However, on the other hand, it was not possible to avoid the typical problems for hypermarkets – queues at the checkout, especially during rush hours, and not always friendly staff. Prices, in my opinion, are somewhat too high compared to competitors, although promotional offers can sometimes be profitable.
One of the pleasant surprises is the presence of an electronic queue in the meat department. This is really convenient and allows you to avoid crowding and disputes over the right to be served first. In general, "Hippo" is a good option for shopping, but without any outstanding features. You can recommend it for a visit, but don't expect anything supernatural.
There is a large selection of products, but their placement is not very convenient. That's how I saw Aqualor products in the household chemicals section. You'd never guess to look for her there. It is not always possible to find the right price tag for the product. Fortunately, there is a scanner, but you don't run into it. There are very few cashiers and often not all cashiers are open. During rush hours, queues reach more than 10 people at the checkout. Experts can be rude and unfriendly. This can be seen more often in the information center, the department of tobacco products, and ready-made meat products sold by weight. In the department of ready-made meat products sold by weight, products can be stored outside the refrigerated display case (stored either on it, packaged in food film, with a price tag pasted on, or on its shelf, on a tray). She can lie there for hours and no one cares. The store denies everything, of course. At the same time, at temperatures above 6 degrees, these products become a source of poisoning.
A very good shopping center and a hippo grocery store, one disadvantage is that there are long queues and there is not always a price tag. In the morning, all the cells are already closed, although there are 3 people in the store, they are not working properly, and they do not want to fix the problem. I bought headphones for 3 days, although the warranty is 1 year, this question was clarified at the information center that they do not work well, and the staff said it was fine, the result was enough for a couple of days
It is very pleasant that it works around the clock, helps out, because there are no such shops nearby anymore. However, 5 stars only for this, because the employee at the self-service ticket offices at night apparently decided that looking at the customer with pronounced contempt and grimacing is a permissible thing. The choice is not bad, all categories of goods are represented, there are many ticket offices, but half of them are constantly closed, so there are huge queues at Hippo during rush hours. Self-service cash desks have recently been installed and the problem has become less acute. They can cheat at the ticket offices. I caught cashiers several times that extra goods might appear in the receipt with a large number of goods. Price tags need to be rechecked, as store employees do not remove outdated price tags. There are no costumers in the departments. It can be difficult to find a product, but there is no one to ask. There were cases of rudeness among cashiers, as it turned out, cashiers on a subcontract have the right to be rude with impunity. I wrote complaints to the book twice, both times the answers came without apologies in such a way that we were also to blame. The loyalty card is valid only once a month and only if there are purchases in the previous month. In general, we go to this store very rarely.
A good assortment of products allows you to choose different products of the same type. For example, marshmallows from different manufacturers.
There are queues, but they are not as long as they could be, thanks to the staff.(There are exceptions, as in all stores in principle).

1 There are new packages at the checkout. They are beautiful and very pleasant. At the same time, they smell terrible. The smell that filled the entire interior of the car and stayed on my hands. It's very strange and unpleasant.
2 It feels like vegetables and fruits have become worse in quality lately. It's better in the stores of the 2 main competitive chains, although it used to be the other way around (to my taste).

During this time, she: almost crushed the sushi, which she almost fell on; dropped a roll of bags on the same sushi, which had previously rolled around the dirty counter collecting all the dirt and germs. She did not take it out, but simply continued to slowly weigh the salads as well.
I can't even guess which way the management is looking, but at this rate you will scare away those remaining customers who are still ready, or for some reason have to endure such an attitude from the store staff. Think about it!

Self-service cash desks have been installed in such a way that it is impossible to miss the trolleys, the sellers at the checkout do not respond to requests for help, or rather they do it very reluctantly. And the most fantastic thing is that the barcode that we have been waiting for for a long time did not pass through the checkout and the seller, instead of helping us, offered to enter it manually on her own. I also think this is due to the fact that after work, the entire staff of the wheeled tractor plant comes here for food. The street parking is clogged, most likely by the factory staff, so you won't find a parking place on the street at all, but there is an underground one, 3 hours for free.
