I ordered Monge Cat Bwild Low Grain Adult cat food 234.50 we sent Monge Cat Monoprotein Adult (Rabbit) cat food 203.60 with a sticker from the ordered one. I opened it and then realized that the pack was different. How can you trust them now?

Holistic food was ordered twice and it came in a damaged package. The food itself has a very dense package. But apparently buyers from other cities are being sent a marriage. The package is very well packed and saying that it is during transportation will not work. For the first time, after unwinding a bunch of films from the package, we saw a package full of cracks, cracks and holes. The packaging film is intact. This is a damaged package. The first time we thought it was a coincidence. They didn't bother with the store. We ordered it a second time. The food is not cheap, the weight is 10 kg and the same story the food was weathered and the cats had panos.there was no such problem in other stores. We'll take the trash to other cities. I do not recommend buying.

The downside for me personally is the prices,
apparently a big cheat of the store. It is also not a plus that the store is in the basement. The stairs are quite narrow and steep, you can't get there with a stroller.
