It's just a great place!
The food is beyond praise. We took pork loin, meat steak (meat dishes are simply divine, very tasty dishes). We ordered a salad (it was very tasty, but a lot of oil spoiled it). Also, we took an exclusive wine for this restaurant (the wine is very tasty). The food is just great, I really liked it!
The service is excellent. The waiters are friendly, know the menu and can recommend interesting combinations of food, wine and tea!
The staff is extremely pleasant!
The atmosphere and interior are simply magical (it was January 3rd). Live classical music, garlands, antique interior do their job. The appearance of Gagripsh and the interior are simply excellent!
In general, this is a great place that I advise all lovers of classical music and clothes to visit!

The most famous restaurant in Abkhazia does not know what service and good cuisine are! We visited this place with a friend. At the entrance, we were informed that the evening deposit is 2000, approx. In case of incomplete boarding, the institution was offered to sit either at the stage itself or on the balcony, okay, we sat on the balcony. Then some kind of game began, the waitress repeated several times that the deposit was 2000 and whether she would definitely open the champagne and whether we would definitely stay and order for such a "large amount". They don't look like schoolgirls with a friend for a long time. There was no ordinary Abkhazian wine, apparently only this restaurant was not delivered, only their branded wine was available for 3000.We ordered mussels in sauce, khachapuri boat, salad with roast beef and fried suluguni. We didn't finish any of the dishes! Mussels are small and dry, instead of roast beef in the salad there was just boiled meat, a boat - it feels like a raw egg was poured on a friendship cheese, the cheese did not stretch as it should do in a boat! Fried suluguni.. There are no words.. It was just something in the shape of Julia Vysotskaya's cheesecakes floating in a pile of butter , and even fried with pesto !! After a piece of this cheese, nausea tormented me all night. I do not know if other dishes had to be ordered to be edible, but in a good restaurant all dishes should be able to cook well! One of the three cubicles is working in the toilet! I definitely do not recommend it!

This restaurant was bought by the Prince of Oldenburg somewhere far away in the north of Abkhazia, disassembled, brought to Gagra and assembled. Visiting this restaurant is a mistake of the whole vacation in Abkhazia . To be honest, it would be better to throw a shawl at the station. We ordered homemade pickles, we thought we'd put the cherries up now, as a result we brought a bunch of sooo weakly pickled cabbage and one cucumber (it was a shock). Further more when the waitress came up and asked if she liked everything ? The answer was immediately given: no homemade pickles are a complete mess, to which she replied: we don't like it ourselves. We have long wanted to visit this restaurant - the building is incredibly beautiful and luxurious, the interiors inside are in the Art Nouveau style.
We ordered mussels and Prince salad with seafood, fricassee also, it seemed delicious, but nothing supernatural.
In the evening, it became so bad that for a day hugging the toilet, never set foot in this restaurant again!

Almost all dishes from the "Abkhazian cuisine" section are missing, which is very strange, considering that the place is historical and, in fact, food should be offered in accordance with the concept. But there is Tom Yam soup. Unfortunately, it's just disgusting. I ate a lot of different Tom yams in various establishments of different price segments, but this was the most disgusting Tom Yam. Rather, it's just fish soup.
Service: should Abkhazia even talk about it? The waiter served us as if we were servants. He spoke through his teeth, but he didn't want to help at all. but most of all, I was surprised that when ordering the main dishes, coffee and dessert, the first thing the waiter brought out was coffee. To my remark that I would like to drink coffee with dessert and preferably not cold coffee, the waiter reimbursed me that I actually did not warn him about this in advance. The service is extremely slow, the guys clearly do not meet the visitor halfway in the literal and figurative sense (they compare the time of choosing a dish from the menu with choosing an apartment to buy). The taste of the dishes and especially the freshness of the ingredients leaves much to be desired. In the photo, you can check out the quality of the wine label for 2.5k - in fact, it turned out to be not wine, but juice diluted with alcohol. Places like this spoil such a wonderful republic. It's a pity, I hope the owners will improve. Of the advantages, I will note the location of the institution and its appearance, the place sets up for a good end to the evening, unfortunately, the advantages end there.
