They were responsive and recruited the head of the joint venture. And here was a surprise ... This head CONVEYED that pizzas are made before 19.00, and refused to communicate further personally. All I wanted to say then was that it would be good to put up some kind of sign with information about the nuances of the department's working hours. Now I want to say what is the attitude towards people... Well, it's just piggishness, because of which you don't want to return to this store for anything anymore. The subordinates of this would-be manager can only sympathize, we can only guess how he behaves with them if he allows himself such an approach to clients. Hang in there, guys... or maybe you shouldn't hold on. They will buy good pizza everywhere!
The store seems to be located in a convenient location, very close to the subway and on the way from work you could go for groceries, BUT this store has a huge problem with fresh bread. There's not much that sellers don't know about the assortment, and the price tags don't match the names, but there's also bread that can be used to hammer nails (own production). Pack in foil / bags, it will probably help at least partially solve these problems.
In this Hippo, our own production (ready meals) is frankly lame. Once I took a liver cake, and there was no smell of liver, there really was a porridge with vegetables. 02/05/25 I bought a herring under my fur coat, at home I smelled everything awesome - the herring stank of rotten meat. I took her back to return it, and the receptionist told me that in her opinion it was such a herring ambassador. I offered her to eat it, but she refused. After I offered to take the salad down the street to the sanitation station, she did me a favor and agreed to a refund. Lazy cabbage rolls were bought along with the fur coat, while I was driving, the child ate alone, and when I returned, I ate alone, after which I forced the child to eat activated charcoal. They have a frankly incomprehensible taste this time.
In addition, a hair about twenty centimeters long was taken out of one of them.
As long as the store is open, and pizza has not been bought once, we arrive around 20. In the evenings, there is often one seller for fresh meat and for their own production.

We've been waiting a long time for the supermarket to open. The result is one disappointment. There is little room in Hippo. When a lot of people with carts can't get through. A small selection of products. Sometimes you don't have what you wanted and have to go to another store. Refrigerators with doors. This is generally a big minus. You have to wait for another person to take the product or you yourself are interfering with someone, in meat and milk. You still can't get in touch, you can't even call or go online. It's good that it works at least until 2 a.m.

The choice of products is the same as in all Hippos. But to buy cooking or meat, you need to complete a whole quest. There is an announcement on each department that everyone has one queue.. It is not clear where it begins. You stand in one department, they still serve you from another, you stand in another, they serve you from the first. I've lost time several times, and I'm sure someone will be served without waiting in line. Bad, very bad. I don't recommend it.
It was 12 o'clock at night, and it was the only decent working store. I walked for up to an hour, selected goods, and then it came to payment. It turned out that it was impossible for them to pay with a card at that time (they referred to a failure of communication with the bank). Okay, this is life, anything can happen. but!!! This can and should be warned in advance! I don't carry cash from the word at all, and for me, paying by card is a key moment. I wasted an hour and left with nothing. There were a lot of people on the first day after the opening. Among the advantages: the only store in the area that is open after 23:00 and until 02:00. Of the minuses: the store's area is quite small: for such a passability, it was clearly necessary to build more.

The assortment is meager, there were only 2 ticket offices, the queues were terrible even at self-service ticket offices. The mobile connection does not catch. The family behind me in the queue said they wouldn't come here anymore, so I probably won't go either.
In the finished products department, I took the cheesecakes by weight (2 pieces). When I came home, I saw on the label that these were not cheesecakes, but capelin, undivided. I didn't immediately pay attention to the receipt either.
I don't know if it was done by accident or on purpose... I was unpleasantly surprised... Be careful!

There are constant queues, self-service ticket offices are still not working, there is no connection, a small store, not tasty food relative to other Hippos

It would not hurt to put some kind of bell in the baking department, because employees are never in place, you need to run after someone to ask to buy a cake. And in general, the assortment is inferior to other stores in the chain.
The only advantages are probably the lack of reasonable competition and convenient location.
