I've been visiting this fitness studio for over a year. When I came to the solarium session once again, as usual, I scanned the code of my subscription, and named the time that needs to be written off. But the administrator was faced with a refusal to accept us.
At first, the administrator Polina explained this by saying that you cannot pay for two sessions for different people with one card. Then she began to say that for some technical reasons it is impossible to arrange two separate sessions in a row on the computer, which looks far-fetched, because sometimes the two of us have already visited the solarium and never had any problems with it.
We tried to discuss the situation with the administrator, but unfortunately we were faced with a complete lack of flexibility and a desire to find a compromise. She just didn't care about our problem. As a result, we had to leave.
If this is an existing rule, then it is puzzling, since it has no logical justification and looks like discrimination or malicious obstruction of customers.
I hope for the prudence of management that they will pay attention to this review and review their internal rules or raise the standards of customer service.
But at the moment, the incident has completely ruined the impression of the fitness studio "Forma", and we no longer plan to return to it or advise among friends.
I do not recommend this club. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable.
