A great hotel. I advise everyone.
Larisa and Vartan are very hospitable.
Decent people. Everything is at home. It is very cozy, both the territory and the rooms.
If possible, we will come again. Any hotel has its drawbacks (weak Wi-Fi, dog barking - not all rooms can be heard) But these are small things in the price / quality ratio of 5 out of 5!!! If you choose this place, you will not regret it 100%. It is more convenient for vacationers by car, there were people who arrived by plane, they are also quite satisfied. I express my gratitude to T.Larisa for the warm welcome, thank you very much. You can easily leave the children on the territory and not worry about them. It's not the first time we've been to Abkhazia and there is something to compare it with, so if you need a quiet, relaxing holiday, then you should go to Larisa's house

This is not the first time we have visited Larisa. Before that, we were in 2015. Always a warm, friendly address. This year we saw the updates, we were pleasantly surprised, each room has a shower and toilet. If we go to Abkhazia, then only here)

Large, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The air conditioning works perfectly, which, by the way, is a rarity where you will find a guest house with such amenities. A TV with many channels. Towels, hairdryer, shower in the room. You can cook in the kitchen with all the utensils. If you do not want to cook, you can order from the hostess whatever your heart desires))) There is also a free washing machine.
And the owners Vartan and Larisa are the most open and good-natured people. They communicate with everyone and will find an approach for everyone. You feel like you've come to stay with your relatives.A beautiful green , well-groomed area with a large herring, and a lot of flowers, trees and shrubs. Gina is generally a separate topic, I was afraid of dogs, but she won my heart💜 God forbid to return to them again🙏
I recommend this guest house. I rate it 10 out of 10. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder 🤩

We had a rest with the whole family (2 adults and 3 children) at Larisa's guest house from 07/26/29/2023. We liked everything. Very hospitable, friendly hosts, Larisa and Vartan. All questions will be answered, everything will be prompted.
We booked a room with amenities. The room is clean and cozy. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, shower, toilet in the room. Room prices are much lower than on the coast of Russia.
The territory is small, but very well designed. There are such trees as lemon, mandarin, pomelo, feijoa, persimmon, kiwi, grapes. Very beautiful flowers. Everything is well maintained. There are 2 swings, a gazebo, benches where you can relax. A small pool for children.
There is a shared kitchen where you can cook by yourself. But Larisa's food is sooo delicious. We ate khachapuri, homemade dumplings, manti, pancakes, stuffed peppers, very tasty soups. Under the order of the day, a great barbecue. At prices no more expensive than cafes.
The sea is within walking distance. We walked with three children for 15-20 minutes. Shops, cafes, everything is nearby. Excursions can be booked directly from home, which is very convenient.
We liked everything very much. If we are going to Abkhazia again, then only to you. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

A quiet, cozy place, there is everything you need in the rooms, Parking, Internet, TVs, air conditioners, everything you need for a good rest. The sea is clear, there are few people on the beach in Gudauta.

It didn't work out, but I had a deal, I booked a room in March, for July, when booking it was agreed that if suddenly I couldn't come, I would return the prepayment, so the hostess returned this prepayment only at the end of August, postponed the deadline 8 times, and was also rude.

We rested here from 09/23/2013 to 09.10.23. We chose the place randomly via the Internet. The hostess and the guest house are good, but I didn't like Gudauta herself. Dirty, neglected, cows and stray dogs.If you want a more comfortable stay and decent living conditions, I recommend looking for another place like Gagra, Sukhum.

I had a rest in 2021, in the second half of July. The owners are very nice people. Larisa is hardworking, answers all requests, solves questions. She cooks deliciously. Vartan is a kind, humorous man. The territory is compact and charming. Purity. It's a very nice place. Unfortunately, I was unable to return in 2022 due to circumstances beyond my control.... I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

You need to take off your shoes on the ground floor... Although there are a lot of people walking barefoot on the second one... I caught a fungus for myself, it was a great vacation. Prices in the local cuisine, as in the cafe on the waterfront. The buildings stand in such a way that there is no wind in the yard, because of this, things on the street simply do not dry out.

I recommend 110% very friendly hosts. Cleanliness and well-groomed in the yard. To the sea, honestly, not at a fast pace of 12 minutes. There are three shops along the way where you can buy everything. Groceries, chemicals, there is also a pharmacy and an ATM. By the numbers. This hotel has two buildings and a master's house, one building has two floors and the second one has three floors. Each building has its own kitchen. There's a stove, refrigerator and microwave, cutlery and crockery. There was a small refrigerator in our room. All rooms have a shower and toilet. We were on the third floor of a triple room - a large bed and an armchair bed, a refrigerator, a TV, a wardrobe and a wardrobe. next to the double room (large double bed) TV, , air conditioning. The second floor also has two rooms and on the ground floor there is a kitchen and one room.
