We stayed at the hotel for several years, without complaints, but in 2024 something happened to the service of this hotel.
07/23/24 we got stuck in the elevator. The instructions on the wall did not correspond to what we were supposed to do. It was stuffy, the "call" button did not work. I had to bang my hands on the doors to get attention.
When we were finally released (fortunately, it was around 10 minutes), we went down the stairs to the reception to clarify how often this happens and what we should do in such a situation (let me remind you, the instructions in the elevator do not work).
The receptionist behaved extremely unprofessionally: She said that she was not responsible for the elevator, grinned that we had questions, because we were quickly released. When we asked who from the management we could talk to, the girl at the reception replied that she was now the oldest in the hotel. Alas, neither the tone of communication nor the choice of words indicate that you are welcome here and take care of the safety of guests.
The reception staff either burned out or came to this job out of desperation. But they are the face of the hotel, and such an attitude towards guests should not be.
The location is convenient. The room is clean, the linen and towels are white. The mattress is a little worn. If only the staff could add smiles and the ability to greet guests -and then everything would be wonderful!!

Good location, beautiful view from the balcony if the view is towards the main entrance and the floor starting from at least the 6th. It's a big hotel, the elevators are narrow and uncomfortable. It's good that there is a cooler on the floor, since there are no kettles in the rooms. But it's decent to walk back and forth to it if you live at the end of the corridor, and they are very long there, so be prepared))
They also have light sensors installed.. this is a separate topic, they work unevenly and not very correctly, it didn't bother me much, but there are people who will feel uncomfortable and dark from this.
I can't say anything about breakfasts, I haven't been to them.
The room got a good one, with an updated renovation, special thanks for the bath, for me it is much more convenient than showers. The water pressure is great!!!!
I'm surprised there was no disposable shampoo. Fortunately, I travel with my own and do not use hotel cosmetics (except soap).
Visually clean, the bed is normal, but the pillow is weak, I bent it in half to feel at least some volume))
The presence of a balcony is super. But it is adjacent to the next room and there is a thin lattice partition, through which it is very easy to climb without much effort, so sleeping with an open balcony in the presence of, for example, dubious neighbors is a so-so idea, plus spiders of different sizes weave webs there, so you need to be careful)
I was lucky that in the neighboring rooms there was no one there, which ensured silence, but there were people on the floor and their conversations were perfectly audible even with the doors closed when walking down the corridor.
There is no hair dryer in the room, you need to ask for it through the receptionist... the maid will bring it. I was unlucky, they brought a non-working one..
On the 1st floor near the porch there is a small grocery store, across the street too. But they are small, there is no supermarket nearby.
My stay was marred by an unpleasant smell in the room from the carpet. When I checked in, I felt it immediately, but I thought that regular ventilation would help and it would be OK. But alas. Apparently, the previous tenants either spilled something or urine. It was washed as best they could, visually, the spot does not rush. But it's ingrained in the fibers and it stinks. Unpleasant 🤢
The source is near the table.
I slept with an open balcony and sprayed perfume.
So I recommend changing the number promptly if you immediately felt something like that.
I checked in late, I was tired from the road, and the next day I had to go on business, so I didn't bother with relocation and complaints. But, of course, if you had to stay more than 2 nights, then you definitely wouldn't stay there. This smell remained in my nose for some time after the eviction.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, I can recommend it. If I ever get to Mogilev again, I will consider it for an overnight stay 👌🏼
Excellent hotel, friendly and friendly staff. The room rate is low, which is good. The room is clean. Air conditioning, TV, bed, bedside table, carpet everywhere. The shower stall is all white and shiny. Breakfast was included in the price, and was sooo dense and delicious. However, the pizza in the cafe disappointed, it looked more like a school grease and it seemed that its weight did not match at all.
The only thing is the sound insulation of the doors to the room. It feels like the doors are not closed, you can always hear someone passing by, closing and opening the doors. Otherwise, everything was more than satisfied, thanks to the staff for the reception.
Clean, cozy, cheaper than renting an apartment for rent. You can order pizza in the room. The location of the hotel is also good (actually, it should be so at the main hotel of the city).
A chic hotel for the common man , I advise everyone , a beautiful view from the window , I live in room 608 , there is a balcony, a refrigerator, a closet, a TV , a modest dining room , but you will buy delicious and not expensive in the store
Price and quality are top. Neat, calm, clean. We lived in studio rooms and with a sauna.
Downstairs there is a nice simple cafe with delicious food. The center is very close.
I booked the comfort standard. The conditions turned out to be comfortable, there was nothing to complain about. The stated picture presented on the website has been confirmed. I recommend it for a business trip or for a vacation.
Like it. The friendly staff is ready to answer all questions and tell you which room to choose. The rooms are decent in price/ quality. Parking is included in the room rate, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center and the main attractions.
A chic two-room suite, huge. Very spacious bathroom. Clean linen and towels, a full set of three pieces per person. Exceptionally clean. The breakfast is not a buffet, but it is plentiful, you will not stay hungry. And the location is convenient. But unsuccessful free parking. They don't let you through the barrier to drive in the direction of traffic, you have to reverse on the other side, because it's one-way traffic.
In a one-room room, they put an ottoman sofa, and supposedly made a two-room one, while there is one chair in the room, and two free squares, not to turn around. We were in early November, a cold wind was blowing from the balcony frame, it was very cold in the room, the sound from passing cars was heard so strongly that it seemed that there was no window at all. There are a lot of disadvantages, I don't recommend writing for a long time.
The room was clean and cozy. The breakfasts that you pay for upon check-in are modest, but there is a choice of 4 complexes. The only thing that spoiled the impression was that the employee at the reception did not want to settle us at first (for some unknown reason), referring to the fact that check-in is only for pre-booking. We did not book in advance, because we had to stay overnight in Mogilev. But I don't take off the star for this, because another employee came up and settled us without any problems, because the rooms were free.
The USSR is alive!!!
1 small soap, 1 shower gel, 1 mini shampoo, no slippers, at least there was toilet paper!
You can sleep, it's clean, everything works, but....the USSR level
rooms are clean, spacious balcony
there is a shower cabin, the water pressure is very high
there is soap, shampoo, no slippers, there is also a hair dryer
on the ground floor there is a cafe
the staff is very polite and friendly
the food is delicious, there is a lot of choice
the doors open with a key
the linen is snow-white, there is a TV
there are body towels and face towels
there is a bedside table, sockets, a table with a chair
The closet is large enough with hangers
Excellent hotel in the center of Mogilev. There is a water cooler in the hallway. The single room has an LCD TV, refrigerator, table, bed. Clean and cozy! The bathroom has everything you need.
The excellent location of the hotel, excellent room stock, the room was very spacious and clean. Breakfasts: there are 4 types of breakfasts to choose from, for every taste and preference.
This is my favorite hotel in Mogilev. I have been staying here for 24 years. Of the rooms, I prefer the "Comfort" Standard. Everything is close to the hotel - the embankment, railway and bus stations, pedestrian. You can have dinner at the hotel, but there are also many cafes nearby
The rooms are not bad, BUT it is cold due to the large windows. The batteries do not warm up the room normally. There is no shelf in the shower stall to put/put shampoo, gel, etc. Not all rooms have a hairdryer, although it is stated in the description.
Clear.
The sink drain didn't work.
One of the 3 elevators was working
The wind blows from the windows and the noise from the street is heard. The earplugs did not save.
She asked me to put her away from the elevator, as a result, the elevator was behind the wall.
The reception is very pleasant.
In the morning, the lights were turned off, we had breakfast in the dark and without coffee.
Despite the kind of Soviet appearance, everything inside is new and beautiful. The reception is 24-hour, there is always someone on site. All the amenities in the room. Luggage storage. The bus stop is 1 minute away. There is a grocery store on the ground floor of the building until 2 a.m., which came in handy when we arrived at night and everything was already closed. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the center, 7 minutes to the main street.
The hotel is a fire, a bomb, the rooms are excellent. Everything is clean, tidy, the room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, excellent shower, excellent water pressure
cozy, adequately priced, although, of course, it could have been cheaper, there is a slight touch of the Soviet era, but not too harsh, I even liked it. it is very clean, if you ask for rooms on a high floor with a magnificent view of the city. the parking lot is a step away from the entrance and is always empty. and this hotel has a FAST elevator from mogilevliftmash. who from Belarus knows that they are wildly slow, but here they just fly. magic.
Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, attentive and courteous staff. Convenient location (almost in the city center). Very tasty set breakfasts and dinners at a local cafe, which are included in the room rate and relatively cheap. There is also a laundry service at the hotel, where my clothes were perfectly washed. In general, I recommend it!
It was once in 2022. Like it. Especially the quality-price ratio. I wanted to stop by in 2024, but unfortunately it was being rebuilt. I hope for the better
A good hotel. Rooms for every taste. I lived in a budget room. Everything you need for a normal stay is there, neatly, a comfortable bed, a wonderful cafe, everything is very tasty.
I liked everything in the hotel, clean, cozy rooms, su in the room, there is a refrigerator. Parking is paid, not expensive.(my husband paid, I don't remember how much)For breakfast, there are 3 types of breakfasts on the menu - in one dumplings with sour cream and like cheesecakes (it was not ordered), in the second cheesecakes with strawberries and oatmeal porridge, or buckwheat, cheese and ham sliced, butter plums. in the third - scrambled eggs from 2 eggs and oatmeal porridge (buckwheat), sliced cheese and ham, butter plums. in all breakfasts, tea or coffee (brewed) to choose from, bread. Everything was brought quickly, the staff was friendly.
It's a great hotel. The room cost 85 b. Rubles for two people. The city center. Parking for cars. The self-service restaurant with a good variety of cuisine and a bar is open until 22:00. I ate, drank, slept and went on well rested
This is the most beloved hotel in this beautiful city! Everything is at the highest level and rooms that suit every taste and budget, and lovely and lovely girls at the reception and maids who clean rooms for 5+. The hotel itself is very conveniently located, almost in the city center. Parking is also available. Nearby there are many small shops where you can treat yourself to delicious treats-marshmallows, meat and sausage. Everything is of excellent quality. Also nearby is the famous Central Store, where you can buy everything from socks to a decent coat. I recommend it!
We stayed for one night. Studio room. It's the best for three people. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast was not ordered, the cafe at the hotel chose the desired dishes themselves. The food is delicious.
Wonderful people, the cleanest hotel. We went to the meeting in everything. Thanks a lot to the staff, starting with the receptionists and ending with the maids. The cafe is great.
We were lucky enough by great chance to get into the economy for 1 night. So the condition of the room is just a nightmare. A shot into the past, about 40 years old. Only everything was worn out even before the pile)))). I do not recommend taking an economy room at this hotel. The name of the hotel is too much))))
The Sovetskaya hotel, there was a problem with hot water in our room, the reception reacted to our remark in silence 🤣
It was difficult to find free places in the restaurant/dining room for breakfast. 🥲
A beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. The room rate was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is convenient, the center is a 30-minute walk away. If you are in Mogilev, take note)
We lived in a double room with a double bed. The room is spacious, clean, modern. The room service is excellent, the staff is responsive and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices are very affordable, as the menu is small, more canteen. The food is also canteen-style, but the food is simple and good. Parking is available, quite spacious.
It's not the same anymore (There used to be such a wonderful restaurant, I'm not afraid of that word..The best in the city, and now, just a cozy hotel for the night
The room is clean and tidy, there is no heat from the windows in winter. I will stop again. The disadvantage is that the cafe is fully open from 10.00.
Nice hotel, clean, renovated rooms. Bed linen, towels made of decent textiles. However, the restaurant "pulls" only on the self-service dining room. But the amount of food offered for breakfast exceeded all reasonable limits!
Excellent hotel, we were on a business trip, everything you need. A hearty breakfast, clean rooms, a balcony in the room, payment by card in Russian rubles, the center is nearby
I took a standard room, everything is fine for this level of cost - furniture, cleanliness of cleaning. I was pleased with the presence of a full-fledged bath in the standard, and not a shower stall. A separate fat plus is breakfast in the hotel cafe. For a price in the region of 9-10 rubles, it was simple and delicious, satisfying. Although in another hotel nearby for prices 3 times higher, they do not know how to cook at all)
Excellent for overnight stays, guarded Parking, polite, friendly staff, the rooms are not super, but always clean and cozy, good comfortable pastel. If you arrive late, take a meal with you, at the hotel, and in the city after 22 this is a problem, but there is a grocery store before 22 or 23, I do not remember. In the morning, a cafe is open from 7, everything is delicious, a decent breakfast is included in the rooms where I stayed. I can't tell you about the location, I'm always on my way👍
The room is clean, there is air conditioning. We arrived late at night, checked in quickly. We spent 1 night, as we were passing through, but I can say that the service is good - for 5. There is Parking in front of the hotel - you can park your car.
