A quiet and cozy hotel. Convenient location for moving around the city and out of town.
The rooms are clean and bright

A 3-star hotel. No more and no less. That says it all. Breakfast for 3 stars. In the evening we drank tea with a chocolate bar. It is convenient in the lobby. It's a pity there is very little space for communication.
The room was average. The price for such a room should be around 18,000 tenge. But it costs much more. A 3-star bed. The room was in the next building. They bought 2 apartments and combined them with a hotel. Fortunately, there was a balcony to smoke, for my guest it was the best thing.
The only thing I liked was the relative location of the center

We stopped on June 15, 16, 17, 2024. I fell for the advertisement. The hotel does not match its price at all. The staff is not very friendly. Room cleaning is generally not practical. Until you tell them to freshen up the room. They gave dirty, wet towels even, it is not possible to call a practical respeshn, or they do not pick up the phone or the phone does not work. I don't say anything about the bar at all, when you have breakfast they look at you with such a dissatisfied look, you think you'd rather go into the room. During the days of staying at this hotel, I did not see a single smile or polite attitude of the staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A new hotel in the city center. I chose it because of the location. I liked it: clean rooms, polite staff, it was quiet at night. The breakfasts are pretty good. When I checked out, they returned the forgotten thing while I was waiting for a taxi. The second time I also booked a room with a balcony to breathe at night, but I got it without) Otherwise, everything is fine. A little more confidence to the staff will add a good impression of the hotel. I didn't take a photo, I stopped twice. The impression is good.

A wonderful hotel in the city center, there is no Parking in front of the hotel, but you can put it in front of the hotel, the prices are reasonable,6 floors,there is an elevator,breakfast (buffet table) is included in the price, food delivery is possible until 00.00 is possible in the room, the staff is polite, daily cleaning, towels,hair dryer,hygiene kits,velvets,slippers, in general, everything is in full, the rooms are very spacious, there are rooms with a balcony, there is Wi-Fi. the cost of an improved room (junior suite) with 1 beds.accommodation is 19,000 tenge,with 2 beds. 21, there are 3 rooms for 4 places, the price is 35,000 tenge, etc. everything is available and nearby, I recommend!

The staff is not very friendly. When asked about the non-working refrigerator, the answer was received that they are aware and you can buy drinks from them at the bar downstairs, which does not correspond to the quality of the declared hotel. I arrived in the morning, I wanted to check in (the company was paying), they said pay 8000 for early check-in. I refused, left my backpack, and went to work. Do not wash from the road, do not change clothes.
