The disgusting work of the administrator at the info center. I bought a product with a limit of 18+ at the self-service checkout. This cashier requires confirmation of age by a store employee.
I called the administrator (Olesya Alexandrovna Goncharova). At first, I watched for 3 minutes as she talked with a colleague sitting in her seat, not paying attention to the cash registers at all. After he called loudly, he deigned to come up and confirm his age.
I also had caviar with an anti-cap, I said that I would have to take it off. After that, the receptionist said OK, and just retired back to the info center to sell cigarettes to other customers.
As a result, I stood and waited at the fast self-service checkout for about 10 minutes. While this person deigns to explain that I have to take off the anti-cap myself at the info center. Moreover, it was done in a boorish tone: "Come and take it off yourself, everyone does it" - and you are supposedly so stupid.
To the questions why there are no assistants at the cash registers confirming the age, and why I have to wait longer than at a regular cash register, the answer is I'm not to blame, we don't have people, everyone is on sick leave and so on. Complete rejection of any responsibility, and shifting it to others.
Instead of explaining the rules of operation of self-service ticket offices normally and politely, they just got rude and spoiled my mood. And they also reproached me, saying that I am the only one who does not know how to do it. Despite the fact that I often take goods of this type, there have never been such problems before. Specialists quickly approached, quickly confirmed the age, and quickly removed the anti-caps.
The store's bosses are greedy and greedy people who have cut wages to a minimum, and require one person to work for two. This is reflected in the form of disgusting service and rudeness of customers. Employees know that there will be no sanctions against them, so they allow themselves to have fun with customers.
I wrote several times in a complaint book - persistent ignoring of the above, only some formal replies with lies, they say it has been corrected. Although in fact nothing has been fixed. There is a lot of delay on the shelves, disgusting service. There is a shortage of staff, the staff is completed by 40-50% of the required 100%. Total savings on everything to the detriment of the quality of the service and customers.
I will be sincerely glad when Euroopt comes to this place instead of Green.
