Self-service cash desks have recently been installed and the problem has become less acute. They can cheat at the ticket offices. I caught cashiers several times that extra goods might appear in the receipt with a large number of goods. Price tags need to be rechecked, as store employees do not remove outdated price tags. There are no costumers in the departments. It can be difficult to find a product, but there is no one to ask. There were cases of rudeness among cashiers, as it turned out, cashiers on a subcontract have the right to be rude with impunity. I wrote complaints to the book twice, both times the answers came without apologies in such a way that we were also to blame. The loyalty card is valid only once a month and only if there are purchases in the previous month. In general, we go to this store very rarely.
A very good shopping center and a hippo grocery store, one disadvantage is that there are long queues and there is not always a price tag. In the morning, all the cells are already closed, although there are 3 people in the store, they are not working properly, and they do not want to fix the problem. The store is really good, but the cash registers for up to five products are simply killed by the presence of a boorish attitude of the staff.

The advantages are that you can buy groceries, the choice is good. Cons, I do not advise you to appear here after 16 ... because there are crazy queues at the ticket offices. Not all cash desks are involved, you have to stand in a huge queue, including at self-service cash desks. I also think this is due to the fact that after work, the entire staff of the wheeled tractor plant comes here for food. The street parking is clogged, most likely by the factory staff, so you won't find a parking place on the street at all, but there is an underground one, 3 hours for free. Therefore, I will keep this point in mind...and everyone who reads this review too
A well-designed and spacious shopping center with a 24-hour grocery hypermarket. Good location. A good range of products. There is also entertainment. Probably one of the most convenient underground parking lots.
In general, everything is normal, the employees are friendly, the assortment is good, but periodically there are raids for those who smoke next to ashtrays on the street. Pay attention, they hung a new forbidding sign at the main entrance, maybe somewhere else... and one permissive in the "backyard". It's a sadness, it's not visible out of habit.
The advantages are that there is a children's center on top, you can leave the child and go to the Hippo. Really, this Hippo has everything and the prices are lower, but oh! In search of certain types of rolls, I called many stores. They were found in this, according to the assurances of the information center, in large quantities. Arriving from the other side of the city, I did not find the necessary rolls. Sellers shrug their hands and could not answer whether they were available at all.

I went with a store employee to the department where there was a different price on the price tag, she took a picture of this price tag, but refused to punch at this price. I would have given up on it, sometimes they didn't change the price tag, nothing like that. But since I was initially cheated 3 times, I became fundamentally.
At the counter, the employee began to claim that there was no other price tag, but she photographed it in front of me! I reminded her about the photo and she defiantly, showing the screen, deleted the photos. I said that I would go take a picture myself, to which she snatched out her phone and told someone to urgently remove this price tag. When I got to the department, there was no price tag at all.
As a result, he described the whole situation in a book of complaints and suggestions, but later he constantly met this arrogant woman at his workplace.

As always, on Sundays, after hard work in the village, I go there to "quickly" buy something to eat for the evening. However, in reality, "fast" stretches for at least 40 minutes, and all because of the "efficient staff".
Today, buying a salad cost me 30 minutes of useless standing in line while a female staffer tried to serve 4 people in front of me as slowly as possible. During this time, she: almost crushed the sushi, which she almost fell on; dropped a roll of bags on the same sushi, which had previously rolled around the dirty counter collecting all the dirt and germs. She did not take it out, but simply continued to slowly weigh the salads as well.
I can't even guess which way the management is looking, but at this rate you will scare away those remaining customers who are still ready, or for some reason have to endure such an attitude from the store staff. Think about it!

Prices in hippo are the highest compared to similar stores. There are always some errors and cancellations at the ticket offices.

There is false information on the site, you place an order, pay, and then it turns out that the product is out of stock, three out of five positions. Cons - prices are too high. The service is slow, especially at the ticket offices! We recently stood for 12 minutes, although there were only 3 people. The cashiers are barely moving, the administrators are not in a hurry to the cashiers. It was very frustrating!

The first case, a couple of days ago (04/01/24), the meat department, packaged chicken thighs "Ganna", the price discrepancy on the product and in the receipt, I "let go" of this case, I think anything happens, people make mistakes.
But today (04.04.24) I couldn't stand it. How is this even acceptable, packaged minced meat of our own production, the discrepancy between the price on the package and the price in the receipt, the difference is more than 40% up (in the receipt, see photo). And do not even try to attribute a revaluation of the product here (see post. 713) or "the product was on the stock", as the sellers tried to explain to me the possible reason for the situation.
Sorry, this is not just disrespecting your own customers, it already sounds like an insult.
However, the store employees and the shift supervisor returned the difference, and from their own pocket, of course, thanks for that. But the question is, how was such a situation allowed, where is the administration looking?!
And apparently you don't listen to your customers' reviews, but only unsubscribe (read my reviews and photos, etc.)
In general, I am waiting for the response of the administration here (not the reviewer), in the near future, about the causes of the incident and the measures taken. Otherwise, the application is in March!
This difference may not play a role for me, but it's a shame for people ... it's a matter of principle.

Despite the light indicators, you do not always notice in time that the cash register is free, or if it turns out that there is only a card payment, there is a fuss at the entrance to the cash register area. It seems to me that the arrangement "in a row" would be more convenient.
3. The third point is fruits and vegetables. Sometimes even at a simple cash register, the cashier has a question about which apples they took, and so far you've walked around the store and simply forgot. Or, following the example of the department, where frozen vegetables are numbered (when I usually come to the checkout with vegetables, I remember not the cost and not the name of the vegetable mixture, but the number under which they were)

"Black Fridays" - a lot of people, long queues, aisles are filled with pallets of promotional goods. Many turn around and leave for other stores.
"Glove bag" is used, for example, to put potatoes in a simple bag, a very inconvenient and annoying thing (it falls off your hand when you need to reach out for such goods many times, for example, potatoes, onions, carrots). Return the standard "disposable Gloves", they are much more convenient.
A "dry bag" is a phenomenon that manifested itself in full during the COVID-19 pandemic, this is when, having taken a packing bag, the buyer cannot open it. In normal times, you could just wet your finger on your tongue, but now it seems like an absolutely unacceptable option. It would be very useful to solve this problem in some way.
"Confusion with prices" - the absence or presence of an incorrect price tag. The problem is less common in this store, but there are still cases. It is especially annoying when this happens in the vegetable department, because let's say you can't lean an apple against a barcode scanner and ask no one.
The delivery is disgusting. I made an order for 61 rubles, brought products for only 35 rubles. Not only is the online selection very small, but not everything was brought. Don't they have sausage products in delivery?! I've been waiting for a refund for a week, they don't pick up the phone. I will not do any more online delivery in this store. I will order products online from other hypermarkets. It would be possible to put not a single star for the delivery - I would.
