Very convenient location, close to shopping malls, massage pavilions, pharmacies.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but satisfying (cakes, pastries, scrambled eggs, omelets, soups, pasta, meat and fish), there are problems with coffee - the coffee machine is 1 and pours half a small mug.
There are 2 pools: one with a slide, the other on the roof. The water is clear, and there are plenty of deck chairs.
We traveled as a family: 2 adults, 1 child of 15 years, 1 child of 9 years.
Huge bed + separate single bed.
There are 3 pillows, they asked for 1 more at the reception, and they gave it out.
There is soap and shower caps and gel in the bathroom.
There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste - we had our own, they didn't ask.
There was a mix-up with towels - at first they gave 2 large ones, 2 small ones
After the first cleaning, they began to give out only 1 large, 1 for legs and 1 small. For a family of 4 people, I think it's not enough. We went to the reception and said that's all you're supposed to do. And when leaving the room, they began to demand, after lengthy negotiations, they gave me a deposit (500 baht).
Cleaning is daily, towels are also changed daily.
We went swimming on the islands, it's better not to swim in Pattaya itself.
Overall rating 4 out of 5
One of my favorite hotels. Located 5 minutes walk from the beach. 10 minutes to the Big C store. Mike Shopping Mall and Central Festival are nearby. Excellent rooms and service. High-quality breakfasts: 2-3 types of soups, 3-4 types of second courses, cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, Thai soups, 4 types of cakes, 4-5 types of fruits. Tea, coffee from a coffee machine, milk, drinks for children. And so on. It consists of 3 eight-storey buildings. There is a swimming pool with sauna on the roof of one of them. There is a large swimming pool downstairs, and a gym next to it. Wi-Fi is great for catching in the lobby and by the pool below.
Great location. The central part, near the hospital, 7/11, many shops, a street with bars within walking distance, markets and shopping centers. A quiet place. There are no noises from the street or bars. They write a lot about Hindus. Yes, they are there, but we have never been hindered for 11 days. They rarely swim, mostly lie on sun beds, and eat in a separate restaurant. Globally, the hotel is Thai clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed, the bed is made, everything is ok. The breakfasts are simple, good, and European and Thai food. The only fruits are watermelon and pineapple. Wi-fi works fine in building 1 and by the pool, in building 2 it catches only on the balcony. 1 the pool in the courtyard is large, clean, the access by the steps is convenient, there are sun beds, there is enough space for everyone. There is a beer bar. Sometimes they ask you to remove what you brought to the pool (food, beer), but if you don't cover the clearing, you can safely drink your own. The slide is like a practical form of entertainment, whether someone gets hurt on it or not. Take risks or not, decide) 2 swimming pools in 1 building on the roof. It's quiet and peaceful, almost always empty, there are sun beds, but there's nowhere to hide from the sun. We arrived ahead of check-in time, our room was ready, we checked in right away. They took a deposit of 500 baht for 2 rooms and returned it without checking out. The reception staff does not speak Russian, but everyone uses an interpreter. In general, there were positive impressions about the hotel by Thai standards.
Nice hotel, convenient location in the center of everything nearby. Snow-white towels are changed every day, linen is changed every other day, or if there is a spot, they are changed immediately. Water bottle per person, tea and coffee.. napkins. The staff of the smart school comes at the first call. We had a room with a view of the wall of another hotel, but it was quiet. The deposit is 500 baht, refunded upon eviction. One of the disadvantages is a very hard mattress, as if you sleep on a piece of wood. The breakfasts are good, you won't stay hungry. There are 2 pools, we did not swim, it is better to go to the sea. There are Indians, and they hang out a lot around the pool. They are housed in a separate building, and they also have breakfast in a separate restaurant. We liked it.
We recently returned from this hotel. I liked it very much. You feel at home, clean and cozy.Beautiful rooms, constantly cleaned, the cleanest pools, a rooftop sauna with a swimming pool, good breakfasts, everything is nearby. We had a combo tour, first we rested in Bella, then at the Wei 5* hotel, to be honest, in the top five, although cooler (service and hotel), but I felt better in bella. Now only there. It's an 8min walk to the sea. They write that there are a lot of Hindus, but they don't bother anyone, on their own.Go ahead, you won't regret it)The biggest plus is that this is the center, everything is nearby. There are pools everywhere until 7 p.m., and here up to 9 at the bottom and up to 11 on the roof.
It's not a bad hotel. It is conveniently located in the very center. Close to shops, shopping malls, beach. The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them on the roof. The food is good and varied enough. However, there weren't enough fruits, apparently it wasn't the season. On the downside, you can hear what's going on in the rooms and on the floor. But it seems to me that this is a disadvantage of all Thai hotels.
Great hotel. Great location in the city center, but it's quiet! The breakfasts are excellent, the cleaning is done every day, the towels are changed every day and even the pastel linen is changed every day! It's just awesome for a threesome. There are a lot of Indians, but they are housed in a separate building and fed in a separate dining room (it's even a shame for them) They didn't bother us. The hotel has two washing machines and two tumble dryers, which is sooo convenient. I really liked the hotel, we will definitely come back here!
Great hotel.
The deposit is 500 baht, will be refunded upon eviction.
Positive:
A good three.
The room is huge, the air conditioner is working, but it blows directly on the bed, the balcony is large and clean, the towels are new.
It's not noisy nearby, there are no bars.
The room has a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, safe.
Shared laundry room with machines, for money, and a free iron. Washing 40 baht, drying 60 baht.
There is a coffee machine in the lobby, free 3in1 coffee.
They clean every day, change towels and bed.
Excellent breakfasts, plenty of food for every taste - vegetables, fruits, bread and pastries, cheese and sausage, meat (chicken, pork), soups, steamed vegetables, paddy, rice. There's even kimchi. Tea and coffee, juices. Everything is delicious, constantly replenished. The dining room is air-conditioned and very comfortable.
There are a lot of Indians, but the most important thing is that they have a separate dining room for breakfast.
The Wi-Fi works well.
The pool is one big one, inside the courtyard, there are a lot of people, there is a slide. And one on the roof of the hotel, there are almost no people there. There is a mini gym (tired). They say there is a sauna, but they did not find it.
It is a 5-minute walk to the Central Shopping center, 20 minutes to the terminal, and 30 minutes to walking Street. Nearby there are 7/11, makashnitsy, exchangers, several different markets, massages.
Minuses:
We lived in a room by the elevator. The sound of doors opening/closing was constantly beeping. From morning till night.
There are a lot of Hindus, they spend all their time at the pool, bathing in their clothes, looking untidy, spitting in the urine. In general, this is the only thing that was annoying, but not much. We didn't swim in the pool, we went for the sea and the beach. So it wasn't a problem for us at all. But it is unclear why the administration does not make comments.
An air conditioner that blows on the bed, you can't sleep with it at night at all.
Everything is normal. The majority of residents are Russian speakers, and about 20% are Indians. No collateral (deposit). Daily room cleaning and change of towels. A delicious and varied breakfast. Two beautiful pools, with stunning views for photos. The upper pool is open until 23.00. There is a small water slide in the "lower" pool. There is a mini steam room. There is a central medical hospital at the exit of the hotel (I often saw our countrymen with crutches there). 200 meters Festival Center (according to the old one), 350 meters Gulf of Thailand). Charming. a moderately restrained, hotel Guide from the Globus company.
The hotel on the firm 4
Great location.Excellent breakfast. We're just friends with the staff. They're smiling. They come at the first call. There are many Indians, not only in this hotel. They're everywhere. But I am glad that there are two halls for breakfast. One is for Indians, with their cuisine, the other is for Europeans.I've been to this hotel many times.I think it's been more than 10 times. We'll go again in January and stay there. It's a pity that for consistency, there are no bonuses. Two excellent pools, one downstairs, the other upstairs in the first building. I understand that Indians don't like the heat, and they're not up there. There is a bassline at the bottom, partially in shadow. There is a bar where you can order banana and pineapple smoothies for 80 baht.Delicious.Oasis even ordered lunch from the restaurant in the room. The prices are affordable, the menu is attached.(there is) Free water in the room, a paid bar in the room, which we put away in a bag from the refrigerator so that it does not take up space.Bed linen should be changed every three days, as it should be.Towels every day. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, cream. After the pandemic, microwaves appeared. There are two chairs on the balcony, there is no table, but we take one bedside table out onto the balcony. And we rest there in the evening, if we have time. There is not all day sun on the balcony, and sometimes there is shade. There are two Russian programs. For one reason, there are always movies that I haven't even seen. To the beach, take your time in 15 minutes. We are already too lazy to go to Kolan, and it suits us in the center. If you exit through the building you were approaching, upon check-in, you will find yourself on third Street.Turn right, and massage is cheaper there than anywhere else on the second floor, by 50 baht. There's a ready-to-eat market across the street.Lots of seafood.Without crossing the road, when you leave the hotel on third street, turn left 5 minutes seven and left, shop. It's a pity they closed the same one on the second street when you leave the hotel and go to the beach. There was, right across the street. As I said, the 4-star hotel is attractive. It used to be 4, but now it's like 3, although the price remains the same as the four........Three months have passed. On January 16, we went to the same hotel, which we visited more than 10 times.I corrected the rating of 5 to 3. They settled in the third building, the first one was paid. On the second day, we settled in with a fight, one company on the first and we on the second. Imagine how inconvenient this is. THE WHOLE TEAM CHANGED AT THE reception. He wasn't smiling anymore. One evening I asked for water and a pill, but they refused. They don't have it. I had to go to the second building for a sip of water. At the check-out, at the reception, one friend's suitcases were taken to nowhere. So we experienced stress, only the maid boy was pleased, in the second building, on the 5th floor.Always smiling, executive. The restaurant is a mess. This is the first time. There are few maintenance staff, they don't have time.Tables with dirty dishes. The chefs on the omelet have changed, it's impossible to eat. Not an omelet, but rubber. Where are you, our old chef friends?Complete disappointment. The hotel has switched to Indian service completely..The service was gone.It is unlikely that we will continue to visit him with this attitude. And we don't recommend it to others. We changed the coffee machine.Coffee has become worse than instant coffee. The cream soup, which was incomparable, became just like slop.Where did the old cooks go and who did you take in their place? You have people living here, not pigs.
Nice hotel, convenient location, excellent breakfasts and friendly staff. Inoods get in the way when they walk in droves. Very cool upper pool. I recommend this hotel to visit. If I can, I'll try to come back.
We stayed at this hotel. Nice rooms, clean, cozy courtyard with a swimming pool, delicious breakfasts, very close to the sea, many exchangers nearby, shopping center and cafe. The price for the tour was very surprising
My favorite hotel in Pattaya. In the city center, but very quiet at night. Excellent food, very varied. Two swimming pools, large rooms. Close to the sea and all shopping malls.
A great hotel for your money, wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts, very good lunch boxes if you go on an excursion. The mattress seemed a little harsh to me, and since we lived right next to the elevator in the second building, it was a little noisy at four in the morning, since guests come to the hotel with their friends at that time. Otherwise, it's fire.
A normal hotel with a good location in the center of Pattaya, a good variety of breakfasts, a change of towels every day, two bottles of water, coffee and tea bags in the room, air conditioning, kettle, microwave, safe, two swimming pools on site. The only drawback is poor noise insulation at night you can hear music from nearby night establishments.
Everything is fine, it corresponds to three stars. Near the beach, shopping malls, cafes with delicious ice cream, the popular Welkin Street. The Central hospital, exchangers and much more.
It was the first time. The rooms are clean and cozy. Each room has a microwave, kettle, refrigerator and dishes.
There is a shopping center and a market within walking distance. 15 min walk to the beach.
A great hotel in the center of Pattaya! They are cleaned every day, towels and linen are snow-white.The staff is polite and even try to speak Russian. The breakfasts are very rich in choice and delicious!!The pools are clean.I recommend. The Indians did not bother with the word at all)))
Nice hotel, located in the city center, 10 minutes to the sea. There are many different eateries and bars nearby. The hotel has a swimming pool. It's quiet in the evening.
We chose this hotel on the advice of relatives who came here three years ago, when it was 4*. But it turns out that in 2024 the owner of the hotel changed from a European to a Hindu. Now the Hotel doesn't even look like a 3*. The air conditioner blows directly on the bed. There is not even a cooler with water at the reception - during the day, from 10 to 15 o'clock, a titanium with a drink is exposed, by 15 o'clock it empties and sometimes earlier and there is nothing to drink more and more in the heat of 35 degrees. Wi-fi is only in the rooms, it does not catch at the reception. There is 1 bottle of water per person in the room-glass bottles, empty ones should be presented to the maid, only then you will receive other bottles of water for the next day. There are 80% of Indians in the hotel who sit in their clothes on the sun beds by the pool and look at Russian girls in swimsuits. For breakfast in the restaurant, there is 1 coffee machine for 100-200 people staying at the hotel. You have to spend 30-40 minutes in a queue during breakfast to drink coffee, the restaurant staff is slow - they do not monitor the timely replenishment of empty food containers. There is no shampoo in the bathroom, only liquid soap. You have to go to the reception to get a toothbrush and toothpaste. At night, there is a terrible noise in the hotel from Hindus who bring prostitutes to the hotel. The reception is not very friendly. The beach is quite far away, about 800 m. At the same time, you need to run across two roads - maneuver between cars and scooters - no one lets pedestrians through there. P.S. I do not recommend this hotel to those who love comfort. Hotel rating 2*
Hello!!! We Really Liked The Grand Bella Hotel, The Food Is Delicious, the choice is Great, you will not be hungry for a variety of drinks, tea, coffee, juices, milk, cocoa. The cakes are varied, and there are also a lot of delicious things for Children. Two pools, one on the roof. THERE's EVEN A SLIDE. We really liked it. We thank the Hotel Staff for the cleanliness of the rooms and much more!!!
In order to spend the night and have breakfast, the hotel is above all praise! Clean, cozy! The bed is changed every day, which is not always necessary, but it is pleasant. Very polite staff!
The hotel is very nice. The breakfasts are delicious, varied, chicken/pork meat, fish. Rice, pasta, potatoes, other vegetables. Different pastries, cheese, ham. Vegetables and fruits. There are washing machines and an iron.
The location of the hotel is very good. Of the disadvantages, only wi-fi (in the evening) and crowds of Hindus. We were at the hotel twice, in season they move out of a separate building, in off-season there are a lot of them and they are settled everywhere. They are noisy, drinking, smoking something and driving girls off the street. It's just unbearable at night, the noise is all over the floor. So it is at the pool of Nizhny Novgorod. They are most annoying when they approach children and try to communicate with them.
Overall, the hotel is good. Therefore, decide for yourself whether to go or not.
A normal hotel. Of course, there are nuances in the form of a large number of Indians, otherwise everything is fine. Special thanks for the clean bed linen and towels!
The rooms are clean, towels were changed daily, and the breakfast is delicious. There are many Hindus.Located next to Memorial Hospital. There are many shops, massage parlors, and currency exchangers nearby. The rest was a success
A wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day. There is air conditioning, hairdryer, dishes. The location is very good, in the center, but in a quiet place.
This is a great hotel, I stayed there in February 2024! Everything is fine, the room is cleaned, very clean and comfortable, linen is changed every day,
there are 2 swimming pools on the territory, one on the roof of the building, one below, 10 minutes walk to the sea, shops, cafes are all within walking distance, for every taste and budget, 10-15 minutes walk to the market, there is also a night the market is also 15 minutes away on foot, the food is excellent at the hotel, the breakfasts
are excellent, meat every day, chicken, pork, beef, I would put 10 if it were possible, come and see for yourself
A great hotel for little money. Take rooms with pool views. Good breakfasts. The Indians are fed separately. The Wi-Fi is bad and the bed is very hard.
Super, the Indians behave with dignity, and who says, I read that they make noise, girls, etc., damn, you guys need 5 stars. The cleaning is great every day, the staff is always smiling-Great.All issues are resolved promptly, but if you are not reliable, you do not need to hang up, I am from Khabarovsk, by my standards a solid 4.
We stayed at the hotel in February 2024. A very nice hotel in the heart of the city. The breakfasts are varied, the hotel is clean, cleaned every day. We lived in the 2nd building, on the 7th floor overlooking the pool, in the same building there is a "coffee corner" on the ground floor. Great location, beach, Festival, shops, markets, everything is nearby. There are really a lot of Indians, but they did not bother us. For those who like to stay in the center - the best option! I recommend.
We visited in July 2024.The hotel is clean, convenient location. We were pleased with the breakfasts. The whole impression is spoiled by the huge number of Indians, who have never been able to swim in the lower pool because of their gatherings. At night, there are screams of moths on the floor.I was with the girls, aged 14 and 16, and I thought they'd eat me with their eyes. The girls were already afraid to walk around the hotel.
Cool hotel! In the room often, the furniture is not old. A variety of breakfasts. Pleasant and helpful staff. There is a gym, sauna and 2 swimming pools. There were also ndus-guests, which is often written about in reviews. But they didn't bother us. They looked at each other as if they were aliens. They're on us, we're on them. We took pictures with each other for memory. Ordinary people, only with a different culture.
Very poorly cleaned, only the bed linen was changed! The breakfasts are meager, there is no variety and no choice either!! They didn't give me a lunch box before we left, so I don't recommend it. And yet - there are just a lot of Hindus! You can't get to the pool because of them, the pool on the roof is terrible with broken stairs. Never set foot there again
The hotel is super!! we had a rest in 2019 from November 27 for 14 days, the breakfasts are delicious, varied, there is always a lot of fruit, which is very important for us! We had parents with us, for the first time abroad and I wanted them to like everything and we succeeded! Near the shopping center where you can have a delicious and inexpensive lunch, dinner! I liked the central beach very much, clean! I advise everyone! The rooms are clean, spacious, the staff is all friendly!
Five , but 1 point in debt with the hope that the hotel will be washed . To be honest, the location is great, the food is fine, the pool is on the 8th floor plus a sauna.
A solid three-piece with a good location and hard mattresses. Among the advantages are delicious breakfasts and a nice sauna by the pool on the eighth floor.
It's not a bad hotel, with a good location. There are delicious breakfasts, a gym and a swimming pool (the description says that there are 2 pools, one of which is located on the roof, but unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed, and there were always a lot of Indians in the main pool)
Nice hotel. Convenient location. Breakfast with a wide selection of dishes. I recommend.

Very good price-quality ratio. Clean and tidy, for 20 baht a day they will clean you even better. Good breakfast, the hotel is located in the heart of Patai. There is a large swimming pool for those who do not want to go to the basik near the marina and ferry to the islands.
the staff is not very friendly. The rooms at the hotel leave much to be desired. There are many Hindus who bring women from the street to their place every day and they swim in the pool together
A normal hotel for my needs in Pattaya, good location, close to the central festival and food markets, large and bright rooms in the hotel, everything is fine
Convenient location, near all shopping centers, pier, although the center, but the nightlife is not heard in the hotel. Excellent breakfasts, 2 swimming pools (one on the roof), sauna, very helpful staff. There are many Indians, there is a children's playroom, but the hotel is not for families with young children. I definitely recommend it to those who love the center of Pattaya.
Nice cool hotel, timely cleaning. the pool is on the roof and downstairs. There is also a sauna on the roof. very convenient location nearby there are Sevan and Leven and the festival shopping center 5 minutes walk to the beach 7-8 minutes walk
If you are not confused by the large number of Hindus, then here! The rooftop pool is free of Indians, it's open until 23, you won't stay hungry for breakfast, the location is good!
The hotel is very dirty ((( not to mention the room. The rooms are very clean, the cleaning is excellent, a great TV with smart TV)) pools dirty people bathe in what((( a lot of Hindus who ((
The room is cleaned every day. They change the towel. Soap is new every day, sticks, ear caps. The breakfast is good. The pool on the 8th floor is clean. I can't hear the neighbors
Four years ago, everything was fine. At the bottom there is a pool in which Indians swim, and on the 8th floor there is another pool with a gazebo, open until 24.00. Convenient location, great breakfasts, you can order Russian dishes at the bar if you miss your Homeland. In February, we were in the neighborhood, the hotel is much worse.
Excellent hotel almost in the center of Pattaya, good food, large pools.

A good hotel for your money. Location in the heart of Pattaya. There is a private parking lot, a rooftop pool for Russians. The breakfasts are excellent, the menu is varied.
