We arrived for the first time 20 minutes before closing time by calling in advance. They showed us with all their appearance that they were not waiting for us here, and were going home, reluctantly and with displeasure they listened, then they were escorted out under a plausible pretext. We sat down and waited for some more time, but we were pointedly made to understand that no one was going to deal with us. We went to the neighboring optics, chose a frame, made an order and paid for 8 minutes, there is definitely a person in his place.

I applied to the optician at Prytytsky, 79 01.03.2022. A polite, pleasant consultant girl helped with the selection of the frame. Thanks to her. I was going to make an order, but this desire was completely discouraged by a female doctor who checks her eyesight there. I did not expect to find such a boorish attitude in optics of this level!!! She does not hear or listen to clients, answered irritably, rudely, did not insert lenses, but threw them into the frame when they checked their eyesight.. I tried to prove, quite aggressively, that I need astigmatic lenses ..... By the way, in optics at another Filmann address, they told me that I did not need them at all with such a level of astigmatism as mine (they checked by selecting lenses). In the middle of this miracle diagnosis, my nerves broke down and I asked to stop. Because I do not intend to tolerate such rudeness!!! The frame was not sold to me without a prescription. And I had to contact Filmann at a different address. By the way, when the consultant asked me why I refuse to order glasses, she was not surprised at the reason.. I shared my impression of this doctor in Filmann at another address - and they also heard a lot about her!!!!! I'm shocked!! Filmann's management, please pay close attention to the employees of your network of opticians (even incoming, not permanent employees), they scare away potential customers for you. Next time I'll just go to Cinderella, since you "appreciate" your clients so much.

When choosing a frame, they offered an option that, as it turned out, was too small, but when trying on the frame, they adjusted the ears and said that now it was just right. Now the frame has been taken away and the question arises: should I bend my ears in this frame so that they can be worn?

The rating is only for the quality of optics and German frames (they are good). For service and consulting - zero. In this particular store, they ordered several times, with a completely different price range. The quality of service varies greatly from consultant to consultant, often very poor. When the buyer expresses his own opinion, "I don't like it", "they are not interested" (even when selecting for 5 minutes in an almost empty hall), they ignore, they are rude, they do not explain the features that they themselves specify. The subjective impression after the last hike is that they are only interested in selling expensive frames, even if they do not fit the shape of the face, anatomical features, etc. I'm definitely going to this brand store for the last time, I don't recommend it to anyone, unless you want to stand in front of a teacher at school at the age of 30, also paying for this outrage.

Why not immediately send it to the doctor? I told you that I came for glasses for the first time. The doctor examined me, gave me a prescription, everything is fine. I ask you to show and tell the same saleswoman about the frames. She brought me to the stand and very reluctantly, forcefully shows me which I point to, like take what you want, I don't care. Well, I chose it. Let's go place an order. He's writing something. I ask how much it will cost me. And which lenses are the answer for you. I say, you're a consultant, consult what kind of cases there are, it's my first time. She listed something in a tongue twister and then looks at me.
