Everything is clean and good, but the staff is very lame, you can say terribly it used to be better and the rooms are cold and the curtains don't close completely when you wake up from the sun, this is the courtyard side

I put 5 *, because this is one of the best offers for accommodation in Shymkent, for price and quality. The only noticeable disadvantage is breakfast. The choice is very small, and the f&b staff is sluggish. But you definitely won't stay hungry. Porridge, omelette, cheese, sausage, tea, coffee, juice will be offered. Location center. Around the corner, Tauke Khan Street, it's like Furmanova in Almaty), or Ablay Khan Street in Astana, or Bukhar Zhyrau Avenue in Karaganda) , many different cafes in 5 minutes proximity to the hotel.

Nice hotel. A cozy, comfortable room. Convenient location. Nice staff. The only drawback is that the cleaning is not complete. The bed linen has not been changed in 5 days!

Great hotel. 6 floors, modern elevator. We lived for three days, cleaning every day, changing towels, buffet breakfast in the lobby. We really liked it.
