The cooking is just disgusting , besides it takes a very long time . They forget to report something to the order, they have to ask it forever! UNREASONABLY EXPENSIVE! THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING!!! If you ask for a takeaway, you get a hot meal in a plastic melted dish! In general , avoid it if it 's important to you what you eat 🙏
In the photo, the so-called Julienne, there is only over-salted ham and a terrible stench from mayonnaise, the husband has not mastered it 😒

The smell of sewage in the rooms. If there is a kettle and cups in the room, you need to buy spoons from the receptionist for 20 kopecks. Lack of opportunity to have breakfast. There is a restaurant that is rented out for festive events. We were lucky enough to listen to loud music and drunken screams under the window until half past midnight.

It's cold, there's no hot water, the service is on the 3rd, for such prices to issue such rooms. In the morning, the batteries are turned off, I attach a photo in the weather -7, believe me, it's not hot at all!!! Take some measures with heating and water, it's colder in the toilet than in the room!!
