A clean and friendly hotel, but God forbid you to settle in a complex where the Indians... Although they are a calm race, they come to Tai to get away from the strict laws at home, booze and mink are everywhere, and here our gypsies nervously smoke on the sidelines))) There's even a separate restaurant for them.
Don't go into the lower pool, they swim with the Chinese in their dirty underwear, although the staff pulls them out, but it's too late.
Behind the bodice receptionist, go up to the roof to the cozy pool for the palefaces.
The hotel deserves 4 stars. Clean, cozy, with good breakfasts, a large swimming pool and a view from the balcony. Location in the very center, 5min doTZ Festival, 8 min to the sea. We had a rest in February 2017 and left good impressions, I will definitely come back here, I recommend it.

The hotel is not very large, three buildings of 5 floors each. The pool is located between the buildings and on the roof of one of the buildings. The upper pool is small, with lighting, but there is almost no panoramic view from it, on one side there are sun beds and a recreation area, on the other there is a dirty plastic wall. When booking a room, if you do not want noise, ask that the windows do not overlook the lower pool. The breakfasts are not bad, the buffet, plus egg dishes are prepared with you (scrambled eggs, omelette and roll with vegetables), but everything that is served is slightly warm. The restaurant has a powerful air conditioner and it used to be cold when you had breakfast. The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day too. Our room had a safe, refrigerator, hair dryer, umbrella, 10-12 hangers, but there is no closet as such, only a crossbar. Every day, 2 glass 0.5 liter bottles of water were brought for free, the container must be left, otherwise money is charged for it. The hotel has a laundry and ironing room, there is a dry cleaning service, at the reception you can buy one-time powder and air conditioning, and tokens for a washing machine and dryer. We were lucky, the hotel was half empty, there were no Chinese and Indians, but when our son was there, it was impossible to approach the lower pool, there were so many Indians, with their very strange concept of hygiene and cleanliness.
Excellent hotel, spacious 1-bed room, 2 swimming pools. The breakfasts are delicious. It's noisy by the pool because of the many Indians. Location in the city center, 7 minutes walk to the beach, near the market and the Festival shopping center.
I liked the hotel, clean, large pool with slide, on the roof there is a small pool only for Russians, near the central festival, tuktuki.

I really liked it!
Move into the 1st building, there is a swimming pool on the 8th floor! Access by magnetic room keys.
The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The Festival Mall is even closer.
Everything would be nice and clean, and the location is wonderful, if not for the huge number of idus who arrive daily by bus to the neighboring building and graze by the pool in droves, eat, drink, diving right into T-shirts and underpants in vodka, spreading the aromas of essential oils and specific perfume through the water and in the air, ride with wild delight from a children's slide with splashes
