Very convenient location, close to shopping malls, massage pavilions, pharmacies.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but satisfying (cakes, pastries, scrambled eggs, omelets, soups, pasta, meat and fish), there are problems with coffee - the coffee machine is 1 and pours half a small mug.
There are 2 pools: one with a slide, the other on the roof. The water is clear, and there are plenty of deck chairs.
We traveled as a family: 2 adults, 1 child of 15 years, 1 child of 9 years.
Huge bed + separate single bed.
There are 3 pillows, they asked for 1 more at the reception, and they gave it out.
There is soap and shower caps and gel in the bathroom.
There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste - we had our own, they didn't ask.
There was a mix-up with towels - at first they gave 2 large ones, 2 small ones
After the first cleaning, they began to give out only 1 large, 1 for legs and 1 small. For a family of 4 people, I think it's not enough. We went to the reception and said that's all you're supposed to do. And when leaving the room, they began to demand, after lengthy negotiations, they gave me a deposit (500 baht).
Cleaning is daily, towels are also changed daily.
We went swimming on the islands, it's better not to swim in Pattaya itself.

One of my favorite hotels. Located 5 minutes walk from the beach. 10 minutes to the Big C store. Mike Shopping Mall and Central Festival are nearby. Excellent rooms and service. High-quality breakfasts: 2-3 types of soups, 3-4 types of second courses, cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, Thai soups, 4 types of cakes, 4-5 types of fruits. Tea, coffee from a coffee machine, milk, drinks for children. And so on. It consists of 3 eight-storey buildings. There is a swimming pool with sauna on the roof of one of them. There is a large swimming pool downstairs, and a gym next to it. Wi-Fi is great for catching in the lobby and by the pool below.

Great location. The central part, near the hospital, 7/11, many shops, a street with bars within walking distance, markets and shopping centers. A quiet place. The breakfasts are simple, good, and European and Thai food. The only fruits are watermelon and pineapple. Wi-fi works fine in building 1 and by the pool, in building 2 it catches only on the balcony. 1 the pool in the courtyard is large, clean, the access by the steps is convenient, there are sun beds, there is enough space for everyone. There is a beer bar. Sometimes they ask you to remove what you brought to the pool (food, beer), but if you don't cover the clearing, you can safely drink your own. The slide is like a practical form of entertainment, whether someone gets hurt on it or not. Take risks or not, decide) 2 swimming pools in 1 building on the roof. It's quiet and peaceful, almost always empty, there are sun beds, but there's nowhere to hide from the sun. We arrived ahead of check-in time, our room was ready, we checked in right away. They took a deposit of 500 baht for 2 rooms and returned it without checking out. The reception staff does not speak Russian, but everyone uses an interpreter. In general, there were positive impressions about the hotel by Thai standards.

We recently returned from this hotel. I liked it very much.You feel at home, clean and cozy.Beautiful rooms, constantly cleaned, the cleanest pools, a rooftop sauna with a swimming pool, good breakfasts, everything is nearby.We had a combo tour, first we rested in Bella, then at the Wei 5* hotel, to be honest, in the top five, although cooler (service and hotel), but I felt better in bella. Now only there.It's an 8min walk to the sea.They write that there are a lot of Hindus, but they don't bother anyone, on their own.Go ahead, you won't regret it)The biggest plus is that this is the center, everything is nearby.There are pools everywhere until 7 p.m., and here up to 9 at the bottom and up to 11 on the roof.

Great hotel. Great location in the city center, but it's quiet! The breakfasts are excellent, the cleaning is done every day, the towels are changed every day and even the pastel linen is changed every day! It's just awesome for a threesome. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, free 3in1 coffee.
They clean every day, change towels and bed.
Excellent breakfasts, plenty of food for every taste - vegetables, fruits, bread and pastries, cheese and sausage, meat (chicken, pork), soups, steamed vegetables, paddy, rice. There's even kimchi. Tea and coffee, juices. Everything is delicious, constantly replenished. The dining room is air-conditioned and very comfortable.
There are a lot of Indians, but the most important thing is that they have a separate dining room for breakfast.
The Wi-Fi works well.
The pool is one big one, inside the courtyard, there are a lot of people, there is a slide. And one on the roof of the hotel, there are almost no people there. There is a mini gym (tired). They say there is a sauna, but they did not find it.
It is a 5-minute walk to the Central Shopping center, 20 minutes to the terminal, and 30 minutes to walking Street. Nearby there are 7/11, makashnitsy, exchangers, several different markets, massages.
Minuses:
We lived in a room by the elevator. The sound of doors opening/closing was constantly beeping. From morning till night.
There are a lot of Hindus, they spend all their time at the pool, bathing in their clothes, looking untidy, spitting in the urine. In general, this is the only thing that was annoying, but not much. We didn't swim in the pool, we went for the sea and the beach. So it wasn't a problem for us at all. But it is unclear why the administration does not make comments.
An air conditioner that blows on the bed, you can't sleep with it at night at all.

We chose this hotel on the advice of relatives who came here three years ago, when it was 4*. But it turns out that in 2024 the owner of the hotel changed from a European to a Hindu. Now the Hotel doesn't even look like a 3*. The air conditioner blows directly on the bed. There is not even a cooler with water at the reception - during the day, from 10 to 15 o'clock, a titanium with a drink is exposed, by 15 o'clock it empties and sometimes earlier and there is nothing to drink more and more in the heat of 35 degrees. Wi-fi is only in the rooms, it does not catch at the reception. There is 1 bottle of water per person in the room-glass bottles, empty ones should be presented to the maid, only then you will receive other bottles of water for the next day. There are 80% of Indians in the hotel who sit in their clothes on the sun beds by the pool and look at Russian girls in swimsuits. For breakfast in the restaurant, there is 1 coffee machine for 100-200 people staying at the hotel. You have to spend 30-40 minutes in a queue during breakfast to drink coffee, the restaurant staff is slow - they do not monitor the timely replenishment of empty food containers. There is no shampoo in the bathroom, only liquid soap. You have to go to the reception to get a toothbrush and toothpaste. At night, there is a terrible noise in the hotel from Hindus who bring prostitutes to the hotel. The reception is not very friendly. The beach is quite far away, about 800 m. At the same time, you need to run across two roads - maneuver between cars and scooters - no one lets pedestrians through there. P.S. I do not recommend this hotel to those who love comfort. The location of the hotel is very good. Of the disadvantages, only wi-fi (in the evening) and crowds of Hindus. We were at the hotel twice, in season they move out of a separate building, in off-season there are a lot of them and they are settled everywhere. They are noisy, drinking, smoking something and driving girls off the street. It's just unbearable at night, the noise is all over the floor. So it is at the pool of Nizhny Novgorod. They are most annoying when they approach children and try to communicate with them.

We lived in the 2nd building, on the 7th floor overlooking the pool, in the same building there is a "coffee corner" on the ground floor.
