Affordable prices. Clear.. There are several halls where you can choose a more comfortable environment for relaxation. You can listen to live music in one of the halls. In another, enjoy a delicious meal with quiet, calm music. I recommend khinkali. It's delicious at home

So-so hotel…
I lived in the season (June 30), only for a day, as I had to spend the night cleanly and leave early in the morning.
I took the most inexpensive room, but with air conditioning.
He was on floor 6 like.... at the very end of the corridor, the door is weak, the room itself is as good as possible (alas, I did not manage to take a photo somehow:(apparently because of such emotions "shock" :) ),
but there is supposedly a kitchenette,
by the way, the air conditioner turned on when opening the kitchen cabinet (there is a remote control) and it is just noisy, like ventilation,
the bathroom is worse than the room, some kind of attic, low ceiling, darkness, but there is a mirror and cosmetics)
Maybe other rooms are normal, but not the fact ... the option is purely to spend the night once and not spend the night anymore, for general information:)
The staff is nice, polite, they allowed me to pay for the room later, since I initially chose a room where there is a non—cash payment (as indicated on booking), as a result - no, only cash, I had to go withdraw cash.
Breakfast was also included, they made it by the time I asked, although it was done by a guy who was instead of the administrator in the evening, and sat at the reception with friends from night to morning and in the morning on the summer veranda, when I came to have breakfast, he escorted them out.
Breakfast in general is well normal (photo), there was also bread (delicious) and coffee (tasteless)
For the price, ₽₽₽ - for such a room…
It was not expensive for the season, if you take it out of season, then for such a price you can rent an excellent apartment / apartment for $ 25, and in the season you can rent an apartment for such a price…
The location is far from the center — 45 minutes on foot, but close to the park on the embankment — 15 minutes.
There are a couple of shops around the corner.

A normal hotel for a transit stop. Friendly staff. On the call, a parking space was reserved right in front of the hotel. Convenient location, clean bed, in summer breakfast on the outdoor veranda (GEL 15).
Furniture, locks, plumbing need repair.
We have stayed three times and are planning more, because we are satisfied with the price-quality ratio.

Among the advantages: low price, convenient location.
On the downside: there is no hair dryer in our room. The beds just creak terribly. We lived for 5 nights, they never cleaned our place.
And the most important and offensive disadvantage. As I understand it, the hotel owner changed the other day and according to the new rules, they do not have a late check-out service, as in other places. More precisely, we were told to pay half the cost of the day and leave at 16:00, and then whatever you want. Joke. For 4 additional hours, you have to pay half the rent. Just a minute, there are 25 rooms in the whole hotel, 5-7 families live here at most. It's out of season, there are no people. I've been feeling terrible since yesterday, I must have been poisoned. We explain to the administrator, we ask you to leave at 20:00, then to the airport. But no. Either at 16:00 and half price, or at 20:00 and then we pay for a new day. With an empty hotel...
I'm terribly disappointed. And they always seemed to smile like that, friendly.
If this is really the policy of the new management, which the employees refer to, then I advise you to reconsider your rules. And be more human. Especially when it does not affect your profit in any way. Do not profit in this way

The girl at the reception received me staunchly at 5 a.m. (In another hotel with a "24-hour front desk", check-in was refused until 10 a.m., and at 13 they were sent to "take a walk".) My Rose was issued quickly. They gave me a key. The room is small but cozy. The sound insulation is weak. There are construction sites nearby, you can't sleep late. The furniture is not new. Bed linen requires more careful care or write-off with replacement with a new one. Leak the toilet tank. The promised hygiene products included shampoo and a bar of soap. There were several long black hairs on the floor.

We were vacationing with our family, we had a problem with the lock on the door, but it's nothing. The staff is responsive, accommodating in all matters, the location of the hotel is ideal, you can book a room with a kitchen. And you can also live with animals, this has become the main factor for us, thank you!

I really wanted to go by car from Moscow to Istanbul. This is a half-way stop, we were very tired, we checked in either at 3 or 4 in the morning. Hard mattress, snow-white sheets, hot shower, hot tea.... Everything we needed for a vacation.... I fell asleep at the moment, happy! After sleeping on the summer terrace-balcony, a Turkish breakfast was waiting for us. The hosts are a hospitable married couple, very nice people! ❤️ Thank you! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Booked with a friend for a week. We were afraid that there would be an economical economy, but it turned out to be a very decent, such a pleasant boutique hotel, where there are no crowds of vacationers.
The rooms are clean, everything is fresh, even the kitchenette is equipped with all necessary utensils.
The hall and the rest of the rooms are also clean and pleasant, the reception is 24 hours, there is a cafe for breakfast. The staff is not intrusive, but they answer and help questions, everyone speaks Russian.
We only came to the hotel to spend the night, the rest of the time we spent in the city and on excursions. Everything is within walking distance, the beach is 800 meters away, shops are nearby, you can order a taxi from the reception. The price is affordable.
I recommend the hotel, both for young people and for families with children.

A disgusting hotel. The air conditioning system is shared, then with food, then with cigarettes, then with sewage. Sound insulation is zero, twice a week people came into the next room at night, with music, loud conversations and accompanying sounds. And in the morning they were gone. The impression is that this is a hotel by the hour.
