I want to share my stories and, perhaps, warn potential guests of this hostess of this guest house. We were going to rest from 07/31.24 to 07/14.24, i.e. 15 days. Unfortunately, the vacation was spoiled and canceled due to the fact that we did not have time to stamp the citizenship of the child on the birth certificate. I immediately wrote to the hotel administrator about this situation on the Avito page, as I understand it, this is the daughter of the hostess Indira, TEN DAYS before check-in. The administrator did not even greet me, I was refused my requests to refund the money for the reservation, I was also refused my request to return at least part of the 6,000 thousand, citing that it was not their fault. But it's not our fault either. As a result, I contacted the hostess of the guest house, the "wonderful" woman Indira, but she refused to return even part of the money. Moreover, they do not even indicate in the ad for the refund of the prepayment. Whether they are returned or not, and if they are returned, under what conditions. It turns out that they simply appropriated my money for themselves, without rendering a service, and simply THREW it at the common people for money. I wish this "wonderful" woman Indira and her family all the best and may this money stand across her throat. Maybe this situation will happen to someone from her family and they will understand what it is like to be in this position. They have no conscience. Their joy from this money will be short-lived, and their reputation will definitely be very damaged. Thank you for reading to the end and I hope my feedback and experience will be useful to someone.
