I really like this store, with a huge selection of pet products, with reasonable prices. A wide range of feeds, fillers, beds, clothes, toys, treats. You can buy Everything in this store. You can always place an order online. If something is missing, you can always order from the warehouse. Sellers are always interested in where it will be more convenient to pick up an order. And it's very convenient. There are already 5 stores of this chain in the city. Always friendly, polite, attentive staff. I always get competent and useful advice and recommendations on the product I am interested in. I really like the attitude of sellers to buyers with animals, they are given special attention, dogs are usually treated with a tasty treat.
The store has a department for everything for aquariums. A large assortment of fish, accessories, thermometers, everything for a comfortable existence of fish in the aquarium. There are also various fish feeds.
Budgies are also sold in the same department.
A great store. I would put 10 stars.

The store itself is good, there is a large selection of goods. But today I ran into an employee who was absolutely not disposed to friendly communication with customers. When I asked her to help me, she showed incompetence in knowing the product (it was clear from her eyes that she had no idea what to offer me). And she talked as if I was stupid and she was already tired of everyone with her questions. I wanted to leave the store and not come and buy anything anymore.
The male employee she transferred me to first said they didn't have anything. Then, rummaging through the shelves, he took out several boxes and simply handed them to look at, without explaining or recommending anything.
Although I came specifically with the request: "recommend me."
A strange attitude towards customers and no knowledge of the product.

Магазин действительно хороший, постоянно покупаю у них. И ассортимент отличный, и ветаптека. И когда покупаю в магазине все ок, но курьерская доставка это что-то. При последнем заказе курьер вел себя просто безобразно, хамил, высказывал свое недовольство. Сказал что приедет в течении часа, приехал через 1ч 40минут, я попросила подождать 10 минут и услышала столько претензий в свой адрес, что была в шоке. Естественно от заказа отказалась. Фамилия курьера Бертош, так что если вам придет сообщение с такой фамилией, рекомендую быть осторожным. Писать жалобу не было ни время ни желания ( пустая трата времени, на них не всегда даже отвечают), поэтому решила оставить отзыв.

Which must be hermetically packed! The apogee of all is that you can't get your money for the order in full. Excellent service, keep it up!

The feed must be airtight! Point. If you cannot provide high-quality packaging for the goods you are shipping, do not ship at all! Shampoo-soaked feeds... Why are you poisoning animals?!?
About the money, yes, they returned it, but not the entire amount. Part of the amount, specifically 10%, was spent on some kind of commission. I paid the bill, which was issued to me for the full amount, but alas, no one cares, the money was returned from the card with which the PO is paid...

Могу только похвалить. Цены адекватные, обслуживание приятное. Покупала в этом магазине с большой скидкой просторную и комфортную переноску для кошки, служит уже 4 года. Заказывала с доставкой корм для кошки с аллергией почти на все корма. Спасибо, что он есть в наличии и привезли в этот же день ещё и вместе с лакомством в подарок.
Также раньше покупала Голландские вакцины для прививок собаки и кошки, пока они не пропали из продажи.
К тому же долго искала, но именно в этом магазине нашла миску металлическую неглубокую, как раз для моей плоскомордой кошки)
Здесь уважают покупателей, желаю хороших продаж

Huge claims to the site / online store. In winter, there was an attempt to order cat food. They called and promised that the order would be ready in a day, by evening. They didn't call back. Two days later, they answered my call that "for some reason they didn't bring it, but we will call you back today and let you know what and how." They didn't call back. On my second call, another girl picked up the phone, who was not aware of the situation at all, and they began to find out everything from the beginning. Bottom line: the feed, which is "available at a discount" on the site, is not available from the supplier at all and will not be. And it took me four days to hear it.
The day before yesterday, there was another attempt to order food for degu. The site is available, they called and confirmed that the order will be ready "tomorrow evening". The next day, after lunch, they called and reported that the supplier who sells them to the supplier does not have food. When asked if there is another food from this line, the answer was: "Place an order for it, then we will find out." I have already issued it just out of principle. Bottom line: they called a couple of hours later and reported that there was no such food either.
If you post products on the site, make sure that you have them! Or write "To order" and tell us what you will order, if the supplier has it, so that people do not waste their time waiting for a couple of days for something that you do not have and will not have at all.
There are no questions about the fact that the store does not have something, it is clear that it is difficult to supply now. The claim is that the store either does not follow the site at all, or tries to deceive customers by promising a non-existent assortment just to attract attention.

Later they called back, said that there was no stock and they would call back again on Monday (it was Sunday), they would say whether it was possible to order the goods from the supplier. As a result, I have an order on the site with the status "not completed", as I understand it, the synonym "canceled" and, of course, there was no call.
I would like to wish the business to update the website and indicate which products are there and which are not, so that customers can buy them somewhere else, and not endlessly wait for the response of the supplier, who, perhaps, does not know that he has to supply something

Единственный зоо-магазин, в котором практически всегда можно найти то, что необходимо: нужный корм, наполнитель, лекарства, защитный воротник. Информация на сайте, как правило, актуальна, в отличие от e-zoo и ветзообазара, при необходимости всегда можно быстро дозвониться до нужного магазина и уточнить информацию.
Хотелось бы отметить, что в магазинах конкурентов зачастую продавцы прямым текстом говорят, что за актуальностью сайта никто не следит и некоторых товаров нет уже больше месяца, при этом на сайте представлена информация по наличию, мол, лучше пытаться дозваниваться. Онлайн поддержка у этих "конкурентов" либо сразу переадресовывает на дозвон, либо работает очень медленно.
Единственный минус для меня, что мало точек продаж и нету ничего в районе института культуры, приходится ездить на площадь победы.

Есть возможность забронировать товар на магазин и приехать за ним. Доставку не пробовал, как протестирую - дополню отзыв.

ВОЗЬМИТЕ ШЕФСТВО НАД "МУЗЕЕМ КОТА" (на Интернациональной), пожалуйста. Этот зоомагазин "Гарфилд" одноименной сети находится в хорошем, пусть и подвальном помещении. Вход в него со стороны Проспекта Независимости разрисован снизу доверху и сам по себе является художественным экспонатом (см. фото). Здесь получали сформированный в интернете заказ некоторого количества кошачьих лакомств для котеек из "Музея Кота" (которому решили помочь). Эти лакомства в Гарфилде продавались по наилучшим во всём центре Минска ценам, по акции. Получили всё в полном порядке, быстро и вежливо (со стороны сотрудников). P.s. При этом появилось мысль о том, что сети зоомагазинов "Гарфилд" было бы неплохо сотрудничать с "Музеем Кота" (Интернациональная, 23), кошки которого ждут помощи добрых людей и хороших, надёжных компаний. Даже простое взаимное информирование посетителей обеих этих организаций (через наглядную агитацию или буклеты) имело бы эффект, в том числе для привлечения новых покупателей и роста продаж в Гарфилде. Предлагаю попробовать. Ps2. Приветствуется и помощь всех неравнодушных читателей этого отзыва. Или хотя бы ваше посещение Музея Кота. Четырёхлапые пушистики будут вам очень признательны. PS3. Ответ на " официальный ответ": чтобы проявить милость и помочь кошкам и людям из "Музея Кота" - с нами не надо связываться. Мы - гости Беларуси и никакого "официального" отношения к ним не имеем. Просто любим животных и любящих их людей и считаем, что оказывать в жизни посильную помощь - это правильно. Не правда ли, ув. администрация "Гарфилда"?

Я вет. врач, часто надо заходить и что-то покупать, и для своих котиков, и для чужих) очень нравится работа консультантов, что они снимают рабочий телефон всегда, могут сориентировать что есть в наличии. Так же много раз слышала от них реально грамотные рекомендации по уходу, питанию животных. В общем все очень нравится, хотелось бы единственное скидку накопительную)) потому что в этом магазине оставила уже много тысяч рублей, а эти 3% что есть, что их нет) но такую скидку понять можно, учитывая место расположения и прочее
