Not expensive, close to the city center. Cafe Mogilev is better for me to visit, it reminds me of the catering of the USSR with boorish service and a meager selection of cold, it is not known when cooked dishes. In general, if you only need to spend the night, then the option is good.

I spent two nights in December 2022.
A room on the 12th floor with a view of the city and the lively Mira Avenue. A wide comfortable bed with a small refrigerator under the table and a small TV under the ceiling.
There are about 60 channels on TV.
There is an air conditioner.
The room is warm, clean and calm.
I slept great.
The bathroom is small with a shower cabin.
There is no shelf under the mirror in the bathroom.
There is not a single full-length mirror in the room.
There is no shoe spoon in the room.

We had several cities along the route where we stayed in hotels of the "Soviet" series (Tourist, Intourist, Vitebsk) This is the worst thing I've ever seen. The bathroom has tiles, it seems to me from the 60s, the parquet was killed with gum stuck on, the 2-bed was made with a 1-bed mattress pad and I had to worry, to which I received the answer "we may not have clean 2-bed mattress pads), but in the end they found it anyway.

I would say that the hotel is 3+ or 4- (alas, it is impossible to mark half a star). Maybe I rated it higher, but this is the final hotel of our Belarusian trip, and therefore we have something to compare it with. In general, an interesting place, from a historical point of view, because this hotel is perceived as Soviet, but recently renovated. Acquaintance with it will begin with the parking lot, which the hotel has its own for guests, but at the same time it feels like the asphalt has not been repaired there since the Second World War. Next is the lobby of the hotel, classical architecture, very different from many modern hotels, both for the worse and for the better. I do not know what the reception was called in the USSR, so I will use this bourgeois word. At the reception tables, which are additionally fenced with plastic screens (hello covid), you will be met by a couple of unfriendly women who, carefully hiding their irritation from the fact that you do not hear them very well from behind the screen, will check you according to the guest lists (different leaflets) and when they find you, they will begin registration. There have never been copiers in hotels in the USSR, because you will receive passports that will be taken away from you only after a couple of hours (apparently they redraw the main pages manually). After receiving the keys, you go to the elevator, which creaks and groans will take you to the desired floor. The rooms, well, in the USSR they would have been called gorgeous, but so, normal, standard repairs, in which no one bothered with planning (an outlet in the middle of a double bed at head level is a so-so solution), water flows, TV shows, everything is tidy. By the way, the pillows and mattresses are comfortable, they did not save money here.
It is better not to go out on the balcony, repairs have not reached there, and in the morning the early birds are very loudly looking for something in the fragments of concrete.
The location of the hotel is also not very bad, the main pedestrian street is 10-15 minutes away at a leisurely pace. On the other hand, there is a drive-through street nearby, along which cars with mufflers of varying degrees of looseness drive at night, while the window cannot be closed because the air is not particularly ventilated in the rooms.
Breakfast. Why it was impossible to make a classic buffet is not clear (apparently it was too lazy to plan the consumption of food), because when you come to the cafe and take the table, you will receive from the waiter (by the way, to whom there are no complaints, it's to them, everything is fast and clear) a menu with three breakfast options to choose from, one of which will not be immediately. Therefore, you can take buckwheat porridge with sausage or scrambled eggs, polish all this on top with oatmeal porridge with a sandwich (bread, however, will not be the first freshness) and wash it down with instant coffee or tea. You can also be served a boiled egg, but it will most likely be yesterday's and inedible. In general, you will not stay hungry if you wish, but you will not get any pleasure from breakfast.

The standard room is clean - this is one of the advantages. Of the cons: the windows overlook the avenue and because of this it is noisy all the time, trains can also be heard. In the morning, around 7 o'clock, someone was banging on the door, which prevented sleep. But the administration solves the problems quickly. Overall, not bad.

Booked about 3 months ago. Upon arrival on 07/21/2023. the bill for the room increased by 100 BEL. rub. There were no notifications. The increase is from 07/21/2023. it is on the day of arrival. We have learned how to earn money. On Friday, prices were raised for the weekend, and it doesn't matter when you booked. Disgusting. Be vigilant, specify this moment or pay immediately.
P.S. After a conversation with the hotel Administrators, the payment issue was reviewed and the money was returned. An honest act on the part of the hotel management.

Without air conditioning. The water is hot in the faucet after 5 minutes of flushing.
The location is on the forecourt.. it speaks for itself, the hustle during the day, at night drunken showdowns of people with low social responsibility. In this regard, the entrance to the hotel is after 23.00 on the intercom.
The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, the mattress is orthopedic.
There is paid parking.
It's the perfect place to spend the night. I recommend it for budget tourists))

I booked a Standard Comfort room with a continental breakfast for one night. We were greeted by a wonderful, bright room with a large bed (I even managed to sleep well), sockets near the bed, a small balcony, a refrigerator. The bathroom turned out to be just wonderful.
The windows overlooked the guarded parking lot and the highway, but it was quiet enough.
You can order food in the room, especially it is worth trying pizza for 9 BYN, very good.
About the continental breakfast: this is not a buffet, you are offered a choice of 4 or 5 food options, you choose and go to look for an empty table. Oatmeal, cheese, sausage, sausages with tomatoes, a cup of coffee with a plastic spoon. About such a set. Not bad, but I expected a little different.
The hotel left a positive impression, I will be happy to return!

Thanks to the staff of this hotel. I really liked it. Recommend. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, it came in handy in June. The number is 90 rubles. With breakfast and parking included. I chose a room with a balcony on the 12th floor, overlooking the courtyard, as I wanted to sleep well and be quieter from the roads (it's noisy on the 4th floor overlooking the river).
repair is an economical option, but everything is clean, new chipboard furniture, new plumbing, snow-white bed linen and towels,Samsung TV is new.
Kettle, hairdryer on request.
There are rooms with an IR sauna, about 144 rubles per night.
Breakfast of 4 complexes to choose from. A nice modern cafe.

We spent two days in this hotel! At the reception during registration, we were asked about the extension of the room, to which we were told that the room was not being extended!!? A special theme is the refrigerator in the room, which does not freeze from the word at all (spoiled food)!! The balcony is compatible with the next room, you can go to visit (they would put a blind partition, and so you go outside you have to close the balcony, this is with a heat of 33 degrees and no air conditioning!!?
