A nice girl at the reception suggested that we fill out a regular guest questionnaire to get a discount on accommodation. The rooms are clean, everything is comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the unfriendly women who fry Eggs for breakfast and just throw an omelette on your plate, and the cleaner who started mopping the floors right next to us while we were eating, right with the smell of cleaning agent. It's not very customer-oriented, but it's Astana, what can you do about it

Probably the main disadvantage is that the room is noisy from the street (the pediment faces a busy street). As it is, the hotel is already "tired": everything is moving away somewhere and falling off. Separately, I was depressed by the lack of USB charging connectors - it seems to be everywhere already, but not.

It's generally fine. The breakfast is standard for international chain hotels, it was not remembered in any way. But the number is very memorable. The room on the 8th floor is so hot that if you spend the night, in the morning you can remove the top layer of skin as dried. Contacting the Reception and the arrival of the master did not help. The open window didn't help: it was very noisy and it didn't get any cooler. And in the morning, there may also be no water. When they moved to the 4th floor, life got better: a comfortable temperature in the rooms, water is available. Overall a good Hotel with the right room

The food is nonsense, to get to breakfast, wait 15 minutes. The hotel has 400 rooms , and 40-50 breakfast tables are for 100 people. One of the advantages is a convenient lobby, where you can wait for check-in for a whole day. However, the rooms are already shabby. The bathroom has a bathtub, not the usual shower. The rooms are small. Breakfast is 6500 tenge, if it was not included. There is a minimarket downstairs, for emergency needs, but it's easier to go to the shopping center, where everything is much cheaper.

Good afternoon! This is my second time staying at Hilton garden Astana. I have lived in Hilton hotels in different countries and in Nur Sultan, you expect the predicted convenience and service from the Hilton, but no.. the breakfast is very, very poor, the choice of food is very small (like 3** in Paris or Rome), it's very poor tomorrow and I'm ashamed of the hotel. With a meager selection of dishes , the staff does not make sure that the food does not run out and is regularly replenished . At 9 a.m. (11/16/2022) I asked the waiters several times to replenish the food, but no, when my friends came down for breakfast, there was no food. To my shame, I recommended that they live at the Hilton. They don't keep track of the table setting, you ask them to bring you the cutlery. 2. The toilet near the reception - the lights are off, it's dark.. in the dark, you look for the door to the men's room. I make a remark - they ran to turn on the light.. Why? And how is this possible? I do not recommend this hotel.
