All this is nonsense, as for the excursion groups that come in, I have not seen any, but they themselves are to blame for poisoning, they need to wash their hands more often at sea, too, and also drink whatever they can.... We came here as a group from a bus tour. (30.07-08.08.2023) We were greeted by past tourists from the same tour, warning that the place was disgusting in terms of cleanliness and cleaning. Most of the last group was on rotavirus pills for the whole vacation, which is what we were warned about. I did not immediately attach importance to this, but in vain.
I must say right away that our group was all lying with rotavirus in the rooms - some more in time, some less. I could not even think that I would eat only rice and broths, and also carefully plan my every day and going out into the city because of "toilet problems". This is the first time I've had this.
Upon check-in, our rooms were cleaned mediocre, only the bathroom with a dirty rag, the room was not cleaned at all. Further, cleaning was carried out every three days, according to the same principle: dirty footprints were wiped in the bathroom, and the room was wiped with a cloth soaked in a solution similar in smell to bleach. Technic. I couldn't figure out how the air conditioner works for the first day and a half. It turned out that the buttons in the remote control are so battered that they need to be pressed almost together.

In the bathroom, the fan is running loudly with clangs, which cannot be turned off. It always stinks of sewage. Even with the window open. The shower has water like in old dormitories - there is pressure when you wash alone. The same applies to the water temperature. The drain is full.
The Internet catches poorly, mainly on the common corridor. The rooms are either there or not. Be prepared to turn off the lights for 10 minutes every day. This is a problem in the whole area. It will be interesting to read about the energy system of Abkhazia. You will discover a lot of new things)
The staff treats you normally. But they perform their functions by 10 percent. I noticed that they also work for another guest house, which is located in a common courtyard, and spend most of their time there. I solved all the issues by calling the administrator on WhatsApp. But if you don't ask anything, then they won't even replace your towels and bedding.

The bedclothes were given half-baked.The bed is large, but the mattress is hard, the springs rest against the back and it is very painful to sleep. In the closet, the doors do not close because they are broken. The TV is not working, the wifi is weak. A constant, unventilated smell of dampness, despite the constantly open window. During the entire stay, the room was never cleaned, the garbage was not taken out, Bed linen and towels were not changed. Lack of toilet paper. I think I overpaid for such "amenities" and regret that I did not refuse to check in right away. I witnessed when a new group of tourists was brought, the rooms for them were also not cleaned in advance. Cleaning began to be done right in front of them, while people were waiting in the hallway. The cleaning is purely formal: there is no sanitation, the garbage was taken out and slightly waved with a rag.

We stopped more than once. Convenient location on Ardzinba Ave. To the sea 2 min. Shops are nearby. Regina always helped, told me where to eat, what to see.

A month before the trip, I booked a room, made an advance payment through Booking, I arrive, but there are no rooms available, hours of swearing and nerves with the administrator Regina, the beginning of the vacation started terribly, as a result, they settled us for a day in another apartment far from the sea, the next day they settled us in rooms, just not in a suite (4500₽) and in two junior suites (each for 3000), the total turned out to be more expensive than expected, the administration and the booking department blame each other, without arguments. As a result, we got a room in this hotel. In front of us and after us, the people who came to this hotel, all had exactly the same situation, apparently they have it that way and everything has been set up for a long time. They do not look at the Booking, they resell the rooms, upon arrival you can get into the prosak without seeing your number and money from the prepayment. Regina tries to fool tourists in every possible way, to powder their heads, smiling brazenly lies in their faces, everyone tries to rip off your money and make as much money as possible. This is what the whole of Abkhazia is built on. The nature is beautiful, the eyes are happy, the sea is excellent, the people are respectful. Worse than gypsies.... It is very expensive, prices are higher than in Moscow, there is no service from the word at all..... It is easier to collect a little money and fly to Turkey or Egypt. And in every cafe -restaurant, you will automatically be charged 10% for service, which is not available in principle....

The horror!!! We had a rest with our family in the period 30.01.2021-31.01.2021.
We wanted to stay in Gagra for a few days, but after such terrible hospitality in the guest house "Gagra-Lazurnaya" with the administrator Regina, we really wanted to return home to the Crimea as soon as possible.
Now in order. We stopped by in the evening. We were offered a suite room, worth 1,500 rubles per day. We left our things and immediately went for a walk along the Gagra Embankment.
Back in the room, we began to spread out and found that both TVs were not working.
Calling the administrator Regina, we were told that three guys lived before us, and she does not know:that they screwed up the remotes there, that they stopped working.And since we stopped by on Saturday, the master will only be on Monday.
Further.We took a shower in the bathroom, where there was a strong smell of mold.
It was cool enough in the room, and we decided to turn on the air conditioners to heat the room.

Regina came at 12 o'clock and asked with a smile on her face:"How did we sleep?" To which I replied, "Thank you, it was very cold."
I asked Regina a question: "Maybe due to the lack of working TVs and air conditioners in the SUITE, you will return 200 rubles so that we don't feel offended by the discomfort? To which they heard a hubbub of emotions....And that she had already given the money, almost at night, to the owners, and that the owners did not return the money, and that it would be easier for us because of these 200 rubles, etc.
As a result of the question I asked, I turned out to be rude.

The bed linen is of the worst quality, not yet ironed. They give out two towels, one of which can hardly be called a full-fledged towel. They haven't cleaned once in a week, the towel hasn't been changed, they haven't even taken out the trash, vacationers do everything themselves. The toilet lid is broken, they promised to replace it, but they forgot. The lid is broken on the kettle, the dishes are dirty (2 plates, 2 forks, a cup). They tried to cheat with the payment, but they quickly found out everything, the "black notebook" helped. Outside, the table was not wiped at all, and the ashtray was not cleaned either. Wi-Fi is just terrible. At the same time, they cheat and say upon check-in that everything works fine, and when you come with a claim, they answer that you just started to work poorly, be patient, it will be better. But it won't get any better, the Wi-Fi is just dead there!

This did not stop Grandma Regina, she screamed obscenities at us, grabbed our hands, and pestered us with strange questions when we passed by, for example: "What are you doing here anyway?" I would like to note the fact that she talks exclusively to her guests on "you", without observing distance and subordination when talking. She doesn't even know what it is, judging by her reaction to the suggestion of talking to you. The last two days in this hotel turned out to be a real torture for us, we no longer knew what to expect from this inadequate woman: she began to persistently knock on our room, almost knocking down the door, flew in and screamed obscenities in the room, insulting and humiliating personally. In addition to her, a young man named Inal works at this hotel, with whom we managed to talk personally about the behavior of this inadequate woman, to which he told us stories that he and everyone had long heard about her inadequacy towards guests, as well as according to his stories, one day she began to molest and harass one a guy who used to work at this hotel, so he had to quit there.And many other things that gave us an understanding of the overall picture of the mentally ill woman at the reception. On the day of departure, she threatened violence and blocked our way to the car that was supposed to take us to the airport, but we calmly got in and left. When she got personal, she was always talking some kind of complete nonsense, completely incoherent, not subject to logic, even the police twirled at her temple. I think no one would want to face this kind of attitude when settling in, and it would be very nice to put the grandmother in a neuropsychiatric clinic for a year, preferably two, and treat her properly. Other staying guests have observed this picture from the outside and believe, just like us and like other staff of this hotel, that soon she will not work in this place. Obviously, senile senility makes itself felt, it's time to retire. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, it is a unit. Be careful, Grandma Regina is obsessed!
