The smell of sewage in the rooms. If there is a kettle and cups in the room, you need to buy spoons from the receptionist for 20 kopecks. Lack of opportunity to have breakfast. There is a restaurant that is rented out for festive events. We were lucky enough to listen to loud music and drunken screams under the window until half past midnight.

It's cold, there's no hot water, the service is on the 3rd, for such prices to issue such rooms. In the morning, the batteries are turned off, I attach a photo in the weather -7, believe me, it's not hot at all!!! Take some measures with heating and water, it's colder in the toilet than in the room!!

The hotel is quite a place. The toilet and shower are combined and the only ones on the floor (I do not count the suites). The audibility from the banquet hall is decent. Somehow we got to two weddings at the same time - we hardly slept.
But the restaurant is good, quite cheap and with good cuisine. In summer, it is pleasant to eat in the gazebos by the pond.

The kitchen leaves much to be desired, and the staff in general seems to only dream of a decent uniform. They are dressed like in a rural bar, not in an institution that calls itself a restaurant. We celebrated a corporate party, never set foot here again.
