they won't say anything intelligible, or something like that... Wait for now... The owner is angry!!!!! I'm waiting right behind the hotel, the audibility is just crazy. In general, as an overnight stay for a couple of days is normal, and then spare your nerves.

A quiet and cozy hotel. Hospitable Russian-speaking staff. There is no railway noise at all. Everything is sincere and homely. The only drawback is poor sound insulation, but in a country like Italy it's a sin to stay in a hotel.
