Everything is perfect. Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, grill, coffee maker, cocktail mixer, toaster, kettle, etc. Swimming pool, outdoor shower, shower in one room, bathtub in another. Air conditioning in all rooms. The TVs are big in the hall and small in the rooms and so on. Full of minced meat.

The hotel is very cool! It's the perfect place for families with children! The food is always varied, there is always red fish, cheeses and olives, delicious fruits, etc. Cleaning every day , Russian-speaking staff at the reception . Of course, it's a long way from the center, you can't walk - but there is a bus stop next to the hotel, one bus runs from it every half hour through the center of Protaras to Larnaca. And then we took a car (the hotel has free underground parking) and rode in all directions of the island. And the only negative ! Perhaps those who have not traveled outside the hotel will not notice it, but for me personally it was)) the hotel does not have white sand and therefore the sea is not at all azure in color, as on neighboring beaches) this is certainly not critical, but when you see the snow-white fine sand and the transparent blue sea, it will be love)) After such a beach, I did not swim at our hotel anymore)) And by the way! I don't know how in another period - our whole vacation of 7 days in the bay at the hotel was constantly crying a huge turtle!) When I saw the huge head on the surface of the water for the first time, I was shocked!! And then it became interesting, and people came with a mask and cameras dived and took it off)) It turned out that she is seen here every day) Cool!)

All in all, it's not bad. A small number of people were pleased (because the pandemic was still ongoing). The hotel is not new, but everything is clean. The beach is good for kids (in the cove), but sometimes it brought algae and the water was dirty. We are still not very pleased with the boats that "spend the night" in this bay. There are no complaints about nutrition, no special excesses, we did not go hungry. Very tasty ice cream!!!

We had a family vacation in this wonderful hotel, everything was very cool, a wonderful place, we took a room with a sea view, I recommend everyone to do exactly that, the view is wonderful, the animation is fun, both for children and adults, the food is normal, there is always something delicious, we rested with a bang!)

We rest for the fifth day at the hotel.June 8th.Animation fire!everything is for children!Special thanks to Lisa and Marina, every day the five-year-old daughter comes from the children's club with a new craft, she is in a hurry to attend the evening children's show, she is afraid to miss it.The food is excellent, not every Turkish five has this, there are no borscht, but even without them there is something to choose.The renovation on the beach is finished.The beach is for children, but there is also a place for adults to swim, stunning views.The rooms are normal, not killed.In my opinion, they clean well.The only disadvantage for us is the wind, not strong, but when you leave the sea it is not pleasant.

The three of us had a rest. A very nice hotel."4". The rooms are clean. The food is very decent. We were there from May 16th to May 27th.There were still a few people, there were enough sun beds. The entrance to the sea is sandy, gently sloping (excellent for children) The renovation of the embankment did not bother us. The staff was always helpful. And I recommend going to the restaurant in the hotel (paid). It will be a bit boring for young people. The hotel is suitable for families with children and older people.

I really liked the hotel. At first glance, the furniture in the restaurant did not seem expensive and the impression was slightly spoiled, but the food is very tasty and varied! Therefore, this disadvantage quickly became unnoticeable. The rooms are clean, the furniture is not new or shabby, the bed is clean, cleaning every day. There is animation for children, in the evening there are programs (different shows, concerts for different nationalities) the pool is large, there is a children's pool with a slide. There are plenty of sun beds for everyone. And the most important thing is the magical sea. The advantage of the location of the hotel is that it is located in a bay, it is cool with children, there is always a quiet and warm calm sea, and behind the Pier there is an open sea for those who like to dive with masks. Turtles live in the bay! We saw 3 pieces, one large and two smaller. There are a lot of crabs, sea urchins and various fish behind the Pier. Very interesting! Rest for 5! We will also go to this hotel. Thank you very much!

A normal hotel, for 4 people, good cuisine, rooms are old but clean, the staff is friendly, Russian-speaking. In the evenings, live music, vocals in Russian as well.During the day, children's animation, yoga, yoga, aqua aerobics.In Cyprus, this is generally a rarity in hotels!There is a water slide.At lunch, there are huge portions of burgers and haloumis by the pool.A gentle approach to the sea, but construction work was upset at the beginning of the season.And so, I recommend it!!

The rooms are tired, but still this is not the main thing when the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea is nearby. The bay has the warmest water without waves and other debris, a couple of turtles are swimming. The food is not very diverse, but delicious and you can always find something to eat. There is a small shop nearby, a la souvenirs for the motherland. The center of Protaras can be reached by bus in 15 minutes.

We are currently at the hotel... the room has a sea view, the furniture is old, the cleaning is good. The view from the window is beautiful, but it's very noisy, in the morning at 6 a.m. the excavators start rattling, they make the embankment, in the evening the animation screams.. the food in the hotel is bad, because there were Turkish twos, that's probably the same. 80% of the family with children, including us, the child is 5 years old. There is nothing to feed the child at all, there is no diet table.Galina Blanca soup broth and next to it are pasta, almost raw carrots and diced meat.make your own mess.children are fed nuggets and French fries.the pasta is empty, the puree was 1 time in 10 days.We brought our child porridges, which we use to save ourselves. A sweet table is just a horror, chefs should be sent to Turkey for courses.there are few fruits - apples, pears, peaches, sometimes bananas and grapes. The staff is unfriendly.. At the pool bar, you stand like you're begging for a bottle of water.They look at you as an enemy of the people. There are few sun beds, it is necessary to occupy them at 6 am. One plus is the sea.It is here for children, warm, wave-free and shallow. We didn't find any more advantages.

Hello. A very nice hotel. The location is great, 2 minutes to the sea. A clean beach. Very nice and cozy rooms, high-quality cleaning. A large selection of food, everything is always fresh and different. And there is soulful, live music at the dinner. Staff: cheerful and wonderful people. I want to pay special attention to animation. Different programs from morning to evening are interesting for children and adults. We arrived at the hotel on 05/08/21.
Everything is closed everywhere. Pandemic.
But the hotel has its own life.
We were settled in a room facing the backyard of the kitchen-dining room. As a result, dishes are rattled around the clock, garbage is thrown into a container under the windows, trucks come and go constantly. In short, there is constant movement under the windows (we have the 1st floor, room 131). You can hear all this movement even with the windows closed.
My request to replace the room with a more normal one, with a view to the other side, was refused. Despite the fact that the hotel is now (according to covid rules) populated by no more than 50%.
I was offered the option of moving to another room, on the terms of an additional payment of 24 Euros per person per day!!!
Further more! When I asked if there are any rooms of this type with a view to the other side, the manager Anna replied - there are, but they were reserved in case of arrival of locals. It is clear that the locals will not settle with a view of the garbage and the backyard.
They offered me 2 rooms, overlooking the same backyard, or a road intersection, with constant noise.
I refused.
I highly recommend this hotel, because of the "customer orientation" of the staff!!!

I liked the location, a little away from the "anthill" of hotels and, accordingly, a more free beach.
The furniture and appliances are in good condition, pleasant to use.
There are Russian-speaking staff, which greatly facilitates communication.
There is a bus stop nearby, you can easily get to the most popular places.
Every evening there is a small children's program and an evening show.
There are contests by the pool in the afternoon.
The food is delicious, there is always plenty to choose from. I would especially like to note that meat is perfectly cooked.
Of the disadvantages, there are probably not enough sun beds, but this can be understood - the territory is not endless.
But, by the way, no matter what time they came, there was always at least 1 free.
In general, I liked everything!

Excellent hotel, good location on the first line. The beach is fenced with breakwaters, you can swim with children. The beach near the sea is municipal and paid, but the hotel's sun beds are almost right next to the shore. The food is excellent, the territory is large, good animation, polite and Russian-speaking staff. No shortcomings have been identified. In my opinion, one of the best hotels in Prataros.

There is no sign of underwear. The view of Sea View is beautiful.
Apart from the main restaurant, nothing else worked, although there are beautiful hotel Cafes in front of the beach, but they did not work, the embankment is being built, tractors drive along the beach, dust noise and other joys of construction.
The staff is unhappy, you will not wait for smiles, as well as ordered drinks, if this is not the first time, the wine from the boxes tastes extremely unnecessary, some cocktails are ok. The food is basically normal, but in a week such monotony starts to drive you crazy.
Animation of 2 people, they apparently have no budget completely, since the ping-pong tournament was held with rackets gnawed to a tree. In the afternoon, children will be given coloring books to draw, In the evening there is a mini disco, there is not even water polo for adults. Evening animation - it's easier to say that there is none, they can set up karaoke for an hour and sing for half an hour) by the way, noise insulation is almost zero, so until the music outside subsides, it will not be easy to fall asleep..
in general, those who are used to Soviet boarding houses here will seem generally good, compared with the prices for resorts in the Krasnodar Territory, probably too, but there are extremely many places in Cyprus that are better than this hotel..
