She behaved very incorrectly and rudely. 25. 03 we were invited to your institution for a birthday, we went reluctantly. But we were pleasantly surprised by the behavior of another administrator. She is a very polite, smiling and pleasant girl. What an administrator should be in a good institution. And in comparison, it comes to an understanding how much the impression of the administrator's work depends! I hope that next time we will get positive emotions as well.
