The pension is located in a very nice area of the city of Gagra, in a park area. The sea is just around the corner. The beach is clean, the sea too. The beauty is extraordinary. Very comfortable and cozy room. All amenities, TV, split system. They clean it daily, everything is new and clean. Towels and hygiene products are already in the room. You don't have to carry anything with you. The food is good. The buffet. I liked. The assortment is sufficient, you can choose for every taste.

We had a family vacation in late May- early June 2019. The room was large, 2 rooms, a huge balcony with sea views. The room was old, but there was everything you needed, a good TV, two sofas, an armchair, a table, a double bed, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, air conditioning. The bathroom is very large, the water was always hot and cold, without interruptions. The room cleaning was so-so, but if something was needed, we turned to the maids and they quickly fulfilled all our requests. Towels and linen were changed every three days. The territory is small, but cozy. There is a mini zoo, good entertainment for children. The beach is two steps away, pebbly, umbrellas and sun beds are paid for 50 rubles. No one particularly monitors or cleans the beach area. We have not had any poisoning in 14 days. In general, the boarding house left pleasant memories. The only thing I didn't like at all was the dining room, or rather what was cooked there, it's hard to call it food.
Bottom line: the boarding house is not bad, the excellent location is close to the sea, if not for the food I would have given 5 points.

I liked the staff service, friendly girls at the reception, maids, waiters in the dining room and in the cafe by the sea, daily room cleaning, linen change every three days, very tasty food to order. A well-maintained beautiful territory with its own menagerie. A good family vacation for those who want to enjoy the beautiful nature. There are no pharmacies nearby. Disgusting breakfasts included in the tour price (porridge on water, carrot salad or two overcooked pancakes floating in oil), tea-real slop, deck chairs and umbrellas for money.

We were there from 06/04/2019 - 06/13/2019.I do not recommend it to anyone, two meals a day, that is, it is not possible, then in general it was not enough, in the restaurant the grill worked only from 500 g, since we were alone, we had a lot of it.If you have sore joints, it will be difficult for you to go down to the sea, since the stairs do not have handrails and you, like me, will have to constantly forgive the staff to help you get down and up.There was no hot water after 10 a.m., when they asked the administrator to sort it out, they received complete disregard.The room is large, but it is 80 years old, the view from the balcony on one side to the sea on the other to the trash, the floors in the bathroom are icy and no rug is provided.You also need to be careful on the territory, as you may be knocked down when leaving the building. Everything is very bad, even peacocks do not save.

Guys, this is an abandoned Georgia boarding house.
In general, abandonments don't really appeal to me, but not this one. This one struck me at first sight. You can still see what a magnificent building it was. Unfortunately, every year it gets more and more dangerous to go there, but I want to! There is always someone walking there, although it is forbidden, since the territory is private and was closed by a fence until it was opened in two places. How can you keep such beauty hidden from the eyes of the suffering? In my opinion, it is mandatory to visit!
