I ordered the soup of the day - at that time it was still an Ear, because over time it became something else.
I want to ask you and your waiters to keep an eye on what they serve to the customers. They brought me an ear of such a temperature that I burned my lips to blisters. The soup naturally steamed for another 10-15 minutes.
When dishes are brought to me in an institution, I do not expect that they will be served to me in such a temperature regime that will lead to burns of the oral cavity, it's just a wild horror.

I was at the institution during a business lunch and, of course, ordered it at a cost of 15p two dishes, includes a salad to choose from and a hot one to choose from. Also hot drinks at a good price. Tea 2p. Everything is very tasty, beautiful, clean, the waiter is super-mega polite, knows his job 100%!

The black eggs were brought… We also ordered an omelet with spinach and salmon and cheesecakes. The omelet is terrible, but in principle it is difficult to call it an omelet. A twisted overcooked, greasy egg pancake. Cheesecakes/ not cheesecakes. Some kind of sticky fried substance in the form of cheesecakes filled with jam. In general, breakfast is a complete failure…

I would have known about him earlier, I would have walked all the time.
I work in the Green myself and on 08.06. I just stopped by to buy coffee. As a result, I came out with a delicious lunch and was satisfied.
I liked the beautiful girl who works in a cafe the most :) She consulted me, told me about the menu and lunches. I really lifted my spirits. Thank you.
The guys who cooked were pleased with the efficiency.

It all depends on the waiter and the cook. I do not know if they have one cook or another, but the cooking of the dish may be different. One day everything is fine, the other is just terrible. The same can be said about the waiters, if you are in a bad mood and have personal problems, then you do not need to take them out on the visitors. If you have run out or do not have a dish (drink), then you can inform about it in advance or apologize and immediately bring an alternative.

The proximity of the sofa backs to other guests of this institution is not very comfortable (as almost everywhere) for tall people to be at tables (my height is about 195cm). Nice waiters, they look neat. And I was a little upset by the espresso service in the institution, for a double espresso they brought me a shot of water, it's about 50ml. Coffee causes dehydration and it is not always possible to get by with a glass of water in 300ml.
And perhaps I would like to correct the grinding of the coffee, because it was slightly burnt (I am a barista with almost 3 years of experience).
But in general, I would visit this institution again.

It's not the first time I've been to this place and today will be the last. There are no complaints about the quality of food /drinks - everything is fine. Big questions about the service. Absolutely not caring attitude, not for the first time. I wanted to order dessert and asked the waitress what was available (in the window). To which she told me that I could get up and come and see for myself! And after we asked for the bill, we waited for it to be delivered for about 15 minutes! I have never seen such a "service" as in Golden Coffee in Green City in any restaurant of this chain!

The quality of the dishes is 4.5/10 (objectively)
Regarding the payment of the order: it is worth taking with you all the money that you have (cash, $, €, cards from different banks) because NOTHING works for these guys.
Waiting for the calculation (approx.) 20 MINUTES!
What are you guys doing? Go to the dining room and work with such a "service"!
It's time for the management to change something so as not to completely fall into the dirt..
